Quand il est temps de vous évader à la plage, vous voulez vous sentir comme chez vous dans un confort luxueux. Voici la maison! Récemment rénovée avec de nouveaux tapis et tuiles, cette maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 13 personnes! 3 des chambres offrent des lits queen size, la 4ème chambre + une chambre bonus offrent 3 ensembles de lits superposés plus un futon queen et une télévision à écran plat pour les enfants - ce qui en fait une maison familiale idéale de plus de 2700 pieds carrés.

Les baies vitrées du sol au plafond rendent le salon et la salle à manger lumineux et chaleureux pendant la journée. Après le coucher du soleil, votre propre cheminée vous réchauffe tout en regardant un film en soirée en famille. DVD et magnétoscope ainsi que Wifi privé gratuit, et un lecteur iPod avec haut-parleur blue tooth fourni. Tout dans cette maison dit Bienvenue - de la décoration côtière à la tanière confortable séparée avec canapés, coin petit-déjeuner et lits confortables.

The house and the beach were the most peaceful, beautiful accomodations. We were thrilled. There is a nice sunroom off of the side of the house and the early bird workers were able to go out there and close the door and work. The kitchen was great. The couch in the living room was hard to get out of for us older folks. The bedrooms were wonderful. Nice having a washer and dryer.

This property fit the bill perfectly for a group of 12 adults experiencing a sea kayak clinic for military veterans. Easy access for paddling at Elkhorn Slough and Monterey Harbor. And of course, the beach access was fantastic.The place was spotless, roomy, and comfortable.The maintenance team was prompt in addressing some minor electrical and plumbing issues.What a great stay!

Great getaway for a large group

My friends and family (a group of 13) had a blast staying at this location. It was perfect for our group. It had every essential item required for our 4 night stay. We plan to come back next year.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy and welcoming home just a short walk from the beach. The location is fantastic, perfect for morning strolls & sunset views. The house itself has a warm, lived-in feel that made us feel comfortable right away.One of the standout features was the incredible space for kids to hang out. There were plenty of games, a TV and just room to spread out. It was ideal for keeping them entertained and relaxed.While the home could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival, it wasn’t a dealbreaker, just a few details that could use a little extra attention. Overall, it was a great spot for a family getaway, and we’d consider staying again.

Great place for a family reunion.

This house is in a beautiful family friendly setting with the beach nearby. Plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms and linens for a group. The kitchen was a little small, but it was fully equipped and functional. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

The property was good and we enjoyed our stay. The board walk leading into the house was in disrepair with caution, tape and plywood. It looked as if the cleaning crew had not quite finished as cleaning products were left out on the counter. Other than that, it was a very nice property for our family.

Great for family gatherings

Stayed here with multiple families and we had a great time there. We enjoyed the closeness of the beach as well as the place being well stocked in the kitchen. Make sure to bring your own toiletries since they do not provide you with soap/shampoo

Perfect for large families with kids

My family and I celebrated my 40th birthday here and we had a wonderful time. The kids loved the theater room, while the adults kicked back upstairs. Short walk to the beach was awesome. This home is spacious and cozy. We definitely want to stay here again in the future.

Nice big house, plenty of room for lots of people.

This house is plenty big for a large group of people. It has 2 very large communal areas which never makes it feel crowded. The BEST large table I've seen with plenty room for everyone to fit. Also a well stocked kitchen and game cabinet!

Family Reunion after 2 1/2 years of Pandemic Existence

The perfect home for our 3 generation family of 9 adults, 5 children, (ages 2-7 years), from Michigan and California. So many areas of the home to entertain, together or apart. Five days of pure joy!

This is truly a family friendly getaway. Most other homes don't sleep this many family members - this is a great value. Our home is professionally managed by the Pajaro Dunes Resort team. If you need any assistance - from how to operate something, to maid service or supplies, just call! They are at your service 7 days a week, 9-5. We have an After Hours Answering Service as well should anything come up and you need their assistance!
