Magnifiquement rénové une chambre avec vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. Propose un hébergement très confortable, privé et bien équipé - tout le confort de la maison. Imaginez-vous assis sur votre véranda privée, pendant la journée en regardant la mer et peut-être en regardant des dauphins ou des baleines, ou en soirée en regardant un magnifique coucher de soleil hawaïen et peut-être même un éclair vert! A l'intérieur, cuisine bien équipée avec tous les appareils mis à jour, sol en parquet, air climatisé central, 2 télévisions à écran plat, grand lit à plateau-coussin, grande douche à l'italienne, canapé-lit dans le salon, Internet sans fil et connexion longue distance appelant le continent USA et Canada.

Casa De Emdeko est un complexe de condo en bord de mer situé sur Alii Drive, à seulement 3 km du centre-ville de Kona. Ce complexe populaire dispose de deux piscines, d'une plage artificielle en front de mer et d'une piscine commune comprenant des tables à manger au barbecue au barbecue et une cabane couverte. Une piscine est au bord de l'océan et une deuxième piscine de chlore est située à mi-chemin de la propriété. Il y a une cour magnifiquement entretenue avec une grande variété de plantes tropicales, d'arbres, de fleurs et d'éléments aquatiques.

3 nuits minimum, 10 nuits pendant Ironman et Noël. Non fumeur, pas d'animaux propriété. Numéro d'identification fiscale d'Hawaii: # 157-699-9424-01. Le comté d'Hawaï a récemment adopté une ordonnance relative à la location de vacances en avril 2019; la demande de cet établissement a été acceptée et le certificat est en attente.

Amazing property with perfect sunset view

We really appreciated our time in this condo! The grounds are perfect with two pools, bbq grills and more. The unit was clean and had everything we needed although I thought there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but there is just coin-operated laundromat on site. They allowed us a late check-out even. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect condo

View was beautiful from our lanai. We enjoyed the 2 pools they had on premise. Only thing that was not good was the laundry room, none of the dryers were working.

Awesome stay!

The condo was wonderful! Beautiful view, great location, very clean, and updated. The kitchen was well stocked and great that they had beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler available to use. The communication from the owners before and during our stay was great. Would definitely stay again.

First trip to Hawaii

Loved the lanai and view. Very nicely decorated, kitchen had everything we wanted. Wish we’d known there was a cooler and other outdoor items we could use.

More than excellent

The service was more than excellent. I called a few times because I did not know something. One time someone came to my room because I was unable to slide open a lock (not necessary to use). Someone was at my place in about 15 minutes to fix the problem. The condo is immaculate and very large. I just want to let you k ow that there are a few intermittent steps to navigate. I was extremely tired and over 70 and this was a but difficult for me. This is the only issue that u experienced. Nothing major. Rhonda S

Great stay and wonderful view

This was a terrific location and a well-equipped condo. Comfortable and (shock) some spices in the cupboard. Everything was easy to find and instructions were provided on the electronics to answer any questions.

Uneven walking surfaces around main pool lead to potential issues. Because of property elevation lots of steps involved. The property is non ADA compliant which is stated but not explained are the issues surrounding that non-compliance. I would not recommend for anyone with walking issues.

Had a great stay

Unit was great for the money. Have stayed in the complex before, which is nice location to everything. Unit was very clean, and had pretty decent ocean view. Common bbq grills are great amenity! Unit did not have beach chairs/cooler which would have been nice.

Really Nice One Bedroom Apartment south of Kona Town

Great location in this small quiet property right on the water. The unit was super clean. Beautiful views from the Lanai and the bedroom. The people that live there year round were super friendly and welcoming. Two pools, one salt water. Very well cared for grounds. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Great experience!

Property was exactly how it was described and we were not disappointed! Great location and view of the ocean from the lanai. Property was extremely well kept and clean. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it. Best Stay Ever!

We had such an amazing stay here! The pictures didn’t do justice. The sunsets were amazing, the community was so nice, and our favorite thing to do was swim in the saltwater infinity pool! The pool heated from the sun all day, so night swims were the best! We also loved using the bbq’s, and watching all the crabs from afar on the rocks, while swimming! There was a gentlemen who blew the conch way the same time for sunset every night, and there was a even a residential women who fed the eels bread from afar, by throwing the bread a distance into the tide pools! So much fun and such a great stay! We cannot wait to come back and stay there again!!!

Great place to stay

My husband and I really enjoyed the location, right on the water. Great view from the lanai of the sunsets. Comfortable home on the third floor of the complex. There is one elevator available. Thanks for having things like beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels and ice chests available for guest to use. Nice comfortable bed! No sign of critters except the geckos outside. Everything works great inside. We loved the salt water pool and use of grills to use in the courtyard area. We'd highly recommend for 1-2 people.

It was pretty good for price, really not sure how it got a 4.7 overall rating. Honestly a 3.5 seems

Good price and location. Quick response from folks managing the place but not much help as to fun things to do. A coffee maker, some cheap utensils and not much more. Flea market wall decor. Again, good for the money but I'd probably step up a bit and spend a little more and do better. We stayed in a condo in Maui following. A bit more expensive but honestly, you get what you pay for.

Nice property

The property and location are good and fairly centrally located. This place is super quiet at night which is so nice!! The ocean was quite rough which was disappointing and spectacular at the same time. It did however mean that the ocean pool was closed for 4 days during our stay. The ocean pool is beautiful and our choice over the main pool. The main pool is not as quiet and requires a little TLC to bring it up to par. The secure parking is a little on the limited side and we often had to park outside of the gate. There are several cars that appear to be parked here long term ( absent owners?) and that ties up some of the spots for the rest. All and all a great spot and we would certainly not hesitate to rent here again.

Casa De Emdeko

The gardens, salt water pool, and the common area are what makes this place so special. The view of the ocean from our lanai was great. Location was good, close to everything. This is our second time staying at Casa De Emdeko, and not the last!

Excellent stay at Casa de Emdeko #315

The condo had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Well-stocked kitchen, comfy bed, plenty of towels--all the comforts of home. The ocean/sunset view from our lanai was gorgeous. The grounds are very well maintained, and we loved the salt water pool. The locals are friendly and very welcoming, and the sunset conch blow was beautiful. We will be back!
