This historic little farm house has all the modern amenities and the convenience of being located in the heart of Escalante. This beautifully renovated 2 bedroom home has all the comforts youâd expect for a restful stay, including a truly amazing sectional couch with four power reclining seats that everyone can relax in after an awesome day of hiking, as well as central heat & a/c, 4K Smart TV, Keurig coffee maker, on demand hot water, water softener, and comfortable new beds and mattresses.
The location was great for hiking between Escalante and Bryce Canyon locations. Great local food but they close very early so watch how late your dinner plans are!
Great stay, wish we were there longer. We just passed through Escalante for one night but loved this little house. Right on the main drag through town, shopping eating was super close.
The house is in new condition, superb decor and furnishings. Also very clean. Hammock and fire pit looked cool but had no time to enjoy them.
We stayed here for 1 night and it was just as cute as the pictures! The house was very clean and updated. Lots of choices were left for morning coffee as well. Would definitely recommend staying here! We went down the street to the Brewry and had a wonderful meal! Very quiet area.
Our party of 4 stayed at Haven on Highway 12 while visiting Bryce Canyon for two nights. The house was perfect, very clean and comfortable. It had everything you could need and more. Convenient walk to grocery store and a few restaurants. We ate dinner our first night at the Escalante Outfitters, we sat outside and had cold beers, homemade pizza and salads. The food was delicious! We played corn hole that night and lite the fire pit and viewed the stars. We spent a full day at Bryce the following day and came back to this lovely home for hot showers and treated ourselves to an incredible dinner at the North Creek Grill, we sat outside as the sun was setting and had a gourmet dinner. I would highly recommend this rental home and the 2 restaurants we had dinner at. Rent this house, you will not be disappointed it is perhaps a 30 minute drive to the park.
The house was easy to find and had everything we needed. The couch is the most comfortable ever! The outdoor seating area was perfect at the end of the day. Location was great for visiting Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef. We would stay here again.
Haven on Highway 12 was a gem, super clean, very nice house with everything we needed, looked like it was newly remodeled, would definitely recommend to anyone!!
My wife and I stayed in this great house for 8 nights to explore Escalante area and Bryce Canyon Nat'l Park. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful living room with super large tv and two bedrooms. It is ideally located near markets, restaurants, food trucks, visitor center and Heritage Center. The house has off the street private parking. It has a patio with chairs and fire pit. Has trees to provide shade as needed. We did different hikes every day including many slot canyons. We took two half day tours with Roam Adventures which were OUTSTANDING! (Peek-a-boo, Spooky, Dry Gulch Narrows Tour and the Bighorn Slot Canyon Tour). Don't miss Devil's Garden, Cottonwood Narrows Slot Canyon and hike to Lower Calf Canyon Falls. The host Burke was very helpful. We ate breakfast twice at Magnolias Food Truck and lunch/dinner twice at Escalante Outfitters. Food was great. Dan & Karen M Old Bridge, NJ
We loved this home. A lot of character mixed with modern upgrades. Conveniently located near the heart of the stores and shops out family frequented. Our kids loved playing outside, and we loved spending evenings by the fire.
The home was clean and comfortable. Good location for visiting Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon. Wish it had a washer and dryer but we made do without. We would definitely stay here again. It was a great value.
