Secure building with convenience of laundry on the floor. Centrally located in South Beach, surrounded by shopping, dining and entertainment and two blocks from the Ocean. Fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment, with all amenities you will need for your vacation. Netflix & High speed Wi fi included ! Just fully renovated on June 2024 (new kitchen, bathroom and bedroom!!!!)

Excellent place to atay properly owner was in great communication and very friendly environment!

It was great literally everything and walking distance to beach, night spots, and other venues was awesome

Rowdy but fun

Nice place. The building was a little rowdy, but all of South Beach is rowdy so comes with the territory I guess. Haha. Apartment is well maintained and right in the heart of South Beach. Everything walking distance. Overall pleasant experience. Would recommend this host and property to friends and family.

Amazing for my birthday weekend

This place was so awesome. The host answer my calls and texts with no problem. The location is great walking distance from everything. I am glad I found this place for 30th birthday. I would gladly come back again

Misleading Vrbo

The pictures online are far better than in person. The building is falling apart, and reminds me of a drug house. The link that was sent was not working, so I had to contact that owner directly for check in instructions. The toilet is lop-sided, the hot water nob in the shower needs a lot of TLC to get it working, and the gas for the stove wasn’t working (not any fault of the owner, however). Two pluses, great location, and they provide beach chairs and umbrellas. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Thank you Matthew for leaving a review . We offer to our guests the best experience and for that reason we allowed you to do an early check in and bringing your dogs without extra fee. The pictures are 100% real and you will get what you see (I personally took them after the renovation of our apartment)! What I don’t understand is that you mentioned during your stay that in one picture you could see the beach from the balcony … we don’t have any balcony and we Didn’t post any picture of a balcony with ocean view !!! Maybe you were little confused with other properties … Anyway the hot knob in the shower is working perfectly as you confirmed it to me when you tried. Also our building has nothing to do with a drug place (LOL): we have security system inside and outside the building and we care about the safety of our guests . Just remember that you are in south beach !!! Have a safe trip back home

Great Location!

I loved the apartment itself. It's really all you need and it comes with a tv in the bedroom and one in the living room. The door codes are so handy compared to carrying around keys. They were nice enough to let us use their beach chairs and towels. The restaurants right under the apartment are so good! Short walk to the beach and ocean drive.
