Venez profiter de la beauté de la Pointe Santo, la propriété la plus impeccable et la plus soignée de l’île. Détendez-vous dans ce complexe Sanibel de premier ordre. Profitez du soleil au bord de la piscine et du bain à remous pendant que les enfants s'amusent au bricolage et aux promenades dans la nature grâce au programme d'activités sur place pour les enfants.

Notre condo récemment rénové est très bien équipé pour rendre vos vacances complètement agréables. La nouvelle cuisine a tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin, y compris de l’eau filtrée et une machine à glaçons dans le réfrigérateur, une cafetière Cuisinart et de jolis plats bleu et blanc. Nous essayons de mettre le meilleur de tout dans notre condo pour que nos clients soient aussi à l'aise que possible, de sorte qu'il n'y ait rien à penser sauf des vacances réussies.

Une rénovation récente a produit un condo spectaculaire. Magnifique carrelage italien, salle de bains principale toscane avec baignoire et douche double vitrée. Les lits sont particulièrement confortables avec des draps personnalisés. Après une journée de détente, les grillades vous attendent pour faire griller un steak ou un filet de poisson, puis déguster un verre de vin sur la véranda tout en regardant le soleil se coucher sur le golfe. Le WiFi dans tout le condo et le complexe vous permet de consulter votre courrier électronique à tout moment. Il y a une télévision dans le salon et les chambres ainsi que des lecteurs DVD.

Notre condo est meublé avec un parasol, des chaises de plage, des jouets pour le sable, des jeux, des casse-tête, des DVD et une étagère entière de livres. Il y a même des serviettes de plage, de sorte que vous n'avez pas à les emballer. Apportez-vous avec votre maillot de bain et profitez-en!

Excellent well appointed condo

Wendy did a great job in advance of our arrival with updates on the island since hurricane Ian. She was a fantastic host and made sure if we had any questions or concerns they would be addressed immediately.An excellent place to enjoy a week on Sanibel with a host that insured every thing would be first class.

Ocean Breezes

The water--from the pool or the ocean--is just steps away. We rented bikes and got to everywhere in just minutes. We loved the thoughtful amenities, like beach chairs, umbrellas and towels as well as high-quality kitchen items for our family that loves to cook. Comfortable beds and furniture and a lovely en-suite bath.

Great progress on Sanibel

Wonderful work on restoring this unit after hurricane Ian. In my review answers I took the hurricane factor out. Wendy was tremendously accommodating throughout the stay!

Wonderful stay with accommodating host

Wendy’s home is beautiful and brand new after the renovations made post the hurricanes. We were the first guests to stay since the renovations and any issues were dealt with quickly. Wendy had exceptional communication and let us know ahead of time any delays with the contractors. We would definitely stay here again- would love to see the property once everything is finished :)

The Pointe Santo property is centrally located on Sanibel Island. It was very easy to find and it was a short drive to restaurants, shops and other points of interest. The condo we stayed in was beautifully furnished and well stocked. The landscaping on the property is still in the process of being repaired due to the storm damage caused by Hurricane Ian. It is not as lush & green as one would anticipate, but now knowing how much damage was done, it is amazing how far the restoration has progressed.

Our stay at Pointe Santo Property 157144

This condo was in excellent condition. All the appliances we wonderful and very modern. The condo was spotless and very well-maintained. The owner of this condo was so helpful with every question and made wonderful suggestions to make our stay perfect. I would highly recommend this condo (I have already recommended to my neighbors) and would love to stay here again. Sanibel is truly a beautiful island and and our stay could not have gone better. Hope to be back next year. Thank you for making our vacation a wonderful experience.

Escape to Paradise!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week on beautiful Sanibel Island in the comfort and luxury of B1 at Pointe Santo de Sanibel. We have been vacationing on Sanibel Island for 15 years and have made many lasting family memories here! Pointe Santo de Sanibel is our preferred property due to the location, beautiful beach, and the many amenities offered in the complex. This was our first time staying in this unit, but we found it to be very homey and comfortable and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location is great - on the ground floor so no waiting for the elevator. You walk out the door and in a few short steps you can be at the pool or beach. Working with Wendy was a pleasure and making the arrangements couldn't have been easier. We are already looking forward to our next trip to paradise and we hope that this unit will be available!

My family ( spouse, 5yr old, 19mo., and grandparents ) had a great week in condo B1 at Pointe Santo. Wendy (owner) was easy to communicate with and definitely cares about her condo. There were starter sets for all ammenities and appliances in good working condition. We were very happy to have a high chair for our 19mo old. Play/pen in closet but we did not use. Vacuum available to keep crumbs and stuff under control with kids:) We were looking for a place safe, quiet and offered a home away from home with a pool and on the beach. This place met all expectations. With a rental car easy access to grocery or restaurants in Sanibel or Captiva. We hope to make a return trip! It was on trip when leaving you looked fwd to your return. Do your some research on "noseeums" before you head to sanibel!!

Hi Cori, Thanks for all your kind words. I am glad your family had an enjoyable week and is looking forward to returning. We do strive to make the condo feel as close to home and as comfortable as possible, so I am pleased that you got that impression. I, too, really like having the high chair and the Pac N Play available in the condo. I agree that the no-see-ums can be annoying, but they primarily come out at dusk, so I generally can be outside all day with no problem. If I do want to join the gathering at the beach each evening to watch the sun go down in the dramatic Sanibel way, I spray my ankles with bug spray and that does the trick. Many people also swear by Skin so Soft, the Avon lotion, to keep no-see-ums away. It is definitely possible to enjoy the outdoors in Sanibel and outsmart the no-see-ums. Wendy

Love this place

Beautiful place! Had great accommodations for our 1 year old. Easily fit a fam of 5! Beach chairs, umbrella, etc were so great! Easy first floor walk out. All the updates are so perfect! Really close to bike paths that make it easy to travel! Complex was so well kept. Can’t express how amazing it was. I would definitely return here!

We live in Albany, NY, so really enjoy escaping the winter and had a number of friends who frequented Sanibel. Once we visited, we were hooked and started looking at condos to buy. Pointe Santo seemed the perfect complex on the Island for us. After owning for 20+ years, we feel we made a great decision. The management does a great job of keeping everything pristine.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We feel we were very lucky to have found a community that is well run and beautiful, with lots of nice people. I especially enjoy decorating the condo, and making it as nice as possible, for both our family and our guests.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Pointe Santo condos are much larger than other condos we had stayed in around the island. The grounds are particularly well kept and the beach is very close to the buildings, with no sand dune or boardwalk area between. We love the pool and the hot tub, and have really enjoyed being on the ground floor for such easy access to the grills, the clubhouse and the beach.
