Cette maison a été construite en 2005 dans le but de loger les invités sur l'océan Pacifique. Avec toutes les chambres et les lits ayant vue sur l'océan, les terrasses et les cheminées. Il y a une grande suite de sous-sol avec 2 lits / salles de bains qui peuvent également être loués en conjonction avec toute la maison. Il y a deux cheminées à l'avant de la maison sur le balcon inférieur, avec des escaliers séparés pour accéder à la suite du sous-sol. Il y a également un diviseur de pulldown pour la confidentialité complète.

Don't Miss This Opportunity

Anyone who doesn't stay here is really missing out on something special! Four bedrooms each with a King-sized bed, full ensuite complete with jet-tub, private balcony and natural gas fireplace. Extremely friendly and walkable neighborhood makes everything so convenient. But even if that is not enough, the ocean front view and the Olympic mountains right outside your door is over the top!! The owner even took us for a boat ride and shared some of his fresh salmon with us. We can't say enough about our experience at this property. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the rooftop hot tub where we would watch the cruise ships pulling up about 200 yards away. To do justice to this review, I would definitely need more space than what is provided as the list would go on and on.

Perfect location

We had such a wonderful experience at this property. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and every room has an amazing view and big jacuzzi. Brent made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. I highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Victoria.

Lovely spot for a family gathering

The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Location was excellent and the 4 master suites gave everyone their own space. Kitchen was fully stocked. We made Christmas dinner and had everything we needed. The hot tub on the rooftop was wonderful! Available during the winter was much appreciated. And coffee sitting at the front deck fire pit was a great way to start the day. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Family Reunion Stay!

As three families getting together, this was a fantastic location! The house was ideally located to see Victoria and we had a showing of orca swim as we ate breakfast on our first morning. Our host was outstanding and made everything smooth. We will definitely be heading back next time family or friends come to visit! Nothing can substitute our large family meals all around one table (and the hot tub on the roof was added extra fun for the grown-ups!). Thank you Brent for making our family trip possible and so memorable! We all loved it!

Amazing!

What a unique and incredible house! Sitting in the hot tub on the roof top patio and gazing at the stars was spectacular. Brent is kind and quick to respond to any questions. I loved that he left a fresh bag of ice in the freezer!!! Nice touch!

Great house, great location!

Stayed here for a birthday celebration with 7 friends! Each room had a very comfortable bed its own bathroom and lots of room to move around. The beds were very comfortable and you can’t beat the ocean view from every room. It’s close to the Harbour so it’s easy to just do a quick walk, and lots around as far as restaurants etc. also very close to the Harbour, so if you have any water activities or tours it’s easy to get to! I would definitely stay here again, absolutely loved it!!

Oceanside Reunion with Family

Fantastic location, incredible views and well designed layout with spacious common rooms made this house perfect for entertaining and accommodated our gathering of elders and blended families with ease. Communications with our friendly host were smooth and timely. We loved the rooftop patios and numerous decks with propane fire pits, hot tub, lush garden, and big kitchen. Another highlight were the 4 bedrooms with very comfortable king beds and private ensuite bathrooms. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful house and owner

We had a lovely visit in Victoria for a family wedding. The house had lots of room for all of us with the kitchen space being the hub of the house. Brent was very kind and was there for any questions we had. The house is the perfect location; able to buy fish at the wharf nearby, easy walk downtown and Beacon hill park. Especially loved the morning walks right out the door.

Fun location for our cooking group

Our party of 8 (four adult couples) was comfortable in this house and loved the location. We liked having time on both the rooftop deck and front porch. The nearby cruise ship terminal was at first a surprise, but we enjoyed seeing the ships come and go and the crowds come ashore and return to their ships. Having four ample sized bedrooms each with their own bath was a treat. The kitchen was nicely stocked with supplies and the owner was willing to procure any tools we requested. The garden was in bloom and the gardeners among us appreciated all the attention to landscaping. The location was great for walking and the views were terrific. We will consider returning to this house.

Happy group leader

I am a wife in a group of four couples. I was tasked with picking and getting reservations. I was nervous. This rental exceeded expectations. Though the cost is high, it works when you needs lots of rooms with bathrooms. The house location and first floor have great “wow” effect and I got lots of credit from the other guests. All couples reported comfortable beds and room arrangements. Certainly, ours was great. We had a deluxe shower and a jacuzzi tub. There were lots of pillows and options for blankets and comforters. Our room had a fireplace which we did not use. I really liked that there were condiments and “cup of soups” there in the kitchen to use. There was some pop in the fridge that prior guests had left and we left stuff we did not use. It was very homelike and the kitchen was well equipped. Two kinds of coffee makers! The two parking spots were essential because there was a 10K race Sunday morning that went by the house. Otherwise, I think there would be additional parking on the street. The house is easy to get to from the ferry landing and near great restaurants. The house is well equipped with TV’s and audio though we didn’t use this much. Innumerable TV stations! The owner was very helpful and gave us lots of insights for restaurants and grocery shopping. We did need his help figuring out how to lock the back door which is the one used for egress and access to the cars. More instruction on that in the written material would be good. Also, the garbage /recycling instructions did not use the same terms that we use in the States. More definition would be helpful even if unnecessary for Canadien guests. We loved the house and would choose it again if we have a vacation reunion in Victoria. Paula/ Bremerton Washington

This is our family home. I have lived on the island on and off from 2004. We love to surf, travel, and enjoy this beautiful island. I graduated from the local University here in 2000, and after work/travelling returned here to build a solid base.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This property is right on the bustling waterfront of Dallas rd. It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of downtown. The neighbourhood is very quiet at night, and during the day there are lots of beaches close to walk. There is a 2000 sq foot rooftop deck for entertaining, with a hottub. The front balcony has a gas fireplace to warm up with in the evening.
