Cette fabuleuse maison de style insulaire est située en plein centre de Port Aransas et à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage. Cette maison sur pilotis au sol unique offre de grandes brises de la magnifique terrasse. Parfait pour 2 familles, la chambre principale a un lit king size, la deuxième chambre un lit king et les deux autres chambres ont deux ensembles de lits superposés chacune. Cette merveilleuse communauté a une piscine et un petit étang pour la pêche. Venez vous détendre le week-end ou toute une semaine! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved pretty much everything about this house. It was clean & spacious. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals, the bathrooms and bedding felt clean and there was plenty of parking. We enjoyed some of the games that were provided at the house, on the chilly nights. It’s the perfect location. And it was surprisingly quiet inside, even with all of the Spring Breakers around us! Would 100% stay again!

Best Quick Getaway

We had a wonderful time, the house was spacious and roomy. The open Kitchen, dining room and living room space was great for socialization and playing games with the whole family. We went as too families and had plenty of room. We will definitely be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the layout of the house with the large open layout and furniture was great for two families. The kids loved the game table too. Overall the house wasn’t as clean as we would have liked (obvious dirt on cabinets/baseboards ) in bathrooms and kitchen. And, it wasn’t clear in listing that we would have to drive to beach due to no access despite being really close. In the end, we rented a golf cart and the kids loved it but added expense we weren’t planning for. Also, we had an issue with a toilet and it took about 6+ hours for someone to come out.

We had a wonderful time. The beach house was clean and ready. But them stairs will give a workout by the End of the week! So he ready for that.

2021 Summer Family Trip

Overall a great house. Perfect size for a group of 8 adults and three children. Only thing one of the upper bunks was not cleaned. Had sand in the bed.

The House is Very Close To restaurantsGas station and the main Boulevard the beach is literally around the corner you’re able to drive up onto the beach so lots of places where you can rent a go cart but everything is pretty much walking distance and we love the community pool can’t wait to come back

We were inconvenienced by having to move into another rental property because the ac was not working then moved again the next day back into our original rental. Not only were we moved but the property they moved us into was not even ready or cleaned yet. We had to postpone our plans. The next day we had a fishing charter in the morning & had to rush back to repack up & move to the other rental. We had 11 people in our party which included children so imagine having to move back in forth with luggage and food. We really didn’t even have time to actually enjoy our rental. Overall the property was nice but the property management could have done a better job.

We are very happy that we were able to still accommodate you, though you had to move homes for the first night. We were able to arrange with housekeeping for cleaning to start at 1pm to accommodate your fishing trip. We are sorry this was not adequate and you still had to rush. We do hope to host you again very soon.

Needs improvement

While we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in Port Aransas & at the beach, we were pretty disappointed in this rental. Upon arrival, we quickly noticed that the cleanliness wasn’t up to our standards & I don’t believe that our standards are unreasonable. We’ve spent a lot of time in vacation rentals so we know what is to be expected. While unloading our luggage into the bedrooms, we spotted two dead cockroaches on the back bedroom floor. It was apparent that they are aware of the issue because we also found a black roach trap under the side table in the other bedroom. The wood flooring has no grout to seal between the planks so naturally there was all sorts of filth in between the cracks of the floors. Our feet were black from walking barefoot around the house. Unfortunately, even mopping wouldn’t fix that issue. The kitchen was very ill equipped. I wish we had brought a skillet & a Keurig (1995 called and wants it’s coffee pot back), it would have made breakfast for 12 people a whole lot easier. For the price we paid per night, you would think that at the very least, inexpensive things like salt, pepper & coffee filters would be provided. Several of the dishes, pots, pans, etc.. were dirty and had to be washed before they could be used. I had inquired about a grill before we arrived and was told that a gas grill was provided but when we went to cook our burgers, we realized that the propane was pretty much empty. The community pool was about the size of a glorified hot tub & it was very dirty. There was a house two doors down that came with it’s own private pool, fire pit & golf cart - we were shocked when we looked it up and realized that the cost for that rental would have been almost $100 less for the same amount of time that we spent at Casa Las Olas. Overall, none of these things were worth calling maintenance over or asking someone to fix during our stay. It is what it is & I decided to leave an honest review because I would have appreciated being able to read one prior to choosing this rental. It has the potential to be nice but needs several improvements.

Thank you for the review. We are sorry for the problems you had during your stay. I do wish you had called and given us a chance to fix these things. We would have been more than happy to take care of all issues. Salt, pepper and other perishables cannot be left because of an incident that happened involving poison in another state. It is not that we didnt want to leave these things. We always try to do everything we can to make our guests comfortable, and we sincerely hope you'll give us the opportunity to accommodate you again.

Cozy space

We recently stayed for the 4th of July weekend. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back. House was great no issues no concerns property ppl were great and Owner was awesome. Very clean and very spacious lots of seating. And we absolutely loved the old time arcade game. 5 stars

Summer vacation

This was the perfect sized property for our group of 11. Loved the open kitchen/dining and living room areas which made it fun for entertaining. We also enjoyed that both master bedrooms had king sized beds and en suite bathrooms.

The house was absolutely beautiful. Some how it looks way better in person than in the pictures. The beds were absolutely the most comfortable beds ever. Even, though, with bad weather we missed out on the beach in our trip, the house certainly made up for that.
