Ce beau, condo au dernier étage privé à Kahaluu Bay Villas est tout à fait le joyau.
L'unité dispose d'une cuisine bien équipée et toutes les chambres sont spacieuses avec un balcon donnant sur la piscine et l'océan.
Les chambres et salles de bains sont magnifiquement aménagées.
Le salon est ouvert et aéré. Tout ce qui est nécessaire pour rester dans un condo est fourni, même le matériel de plongée. Les points de vue de Kahaluu Bay et la piscine condo depuis le balcon sont dégagées et belle. Regarder le coucher du soleil ou les bateaux dans la baie depuis le balcon est très relaxant.

Après une plongée du matin dans ce calme, baie peu profonde visiter des endroits uniques comme le lieu de refuge ou Keauhou Bay (où vous verrez une variété impressionnante de poissons colorés tropicaux, plusieurs tortues de mer, et une belle palette de corail), prendre un bain et bain de soleil au bord de la belle piscine qui est juste en dessous de votre condo!

Après une journée de jouer au soleil, faire du shopping ou de tourisme, revenir à ce spacieux retraite, de 1200 pieds carrés tropicale pour un dîner barbecue décontracté et un coucher de soleil spectaculaire, le point culminant de tous les soirs! Ou aventurez-vous à l'un des nombreux restaurants merveilleux et coucher sites de la région. (Douze tortues dorment sur un rocher de lave devant le bar en plein air de l'hôtel, à quelques dizaines de mètres, tous les soirs!) Ascenseur sur le complexe.

Perfect for our needs

This villa is very thoughtfully equipped. We had everything we could need from beach supplies, well stocked kitchen, games, even binoculars to watch the whales in the bay. We loved having the keyless entry to the villa, the elevator and the beach supply locker. Beautiful view from the linae, a very nice grocery store is nearby, the building and neighborhood are quiet. The villa shows a little age but is in great condition and very clean. Would love to stay again. Thank you!!

Beautiful view and great location

We loved breakfast and sunset dinner on the balcony with the magnificent ocean views. We also loved being in a quieter and more private complex with practically private pool use. Being across from snorkeling, minutes from Magic Sands Beach and Kona, plus being near the road to South Kona was exactly what we wanted. The unit was spacious and met all of our needs. The use of beach equipment was icing on the cake.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the views, being so close to the ocean, and the property. There is a pool and the property is kept very tidy. The unit was a little tired but met all our needs. This is the third time we have stayed in this building. We will be back.

What a Condo!!

Great location for snorkeling, pool and bbq area were very useful. Clean. Just heads up for no A/C, but with all windows open and fans on it was good. Extremely great view from the balcony. Everything you need for snorkeling and beach days was provided. Definitely will recommend and come back again.

Ocean view unit in Kona

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second time at the Kahaluu Bay Villas. This time brought my older kids. The unit was a perfect unit for a family or 2 couples. We had all the amenities of home as we love to cook our own meals. The unit was clean, fully stocked with kitchen supplies, the location was right across from great snorkel beach and easy drive to downtown. The lanai is very large and hadsbeautiful ocean views which we spent most of the time on the lanai when we were there. The pool is nice with a BBQ area. The managers were very responsive when we asked and brought us what we needed. Everyone really loved it. We will be booking for next year again!!!

Amazing Ocean Views

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kahalu’u Bay Villas is a great location and the ocean views from the lanai are exceptional! Unit #304 itself requires some upgrades especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The bedroom carpets looked stained, and they made the bedrooms smell musty. Tile floors would be a big improvement. The sinks and taps in the bathrooms need replacing as they are older and the sink stoppers weren’t working properly. Another of our issues was the difficulty with using the lockbox where the keys are stored when we left the property. The lockbox itself was old and difficult to use, and the lighting was dim which made it difficult to see the numbers on the keypad. A new lockbox and key system is needed, and a keypad with a code on the door to the condo would be much more convenient for the renters. We would rent at this complex, again, but we would look at other units in the building.

Cosy comfort with seaview

The Apartment ist big, ont the top floor (3) has all you need with two separate bedrooms (twin and double) and bathrooms and is overlooking the sea. Each morning I only had few steps (5 min) two a spectacular snorkel spot where I also could some laps. The elevator takes you down to the private pool (soo relaxing) and the beach-supply storage, where you find all you need! We enjoyed staying here very much. Ps: we just had a huge (giant) cockroach on our first night on the balcony. I was screaming loud;) But it was the only one. Neighbours said that’s normal;)

It is listed as no a/c, but there are ceiling fans that help tremendously and the evening does cool down a lot. The balcony over looks the pool, which is also a great feature.

We had a wonderful stay!

The condo is spacious and quiet, with a large lanai perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning views. While the unit is a bit dated, the unbeatable location and peaceful atmosphere made up for it. It had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the easy access to snorkeling right across the street and spent a lot of time enjoying the lovely pool. A great spot for a relaxing getaway—would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and view

If you are a snorkeler, you can’t beat the location as it is about less than a block away from a great snorkel beach. The views from the condo are stunning. There is no AC, but it is not necessary because there’s typically plenty of ocean breeze The kitchen is well stocked and the unit is very spacious. The management company is very responsive. On the negative side, the unit is old and very tired and could use a handyman for some paint and spackle and some new toilets. The old original toilets are very low and barely flush. The mattress in the master bedroom is old and like a marshmallow. But the price is very reasonable so make it worth it.

Two great weeks in paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property exceeded expectations. Everything we could want was there. The view is stellar from the minute you walk in the door. We loved the keyless entry and storage in the garage. My only regret is that I didn’t go into the pool until my last day. I lioved that it was fresh water and I could cool off while my hubby bbq’d. I must note that the parking spot is small but we had a mid size and would let passenger get out before parking. Secure building. It’s exactly as shown in the pictures. We’ll be back!

Nice location

Location is good. Near but not too near the busy area. Condo is nice and well maintained and clean. Lots of fans but it is still very very warm in the unit.
