Sandpiper Beach # 202 est parfait pour les couples et les familles avec de la place pour dormir jusqu'à 6 personnes! C'est magnifiquement mis à jour et un bel endroit pour passer du temps pendant que vous n'êtes pas sur la plage, bombarder ou profiter des activités de l'île. Détendez-vous sur la véranda avec un livre, une tasse de café ou un cocktail et profitez d'un lever et d'un coucher de soleil colorés à Sanibel à Sandpiper Beach 202.

Sandpiper Beach est située à côté du Gulfside City Park. C'est vraiment un lieu d'évasion, juste à côté de Middle Gulf Drive. Avec 5 bâtiments (pas d'ascenseurs), un parking couvert, une piscine extérieure chauffée, un court de tennis, un jeu de palets et des zones de barbecue, Sandpiper Beach a tout ce que vous voudriez dans un endroit très isolé.

Sandpiper Beach 202 est une unité de premier niveau avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Il a des carreaux de porcelaine dans toute la cuisine, le salon, la salle à manger et les salles de bain, et du tapis dans les chambres.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec une cuisinière, un four, un réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes et un bar pour le petit-déjeuner. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes confortablement, tandis que le salon a un canapé-lit queen, une causeuse, une chaise latérale, un lecteur TV / DVD à écran plat et une connexion Wi-Fi. La véranda grillagée est juste à côté du salon et donne sur le terrain jusqu'au golfe.

La chambre principale a un lit King, une télévision à écran plat, une salle de bain attenante récemment rénovée et rénovée avec double vasque et douche, et une porte coulissante donnant sur la véranda avec moustiquaire. La salle de bain a une sensation de spa avec des teintes bleues fraîches, des carreaux de métro et un dessus de vanité en marbre Carerra.

La chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits jumeaux extra-longs qui peuvent être séparés ou lune de miel ensemble comme un lit King. Un rapide voyage en bas vous mène à la piscine et à la promenade jusqu'à la plage. La piscine a des chaises longues, des tables et des toilettes. La promenade a une station de lavage des coquillages et mène à la plage de sable de sucre.

Il y a un court de tennis à votre disposition, et il se double d'un court de Pickle Ball. 4 pagaies sont fournies.

Cette propriété est zonée pour des locations minimum de 7 nuits. Sandpiper Beach est un établissement sans fumée. Les camions ne sont pas autorisés.

Week in Sanibel

Lovely condo with pool and walkway to beach. We especially liked sitting on the screened lanai in the evening to watch the thunderstorms. Condo has nicely updated bathrooms. Plenty of space for 3-4 people.

Wonderful

We loved our stay! The location was great - it was nice and quiet with beautiful views of the landscaping and the ocean. The condo itself was decorated very nice and cozy. The beds were comfy which is hard to find. Loved how organized everything was - there were labels for all the light switches plus in the cabinets for the dishes !! Lots of attention to detail and thought into making the stay perfect. Also providing beach towels and chairs was a great plus !!!

We LOVED our stay!

This was our first trip to Sanibel and we had a wonderful time!! This condo was perfect for our family. It was a super short walk to the beach, we could not have asked for more! The condo itself was in great condition and I called it “home”, we were so comfortable there. I told my family that I want to come back next year to the exact same unit, but this time I want to stay longer! Communication with property management was always friendly and timely, big thanks to Sharon for all your help!!

Very nicely outfitted condo on the beach

Really appreciated how well equipped this unit was. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, cookware, everything we needed for a few dinners in. The bathrooms were very nicely updated fresh and clean. Furnishings were very nice as well. The storage unit in the garage had some beach chairs and an umbrella which, in July, was very much needed. It's a bit of a walk from the unit to the beach, along a well maintained boardwalk. We were a bit envious of those with wagons for all their gear. A very nice spot.

Perfect location , beautiful condo

This condo is located in a quiet small community. Great view of the ocean , short walk to the beach and pool is close by. Is clean and very well stocked with every thing that you will need for your stay ….there is a Costco or Publix in Fort Myers so you can load up on groceries before heading to the island or Jerry’s grocery store on the island will get you set up. Tons of shells, beautiful beach, and clear blue waters. Calm waters most days. Only downside were the No-seeum bugs in the evenings, but didn’t notice them during the daytime , just at dusk. So get some Noseeum bug spray at Jerry’s on the island. But the condo itself is perfect and the property management company is A, great communication.

Sandpiper 202 vacation was the best!

Location is everything and this place is just what we wanted. Serene and natural surroundings. Neighbors were friendly. We got to use the pool, shuffleboard and tennis court to play pickle ball. Each unit has a storage room for beach supplies and I was able to keep my electric bike in the storage room because there was an electric outlet there. The bike trails around this location are the best. The walk to the beach is a very natural setting. The view from the condo is just the best and the condo itself was clean, well decorated and loaded with amenities. I can’t stress enough how clean the place was. We will be back.

Perfect Get Away

- the kitchen is fully stocked as well as beach and bathroom towels - extremely clean - storage unit has boogie boards, water tubes, coolers, beach cart, umbrella and about 8 beach chairs - pool is close by to the unit. - one of our favorites things about this location is the size. It’s not a huge resort so it’s not over crowded. Only 27 units in 5 buildings. - car port under the building so your car doesn’t heat up in the sun - very seamless check-in and check-out process and they answered any questions prior to our visit extremely quick - very close to Bailey’s General Store and Jerry’s Foods - one hiccup…the previous tenants were late checking out so we weren’t able to check-in at 3:00 pm and were delayed by about 30 minutes. We let them know we had “boots on the ground” and they were super quick to get us in our unit as soon as possible.

Beautiful, clean VERY quiet condo on the beach. Kitchen had everything you need for regular cooking. Pool was nice and chairs are always available. My only suggestion is they need to upgrade the cable. We didn’t watch much tv at all (news and a game or 2 at night) and having non HD and a super small tv was frustrating. Other than that, it was great!

We are pleased that you enjoyed the quiet (13 acres for 27 units!) and that you had everything you needed to enjoy your stay inside and outside. With 27 apartments on 13 acres, you'll never fight for a pool chaise lounge or time on the pickleball/tennis courts! We continue to struggle with cable at Sandpiper Beach, as the cable (and the internet) is provided by the Association, limiting our options. To improve connectivity, the owners have installed separate internet (which also has limited bandwidth because of the island's infrastructure). We'd love to have a larger in the master bedroom, but the physical layout of the room makes it tricky. The tv feet must sit on the bureau/dresser top, which isn't very wide (thus limiting the tv size); and, with the bedroom door and the sliding doors flanking the dresser, the limited wall space restricts the tv size that could be wall-mounted. The new owners are arriving this weekend (to stay for a month), and we'll be sure to mention these issues so that they can work on them when they are here. They care about the comfort of their guests, and since they've purchased the condo they've made nice upgrades already (Bose bluetooth speaker, USB lamps, 50" living room tv, new carpeting and baths). We very much appreciate your feedback and will make sure to continue to make improvements! We would welcome the opportunity to assist you in planning your next Sanibel getaway when the time comes. Great beach getaway!

Easy arrangements, great property, limited units meaning less people around during COVID. Unit had everything needed. Highly recommend!

EXCELLENT! Truly everything as described and more! Location on the beach and on the the island was perfect. Immaculate furnishings and amenities. Would absolutely recommend to all and will stay here again should we have the opportunity to return to Sanibel!

Nice and quiet!

Good stuff: Great location, nice clean unit with plenty of kitchenware (and nice big kitchen). The beach towels provided were great, parking out of the sun, lots of space indoors and we loved the screened in porch. The pool was lovely and the beach access was great. Other stuff: internet was iffy inside, but was only a problem when we had to sign in for work. When I say “quiet”, I mean it. We got in trouble for playing music on the porch in the middle of the day. There were no children during our visit so outside was super quiet also.

The island has been so busy this year that the demand for internet bandwidth is like never before. Our owners continue to pay for the highest speeds available, but it can still be sluggish during peak hours thanks to our island's remote location :( With Sandpiper Beach being spread out over 13 acres, noise travels easily. We thank you for adjusting your music down enough so that others were able to enjoy the quiet. We personally like hearing music when we're on the beach! I guess some people prefer the sound of the birds and the breeze blowing through the palm fronds! Again, thank you for choosing Cottages to Castles to assist you with planning your stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better week. Such a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful location.

The pictures just don’t do it justice. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Just steps away from the pool and the beach while being off the beaten path. Absolutely perfect. Can’t wait to get back there as soon as possible!

Spring break during COVID

We had an excellent time on Sanibel and at this property. The condominium was lovely and had everything we needed for a delightful week. We were pleased that the majority of people in the area were adhering to safety protocols which led to a relaxing vacation.

Great Covid Respite

Yes, we traveled to Florida in the middle of the pandemic. The condo offered a great respite from being at home. It was spotless and we had been assured it had been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. We enjoyed wonderful family time walking the beach, relaxing and riding bikes. Because of the pandemic, we chose to avoid restaurants (although we did make several trips to Joey's for yummy frozen custard) and found the kitchen to be well equipped for cooking. We appreciated the updated bathrooms and the overall feel/comfort of the condo. We brought 2 of our own beach chairs and a beach umbrella, however, there were plenty of chairs in the storage unit. While bikes are not provided, we rented bikes from Billy's and had them delivered. Easy! During the day, the internet was reliable, our college age daughter was able to stream her video lectures. However, we were unable to stream movies in the evening. This is not a game changer for us and we would rent this condo again. We have been going to Sanibel for the past 25 years and Sandpiper is our favorite complex. Easy and user friendly check-in/check-out, friendly staff at Cottages to Castles that were available to answer any questions prior to our arrival. Highly recommend!

Sanpdpiper Beach is one of the best kept secrets on the island. It's tucked away, off the beaten path, and the quiet and serenity it affords you when you're there is priceless. No wonder it is your favorite complex! We work hard before and during your stay to connect the dots so that your vacation is a memorable one for the right reasons. We are pleased that you found #202 clean and well-equipped for your stay. Joey's remains a favorite spot for a perfect custard/cone/ice cream on a hot summer day. We are lucky that it is close enough to our office that we enjoy a weekly treat from them, although, if we could eat it every day, we would! We recommend Joey's to all who like to shop local and/or support a veteran-owned business. Internet continues to be a challenge for all of us on the islands, especially during the winter season, and at night, when streaming movies and programming is at its peak demand. We are eagerly awaiting the installation of fiber optic, so that there is a more stable, reliable option that we can offer guests. #202 even subscribes to a private wifi, outside of the property-wide wifi, but the maximum bandwidth still falls short at times, so we will continue to be at the ready to subscribe to new service as it comes available. We would welcome the opportunity to assist you with your vacation planning when you are able to return to Sanibel for another getaway. Great place

We stayed with our two kids, and the condo was perfect. It had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. We love Sandpiper Beach for the quiet, the access to the beach and the great pool, and we would definitely choose this unit again. We appreciated all the informational emails about check-in and check-out. We didn't have a single need while we were there because everything was great, but I know they would have been available if we had needed something. Thanks for a great week on the beautiful Sanibel island!
