Cette magnifique maison est située dans la subdivision Leeward Sands et est à distance de marche de la piscine de la ville et du centre d'observation des oiseaux. Il y a 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. Le maître et la première chambre d'hôtes ont tous deux des lits King et la troisième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi 2 futons dans le salon. Il y a beaucoup de parking en béton pour garer votre bateau et une douche extérieure pour rincer après une journée à la plage. La plage est à environ 4 minutes en voiture. Cette maison offre 4 téléviseurs, WiFi et une laveuse / sécheuse. Venez, détendez-vous et profitez de vos vacances dans cette magnifique maison et apportez le bateau! Excellent property!

Excellent, very peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The property was very clean. Port A Escapes was awesome throughout the rental process. Responds very quickly. We had a great time and had zero issues for the seven nights we were there. Everything thing we needed was in the house, including plenty of hot water for eight of us. We will definitely use Port A Escapes for future trips to Port Aransas!

We did have an ant problem and when I called they did say they would send someone ,but we asked it. We showed up one day early due to them taking money when I told them I would call back when I got closer to see if we would be going and she said ok. Then around 6ish they took out money. I didn't tell her we were going. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and we enjoyed it.

I’ve never given a poor review before on VRBO, but I felt it’s important to warn others thinking of staying here. First off- it sleeps six comfortably, maybe 7 on one of the futons. The other futon is so dented in you literally can’t even sit on it- you either feel the pokes of the springs or the board below. Even our four year olds couldn’t sleep on it. They need to change the description as sleeping was horrible for 9 of us. Our friends had four people in their king bed (2 kids) because of this. In addition- it was not clean. The floor was so dirty our feet were black after walking around for five minutes, they only left us 8 towels for nine people, there was BLOOD on one of the pillows, the pots are so corroded we literally didn’t feel comfortable cooking. And the point of renting a house with a kitchen is to cook- we should have stayed in a hotel if that was going to be the case. There were no hangers to hang your clothes, they gave you one trash bag (I’ve never seen such a stingy VRBO before) so bring trash bags for the kitchen. And the wifi didn’t work-it showed that it was connected on your phone but then it wouldn’t actually connect to any internet page. All of us tried it and couldn’t get on- so it wasn’t user error. If you want a place to sleep for 6 people, don’t care about cleanliness and don’t want to cook, then this is your place. I called the property manager and they did come out to remove the bloody pillow and mop the floor and provide extra linens which is why they got 2 stars instead of 1.

Enjoyed the Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was perfect for what we needed, everything was clean and well done. Didn't even have to go to office to check in or out. All done by text and email. Smoothly done. The only thing was the internet which was not working and I did submit a ticket and they called me but never heard back after that. Was still not working but that wasn't our priority. We were there for our daughters wedding who lived right by and our accommodations were what we needed. Would stay there again and use Port A Escapes.

Good but…

I originally had booked this home to go to the beach with some friends but ended up going with family thankfully. I couldn’t tell that there was enough places to sleep in the picture so I asked the property manager and they said there’s two king size beds, two twins, and two pull outs. Luckily there was only 8 of us because those pull out coaches are the worst! We just slept on the two couches instead bc the pullouts were way to hard. I was upset about having to sleep on the couches but they weren’t uncomfortable. The other issue was there were no pans to cook breakfast in. I wish I would have known that because we had to buy some at the IGA. Other than that the space was nice and clean but definitely would not have been comfortable for 10 people due to the beds.

Rather outdated for the price. Furniture is old and very uncomfortable. Beds were ok. Place was clean but lacking enough towels, washcloths, bedding for designated sleeping areas. Acceptable but not great for cost.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a nice stay. The house was clean and in good shape with plenty of parking for boats, carts and vehicles. There are 3 picnic tables to use 2 on the upper deck and 1 down below, so if you want more seating bring your own. Also due to being near the wet lands bring some Mosquito repellant or citronella candles or equivalent to help with the pesky critters. Since sitting and grilling outside was nice here. We plane to stay again sometime.
