We stayed 6 nights. Except for: expensive for location, no view, expansive mandatory insurance, it is a nice house. Clean except for the 2 windows you use in the living room. Nice hot water, nice water pressure, AC and Heat work well. Need to replace the pots that are scratched in the kitchen. Nice silverware , mugs and glasses. No new sponge, no paper towels in reserve. Nice terrace on the side. Need to fix the outside stairs. Thank you.

Nice place to stay in Escalante

Very easy check-in, comfortable beds, and central location. We were very happy with this rental and would definitely stay again if we're in Escalante.

Perfect Escalante Escape

The people offering this small house via Evolve have thought of everything! The house was clean, comfortable and loaded with extra touches to make it special. The location is perfect. Roughly equal distance to two fantastic National Parks (Bryce Canyon and Capital Reef). Maybe 5 minutes from a fantastic interagency visitors center. A clean, inviting Pub nextdoor with good food and drinks. First class dining in nearby Boulder. I could go on and on. If you haven't been to this part of Utah GO and stay here!

Great property with easy access to the national parks

We stayed here as a halfway point between Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef. The location was perfect for our needs and the hot tub was a nice end to the days at the national parks. Would absolutely stay again!

My wife & I stayed in this house for a 4 day long weekend. It was a perfect location for our planned hikes & sightseeing. Very quiet with everything we needed. The hot tub was a special treat after a long day on the trails. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, and the kitchen was great. The hot tub was fantastic. The host was gracious enough to let us check in early. The location was very convenient.

Great Long Weekend Stay

My wife & I stayed in this rental for 4 nights in mid-Sept. It had everything we needed and was super convenient for the hikes we did in the Grand Staircase and for getting around town. The hot tub was very welcome after a long day on the trails.Overall it was a perfect trip and would recommend this house for others looking for a place in Escalante.

Perfect for a family getaway

The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed winter hiking, soaking in the hot tub and relaxing with a movie or good book.

Great spot

This house was great! We explored the area most days and was mostly at the home in the evenings. It was close to the downtown area which was nice. Had everything we needed to explore Escalante.

We made a perfect stay in this home in Escalante. The home is super clean, and equipped with everything that you need. Bed was comfortable! Don’t forget to go eat at Escalante outfitters, the food is excellent. We won’t hesitate to book this home again.

We enjoyed our time in Escalante. The house is easy to find and we had plenty of room. We did not try the hot tub. We would stay there again.

Great Location and Amenities

Our family of 2 adults and 2 children loved this home. It was convenient for exploring the Monument and close to restaurants and stores in town. Great bathrooms, kitchen and laundry facilities. The room with twin beds and the hot tub were a plus with kids. Super comfortable and cozy- we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Stay

We loved Escalante, but we went hiking every day (despite maybe overestimating our physical capabilities), so we not only enjoyed, but needed the hot tub! Well stocked cabin that had everything we needed. Thanks!

Cute, clean house in center of Escalante

We were very impressed with this home! It had all the amenities we needed including full kitchen with cookware and washer/dryer. The two bedroom setup was perfect for our family of 4.
