Unit a bit dated, however the location excellent, close to everything, shops, grocery, restaurants. Property on ocean, steps to pool and beach. There is nothing better than family and the beach.
Condo was clean. Check in/check out process was easy. Beautiful beach that was never too crowded. Pool was great and not overly busy either. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Main road is kind of busy at times but several crosswalks to get across. Johns pass only a mile or so down the road with plenty of parking for a small fee.
This was our second time staying in Las Brisas and probably will be back
We will definitely be returning next year!, The condo was the perfect size for our group. The balcony is fantastic. The dedicated covered parking is awesome. Overall we had a great time.
From the start the check in process could not have been easier. Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. The moment we entered the room it was pure relaxation. We had everything we needed and this unit provided plenty of space for everyone in the family. The views were incredible, the property is beautiful and well maintained and we will definitely be back. One of the best family vacations ever!
Our experience was great! The management office called to inform us that our unit was ready so we were able to check in early. This was a huge help because we were driving in from Ohio. We had one maintenance issue / request during our stay, it was addressed and resolved in a timely manner. We will definitely return.
Our first time in a condo unit. This was a perfectocean front property with a beautiful view of the Ocean! Very spacious and my 7 year old loved his room! It was awesome to be able to save money by cooking and doing outr laundry right there. The dryer gave out on the second day, but the owner ordered a dryer and it was there by the last day of our 7 day stay. I loved the place and would definatly stay again.
This condo is clean and spacious for family. The beds were comfortable, and the view of the ocean was great. The only problem with the view is that you cannot see the sunset from the balcony. There is another building next door that is a bit closer to the ocean, and with this unit being on the corner, the sunset view is blocked. Although we had a great time and this condo has so much potential, I donât recommend renting it unless you plan to bring all of your own stuff for the beach. There were no beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, or anything at all that you need on the beach. We ended up buying everything we needed and renting chairs and an umbrella. We have stayed in multiple condos on Madeira Beach and this one was the least stocked condo we have been to. We also had very few kitchen cooking supplies and had to go buy a wine opener, as the condo didnât supply this. When we called property management, they said they didnât have one. The beach was beautiful, we love that the balcony is not screened in, and the place was spacious and clean, but we spent too much time and money getting all of the supplies we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Thank you for providing clarification of the $70 account charge due to the damage to the wall clock. Per our phone conversation, I am providing some issues that we discussed so that a safety improvement can be made by the owner.
I understand the $70 charge; however the amount seems a bit excessive for that Walmart type clock.
Furthermore, the clock was not properly installed by the owner; the screw did not have a head on it to securely lock the clock in place thereby presenting a falling damage hazard to anyone who got too close to it in that corner. That corner has bar stools and chairs that make navigation a bit of a squeeze and put you close to the wall. This damage happened as we were picking up and preparing to depart.
I am not looking for a refund, however I just wanted to point this out as it presents a hazard to occupants that may get too close and be injured by any sharp plastic or glass from broken wall clock.
Also, the owner may want to look into the dish washer, it is extremely loud and I would not encourage anyone to run it at bed time.
Some other items we noted, were the lack of beach towels, and in our experience with other rentals there was always salt ~ pepper, dish soap and coffee filters.
Overall we found the place nice and we have rented places in Florida about two times per year so we do have some experience with these types of rentals.

Condo needs to be renovated. Shaking bunk beds, washrooms poor condition. I had to go and buy a new toaster because the one provided it was very dirty. We only liked the fact that the condo was ocean front . I had to pay a fee to Vrbo , trusting that I get a decent place.
The property was nice but had a moldy smell when we arrived. We aired ot out and it was better. The check in was kind of a pain in the butt. The coded door could have been sent and parking passes and othe info should have been left on the counter as all other properties we used in Florida.
Unit floors were dirty, walls were dirty, ant problem. Also sustained bites on my stomach two night
Unit needed a thorough cleaning. Was bitten two nights in a row, by what I suspect was bedbugs.
I found a review from two months prior to my stay, in which bedbugs were present.
The furniture in the room was not the same as on the listing photos, which would give truth to the previous review, that they were switching furniture with other units, due to bedbugs. The unfortunate problem is that this spreads them.
Praying I did not bring anything home.
Had to request floors to be mopped. They were dirty when we checked in. King bed in master bedroom very uncomfortable. Management responded quickly to get floors mopped. Also toilet in master BR stopped up. Again quick response. Otherwise nice condo.
