Ce condo Alii Villas au dernier étage est un ajustement parfait pour les vacances de n'importe qui!
Unit # 340 est très bien entretenu, et nous pouvons assurer que vous aurez un temps incroyable dans ce fantastique, condo très abordable.
Wifi inclus! Il y a un lit de taille Queen dans la chambre, avec un canapé-lit pour 2 personnes dans le salon. Par conséquent, il est une excellente option pour 4.

Alii Villas est un très recherché complexe de condominiums à Kona, Hawaii. L'emplacement est parfait. Il est à distance de marche de la ville où il y a beaucoup de restaurants, shopping et vie nocturne. Il est également à proximité de plusieurs plages et tous les sports nautiques. Si vous aimez Golf, le plus proche terrain de golf est le Kona Country Club, à environ 10 minutes en voiture.
Alii Villas possède une piscine chauffée récemment rénovée et une belle terrasse barbecue.

Alii Villas est vraiment un complexe de location de vacances populaire avec piscine chauffée à l'énergie solaire, terrasse pour pique-nique, installations pour barbecue et espace d'observation en bord de mer. L'aménagement paysager tropical luxuriant se retrouve partout. Le complexe est bien géré avec des bâtiments en b��ton.

Ce complexe en bord de mer est situé entre le village de Kailua-Kona et la région de villégiature de Keauhou. Près des restaurants, des magasins, de la pêche, du golf et des hôtels. Café, marché fermier en plein air, épicerie fine et épicerie à proximité sont à une courte distance de marche. La ville est à environ un kilomètre à pied au nord. Prix raisonnable et situé au centre avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vivre confortablement dans un lieu de villégiature!

Great Place To Stay

This is a great spot for a couple who are looking for a Kona Hawaii get-away. The room is equipped with everything you might need. We would stay there again and again.

Hawaiian Paradise Get Away

Beautiful property very well maintained including pool, sunrise and sunset views, fantastic snorkelling right off the back. Very close to great amenities and beaches. We will definitely return.

Well-stocked with all sorts of beach equipment. We inadvertantly picked the IronMan Competition Weekend for our visit so if you don't like crowds of people this is not the time to be in Kona. It also was very warm, and although the unit had fans, the lack of A/C impacted our ability to sleep as well as we would have liked. The unit was immaculate, the property managers helpful, and we would definitely return.

I have stayed at a number of places at Alii Villas and this was the worst of them. There were bugs everywhere and not only in the kitchen. When I sat on the couch and the chairs in the living room, I had ants crawling on me. Property manager- Knutson and Associates handles all the details. At one point I had a problem and called them. The guy I spoke to was unhelpful. The power went out (which was not the fault of the property manager). Knutson did not offer any help. They could not be bothered to keep in touch to let me know when the power might come back on. Nothing. They made it clear that I was on my own.

Perfect home base for family w/ small kids

This place was exactly what it's advertised as: a very central apartment, well maintained, priced at a great value, with professional property managers to make your stay smooth. We traveled with 2 small kids (ages 1 and 3.5) and the 1BR unit was plenty big enough for us. The pull-out sofa was super comfortable for the kids (and even for an adult, too). Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom -- all modern updates and very clean. We were very active on this holiday, spending very little time in the apartment itself. (We didn't even use the complex pool.) But if you're looking for a super central place -- yes, you can easily walk right into town -- to sleep at night, prepare food/meals, and have reliable property managers should any need arise, this is a terrific choice. View of ocean from patio was lovely, as was hearing it at night. :) Special callout, too, for all the scuba/beach gear which is provided free of charge, ie chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc etc. Would absolutely stay in this same unit again and highly recommend in particular the agency, Knutson, who manages it. Flawless and responsive communication throughout. Thank you!

The view from the Balcony was breathless in the morning and watching the sunset with a nice drink. They have everything you will need to go to the beach. The location is centralized. We had a car for 3 days and then road the bikes and walked for the remainder of the time because nothing is far from there. We would definitely stay here again and refer our friends and family. Additionally working with the management company was extremely easy and they are very kind.

Lovely unit. Great layout. Plenty of much needed airflow. Feels so Hawaiian. Lanai delightful from sunup to sundown. Crashing waves lull to sleep. Birdsong and endless sunny days.

Nice place!

I mixed my visit with work and play. The unit is on the 3rd floor next to some very quiet neighbors. Blake the Property Manager jumped on my call for help to set up the Wifi - no issues at all. Note - this is local living at it's best.... no aircon. Rely on the breeze and fans and all is good. Thanks!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The picture does not accurately depict the condo. It is actually older looking than the picture shows and needing some TLC. The condo is spacious but very very hot - even with the fans on and all the windows and doors open. We could not sleep an entire night in the bedroom and ended up on the floor in the t.v area. Also, it was quite difficult to carry 2 suitcases up the narrow steps. I think this is a point which should be mentioned BEFORE final confirmation of a booking (there may be people with injuries, etc who could not negotiate these steps).We booked via (which we use regularly)and there was no mention of the $49 insurance requirement until the property management contact.We like to use as they outline all charges. We did contact them to express our disappointment of the $49 not shown as a fee.
