Spacieuse maison de 5 chambres / 3 salles de bain en bord de mer avec une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan Pacifique de Monterey à Santa Cruz!

Situé à Pajaro Dunes sur une vaste plage isolée sur la magnifique côte de la baie de Monterey. Toute la façade de la maison a des fenêtres donnant sur l'océan. La table à manger avec son long siège de fenêtre est parfaite pour les jeux, les rassemblements et les repas avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan.

Cette maison primée à trois niveaux est un endroit merveilleux pour réunir famille et amis. Une chambre, une salle de bain et la salle familiale (pouvant également accueillir 2 personnes) sont situées au niveau de l'entrée. Jusqu'à 6 marches est le niveau principal de la maison, y compris le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine et la suite parentale avec lit queen séparé de la maison principale sur la terrasse fermée. Le troisième niveau est de 10 marches et comprend trois chambres, une salle de bain et pas de lits superposés!

La cuisine est entièrement équipée et équipée pour vos besoins de cuisson. La buanderie séparée comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur.

Pajaro Dunes dispose d'une sécurité 24h / 24, de pistes cyclables et de jogging, de courts de tennis, de volley-ball et de basket-ball. Le kayak et l'observation des oiseaux à Elkhorn Slough sont à quelques minutes. Les villes voisines telles que Santa Cruz, Monterey et Carmel sont à seulement 30 minutes en voiture, y compris les célèbres terrains de golf, restaurants et l'aquarium de Monterey Bay.

Very convenient beach front property

We had a family gathering with our adult children and their young children. The house was perfect - right on the beach so easy to go back and forth with sand toys and for naps and meals. The house was very child friendly and we all had so much fun being together! The hosts were very nice about the checkin and checkout times which made it easier for us with 5 grandchildren 3 and under. So much fun!

Exquisite and comfy

We’ve gone to Pajaro dunes every year for probably 45 years. This is the first time we’ve stayed in this house and I’m so happy we found it. It’s large, but still feels cozy. The six of us had plenty of room and a beautiful view of the ocean. We were there to draw and watercolor, and couldn’t have been more pleased. We saw whales, dolphins as always, and we were close to the storytelling tree Which we sat and drew for several hours. The owners were wonderfully communicative.

Wonderful Family Time on the Beach

The house was nearly perfect for 11 of us, including two infants. That the master suite was separate from the rest of the house by a nicely designed courtyard was just perfect to let grandparents sleep in in the morning, when the kids were up and making a lot of noise. Easy access to the beach was wonderful. The view from the long table in the main room was splendid. It can be foggy and cool at Pajaro Dunes, but our vacation was near perfect because of the house and its incredible location. Lucky owners!

Comfortable for family

We enjoyed our stay on the beach. The spaces were good for us to gather. The house was not well supplied (kitchen towels, toilet paper). The location was great being close to the red woods, Monterey and the beach, of course.

Lifetime Memories

We brought our adult children and grandchildren for Christmas week to House 5. We used to spend two weeks at House 5 every summer when my children were babies, now they are grown with children of their own. It is a special place to spend time with loved ones.

Fantastic Beach House

This house was perfect for our family trip. We had 4 children ages 7 thru 11 and 4 adults ages 38 thru 60. The house was spotlessly clean and the view was exceptional. My only suggestion would be more beach towels as there were only 3 in the house upon our arrival although this is a 5 bedroom house that sleeps up to 14. The kitchen was pretty well equipped and we had meals nightly enjoying the view from the dining table. The master suite is across the enclosed private courtyard and has it's own bathroom. The owners were great to work with and the booking process was smooth. Thank you!!

Wonderful Family Reunion

House 5 was perfect for our family reunion. Right on the beach with access just outside the front door, this home has everything we needed. Amenities in the resort were awesome as well. We will definitely be back!

Great stay

It was a perfect house for our extended family gathering of 13 which included grandparents and a handful of teens. The dining table was a great place for large groups to just hang out and admire the incredible view. It was even more spectacular than the pictures provided! We would highly recommend it.

The house is lovely and comfortable. The kitchen is well outfitted for a rental. Although set among other houses at Pajaro Dunes it feels as if it is the only house on the beach because no other properties can be seen from the main living area. We would definitely rent it again.

Another fabulous stay

This is our second stay at this property. The location can't be beat -- we were back and forth from the beach all day. The pictures say it all, and the table and common areas are large enough for all to gather. The kids had a blast!

Oceanfront and Nice House

This property is on the oceanfront. At you sit at the dining table, you can see the beach and ocean. We saw dolphins, otters, and sea lions as we ate our meals. The house is convenient to the access steps to the beach. The house is built with a dune on one side and enclosed entry way on the other side thus giving you privacy from the house next to it and the beach access steps. Parking was convenient to the property with courtesy carts to unload and load stuff from your car to the property. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking your own meals. The beds were comfortable. The WiFi worked well for the member of our party that had to work a couple of days while on vacation. There was plenty of storage space. The owners were made it easy to book the property and provided the needed information for check in. Our family would definitely book this house again.

Perfect stay!

The house accommodated our multigeneration family stay perfectly. The kids spent the entire day on the beach, grandparents relaxed and watched from the house, and parents did all of the above. The kitchen is well stocked, and we had no issues cooking all of our meals. The house was much cleaner than other rental houses we have stayed at previously. To sum it, we look forward to staying here again!

Great location! Beautiful view!

The location of this property is beautiful and uncrowded, and the ocean views can't be beat! The house is a great size for large families. The house is cute and quirky, with tons of windows and natural lighting. Plenty of towels and linens. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water for 11 people. The owner, Kathy, was great to work with and very helpful and friendly. The check in and check out process couldn't have been easier. Because it's on a dune, expect a few ants (very common in beach houses). There is no pantry, and the ants seemed to be coming from the kitchen outlet beneath the window. So, we had to store all of our pantry food items on the dining room table to protect our food from ants, which made eating at the table together as a family a challenge. The deck provides both a beautiful view and protection from the strong winds. The one downside of the trip--the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, particularly the queen and doubles. The teens seemed content with the twin beds, though. Overall, a great property and wonderful trip!

We had a good family time and the location was great. It was like we were staying in our own private beach and kids really enjoyed their time. The property was well maintained and will love to go back.

The perfect family week!

This beach house was absolutely amazing. There were different areas in the house for the kids to hang out and not feel like it was crowded. The beach was literally our backyard. Waking up to the views every day was breath taking. And the family time that we shared at the beach created memories that will last us a lifetime. On top of all this, the owners were very communicative and attentive. Excellent overall experience, and excellent interaction with the owners and property managers. I highly recommend this house!!!

Our family, from Sunnyvale California, has owned House 5 for almost 50 years. We have passed its care from our parents to the children and soon grandchildren. We all live in the Bay Area and visit the house often.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Over the years, we have gathered family & friends here for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation! Our fondest memories include playing games at the dining table ... building sandcastles on the beach ... gathering for the Thanksgiving meal amidst God's incredible creation!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The house was designed by Charles Moore and William Turnbull of MLTM / Moore Turnbull. It received one of the 1970 Excellence for Design Awards by Architectural Record.

And to answer a common question ... Yes, it is beach front. There are no houses or structures or fences between us and the incredible Monterey Bay!
