Ce condo magnifiquement amĂ©nagĂ© de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain est un rĂȘve pour les amateurs de plage devenu rĂ©alitĂ©! SituĂ© au milieu de l'Ăźle Ă  Sanibel Surfside au cƓur de l'Ăźle de Sanibel, Ă  proximitĂ© de plages jonchĂ©es de coquillages, de kilomĂštres de pistes cyclables et de magasins et restaurants Ă  proximitĂ©! En entrant dans le condo, vous ĂȘtes accueilli avec un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert spacieux combinant le salon et la salle Ă  manger et l'espace de cuisine partagĂ©. Vos yeux seront immĂ©diatement attirĂ©s par la magnifique toile de fond de la plage et l'Ă©tincelant golfe du Mexique au loin.

Les commodités du condo comprennent: 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain - 1 lit king size, 1 lit double, 1 lit jumeau et un canapé-lit queen gigogne (6 couchages) et 2 salles de bains, 2 télévisions à écran plat, cùble et WIFI gratuits, partagées piscine chauffée, laveuse et sécheuse dans la suite, barbecues à gaz pour barbecue public, jeu de palets, courts de tennis et cornichons, ascenseurs. Stunning views from this second floor apartment. Step right off the elevator and into the condo where you open the door and are immediately greeted to a gorgeous view of the gulf. The condo is well appointed and brand new. It had almost everything you could think of, and then some. Only downside to the kitchen, was that it had so many bowls, plates and appliances in the closets, we had no place to store our groceries! The premises are still a work in progress. While were there, the pool was out of order (you can use the neighboring property's pool) and they were burying cable wires. There also is no boardwalk walkway to the beach so your feet stay sandy to and from the Gulf. Due to no fault of the property owner's but the no-seeums were out and about and got us on the private lanai as well. Stock up on big spray prior to departure... But this condo is a 10/10

I can't say enough about this property the location was perfect the condo had everything u would need plus some !! I would recommend this condo and location it makes for a perfect vacation !! Beaches were never packed nice and quiet !!

Wonderful condo with amazing gulf views. The thing that I was impressed most about this property was the cleanliness. I have never stayed in such a clean condominium. Will definitely want this property again in the future

This was our second time staying in this condo and we hope to be back next year. We love sanibel and this condo is perfect for our family of 4. The view is amazing and less than 30 seconds to the beach is fantastic when toting around two small children. Do yourself and your family a favor and come stay at this condo.

Great Condo

Great Condo!! Pros: view is great, very clean(this is a big deal to me), beach chairs and umbrella, well stocked kitchen, quiet area and nice pool. Cons: we could have used some plastic containers for our left overs, the noseeum bugs are no joke, make sure you take bug spray and some recommended baby oil to create a barrier, they were out and biting at dawn and dusk so that kept us inside and not walking the beach which was a bummer! Otherwise a great condo!

Beautiful view, nice decor, well stocked

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The lanai that stretches across the living room and master bedroom is very nice. We spent quite a bit of time in the comfy chairs just watching the ocean which really is steps away. The pictures accurately depict the unit. The sound of the waves at night is very relaxing. The unit was very well stocked and in good condition. We bicycled (rented from Billys) a lot during our stay. The pool was the perfect temp and we enjoyed the shuffle board while we bbq'd. We would definitely go back.

Perfect Location, Nice Place

The location of this condo can't be beat and the view from the porch was incredible. We loved sitting on the porch in the morning with some coffee and at night with a cocktail!! The unit itself is nice but a bit dated. The mattresses were too hard for our liking and a few rusted/older things that if replaced would go a long way (beach chairs and lint catcher in the dryer - which is broken and rusted). Sanibel vacations was easy to work with and very nice. Overall, a few updates would take a nice place and make it awesome!!!

Our only complaint was the mattresses - very hard, creaked loudly with movement, and uncomfortable. The building is in a great location but is older and the grounds consist of mostly paved driveway, rather than grass. The pool faces the driveway.

I just loved the view from the balcony/lanai. We spent most of our time out there whenever we were in the condo. The kitchen was great and the whole place was very clean. The walk in shower was our choice and the best shower. Only problem was the dining room chairs need new support - sink in middle. Enjoyed all the toys and chairs in the closet downstairs. Pool was great and very clean. Parking excellent. We would definitely come again if it was just us two. Probably too small for our extended families.
