The Commons at Seashell est un endroit idéal pour louer une unité pour un maximum de 8 personnes ou plusieurs unités pour un maximum de 80 personnes pour des réunions de famille, des retraites et des réunions avec des amis. Il y a une grande piscine commune, des hamacs pour se détendre, des tables de pique-nique pour des repas en plein air à l'ombre d'une cabane au centre des unités. Chaque unité dispose d'une douche extérieure pour rincer le sable de la plage. Il s’agit d’une promenade facile ou d’une promenade en voiturette de golf menant à la plage.
Cette unit�� a 3 chambres et 2 1/2 salles de bains. (BR1 - Queen, BR2 - Lits jumeaux, BR3 - 1 Queen), 1 canapé-lit. Il y a une télévision dans toutes les chambres et une grande télévision à écran plat dans le salon. Les sols sont en ciment au rez-de-chaussée et en pin à l’étage pour faciliter le nettoyage. Les murs sont en pin épais de 10 "pour garder les choses calmes et confortables. A un chenil disponible dans l'unité.

We had a fantastic time at this lovely place. We enjoyed watching movies and games on the giant tv in the living room and how easy it was to get to and from the beach and the rest of town.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was exactly like the picture showed. We still had to drive to the beach but it’s not that far to walk. The atmosphere was really lovely. The complex is build in a square and there’s a nice pool in n the middle. The kitchen was stocked well and we really appreciated the provided toiletries! Thank you!

a great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: having stayed from 12/15/18 to 3/08/19 we got to use this fine home as our own. seems as if all things were just as listed, and we could only ask for a few more plates and knives and forks as we seem to have to use the dishwasher more often. overall a great place to stay and relax. thanks

Excellent

This is our second stay at this unit, it’s clean, new, well equipped and well positioned for town and beach access. The porch faces the interior courtyard and it’s a lovely place to drink your coffee in the morning and relax after a long day in the sun. There’s a nice crowd there but it’s quiet, mostly families. Pet friendly which is a must. The bedrooms are comfortable and bunk room worked for our teenager. When I can it book this unit I stay at another one in this complex because I like that much.

Cutest Beach House!

This was the perfect spot for my best friend and I to start our vacation! We went down two days before our guys arrived and it was a perfect oasis for us to get settled into! The kitchen had a lot of pots, pans and utensils and was laid out so cute! The couches were comfy and allowed for a lot of relaxing between beach time! The rooms were spacious and fit us all. The washer and dryer were upstairs and SO convenient. The beach was under a mile away so the location was spot on. We’re already talking about when we can go back!!!

Beautiful property; lovely decor

Our experience was great except we were delayed an hour when we arrived at the property managers office. They let us know that there was a plumbing issue at the property from the previous guest. They could have at least texted us to let us know . But things happen. We would definitely stay there again.

We tried our best to resolve the unforeseen plumbing issue. This particular one was noticed in the small window of time between the check -out of the previous guest and your scheduled time to check-in. Great Complex

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This little enclave of townhomes is lovely. Well located for getting to the beach. Many allow well behaved pets. We have stayed in 3 different homes and all were bright, clean and roomy. Most of the TVs were a puzzle to us - be sure and check when you first get there and if you have difficulty operating them, call your property manager for assistance. Some come with a golf cart for one day with reasonable rates for added days. Pool is not large but usually adequate. There is a nice little "community feel" at "The Commons".

Super clean and easy stay

I'm super picky when looking for Airbnb's, seriously spend forever looking for best option. I chose this property because of cleanliness and welcoming environment from the pictures, and it did not disappoint. Everything felt new (maybe it is?). They did a really great job remodeling this condo, and it had everything we needed from kitchen equipment to toiletries etc.. It felt really great after long day of outside adventures, to come home to this place! It's great location and easy to get around port a town and beaches from here on a golf cart. I will add for families, that the bunk beds didn't feel safe for my little ones w the top railing being covered by plush mattress and bottom not having one...but my kiddos did fine sharing the queen size bed. We were lucky that it was a very quiet weekend, so when sitting on porch we felt like we had pool and place to ourself. However I could imagine during high season times, it could get crowded and loud in courtyard... but who knows. Most people around us seemed like families and couples.. which was nice. I would stay here again:-)

This place needs some attention

5 nights but would have moved on day 1 had that been an option. As soon as we entered we smelled mold, it was after hours so we waited to call the management company until AM to discuss. The next day management sent a cleaning supervisor out to investigate the smell, once inside we were told that we were just not used to the "island" smell and that this was normal. The housekeeping manager sprinkled some deodorizer around and ran the disposable before leaving. I have been coming to Port A for 4 decades and never stayed in a place that smelled moldier, island smell!!! Once housekeeping left, we called the management to discuss options to move to another property, between the time we checked in and our housekeeping visit we noticed several other issues with the property. Life if Paradise had no recourse for us and told us that if they helped us find another property the owner would ask them for some compensation since there was nothing seriously wrong with the property. At this point we had noted the mold smell, no place for dogs to poop even though the place is listed as pet friendly, no poop bags, overflowing trash cans in courtyard, dumpster had trash all around it including a broken washing machine, bathrooms had pubic hair in them, tubs stained, dirty plastic shower curtains, stained linens and bedding, stained couches, broken toileted paper fixture, broken closet door, and to top it off broken beds. Sorry, can’t help you, the owner will get mad was the reply from Life in Paradise. 3 beach days in and several air fresheners later my wife discovers the source of the “island’ smell! Black water is leaking out from under the kitchen sink, so I again called Life in Paradise manager Josh, this time I let him know what and why it smells in our unit and ask him to follow up with me to discuss compensation. We had already placed a bucket under the sink to stop the leaking and were not interested in moving with only 1.5 days left in our stay so I advised Josh to follow up with the owner and then get back to me. That was over a week ago, I followed up with an email and vx mail 5 days ago and have still not heard back. This is the first time I have had a bad experience at any VRBO in Port A, I have another trip booked in Nov and have stayed in 6 other VRBO properties on the island. Life in Paradise management couldn't help us get another place without fear of reprisal from ownership.

The Commons

Your photo is misleading. I couldn’t tell that the townhouse was attached or that it was part of one big complex . There’s no private outdoor space, the grounds are not maintained and the condo itself was dirty. I had to call housekeeping for several problems. The one good thing was the property management was very responsive and dealt with all the issues.

The bunk room is very a small room and no closet but a dresser. Would accommodate 1 adult or 2 small children. We were wanting to bake but there is not a hand mixer. Family Fun!

This group of condo units is a great location for a family getaway. The bunk room is tiny, so don’t try putting adults in there! But the other bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. Shared pool & grills are a nice addition. There are no grassy areas on the property so we crossed the street to take our pup for his potty breaks. Unit was updated, clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
