Cette pittoresque maison de deux étages entièrement meublée de la Nouvelle-Angleterre rappelle une époque plus simple de propriétés familiales et de petits villages tranquilles. Avec façade sur le rivage et vue imprenable sur Round Cove, cette maison familiale délicieusement simple dispose de 3 chambres pouvant accueillir confortablement 6 adultes et offre une cuisine complète, 2 salles de bain complètes et une laveuse et sécheuse. Belle's House est niché entre le magnifique Rock Gardens Inn et Sebasco Harbor Resort, chacun à moins de cinq minutes à pied.

Il y a un séjour minimum de 4 nuits à Belle's House. Cependant, les frais de location hebdomadaires de 1 250 $ sont d'une valeur exceptionnelle et offrent aux clients le même accès à toutes les activités au Sebasco Harbor Resort *. Quaint Home with Beautiful View

Perfect size home for a small group (we had 5). Great location for day trips to Bath, Boothbay, Freeport, and more. Host is super friendly and attentive! We loved being able to take advantage of the Resort restaurant and grounds.

Rustic and Homey

Was a very relaxing Maine vacation! Very private and beautiful setting. Loved the cove view from the spacious deck. We also floated on our rafts in at high tide. Beaches were beautiful and close by. Enjoyed the Sebasco Golf Course and restaurant overlooking the beautiful harbor views .Marty was welcoming and very helpful! Just the vacation we needed!!

Belle's House

We had a great week here. Marty, our host, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He arranged for lobsters one night, recommended an excellent place to buy steamers and another to buy crabmeat. He gave us passes for a small dog friendly beach nearby. We would recommend upgrading the dishes, cookware and bed sheets. It would have been nice to have a vacuum (we had dogs and went to the beach).

Wonderful Stay

Marty is always available for questions, has great advice and a wonderful sense of humor. The location cannot be better. Great views, close to Popham beach, restaurants, lobster pounds, clams and oysters. Having a washer and dryer in the house is very convenient. Beautiful deck and the house is roomy and comfortable.We've already booked for next year!

Outstanding and fun-filled stay!!!

Our family absolutely loved its visit to Marty and Brenda’s gorgeous place!! This is our 4th year and we have already booked a stay for next summer! Belle’s House is located in a perfect spot overlooking Round Cove. It is clean, cozy and welcoming, and Marty and Brenda are the most warm-hearted and gracious hosts. They always check in to make sure everything is perfect and every year we have enjoyed fresh and delicious lobsters straight off their lobster boat! There are so many activities accessible for a family including hiking, tennis, bicycling, kayaking, shuffleboard, golf and a nearby restaurant. We cannot rave enough about this unique and special place, and you will never find more wonderful hosts than Brenda and Marty!

The house was very nice. Clean and had a great porch with a beautiful and relaxing view of the ocean. Quiet area. Not far from Popham beach. Property owner was available if you had any questions. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Family friendly with a great view

Quiet cottage with a great view. Marty was super nice, helped us with anything we needed. The house is very welcoming too. We found some restaurants in the neighborhood. Just be careful of iffy network coverage when you are out driving.

Cove view private cottage

From the start, our hosts were welcoming and responsive..the best communication we have ever experienced. The cottage is charming and was spotless upon arrival. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay: gas grill, washer and dryer, two long clotheslines, Wi-Fi, and fans for every bedroom. The bedroom with the light wood is off the kitchen on the ground floor and has private access to the bathroom off the kitchen. Three more bedrooms upstairs with another full bath. The violet bedroom has a lovely view of the cove, while the twins and the other queen have wooded views. We loved this cottage and especially our welcome hosts Marty and Brenda. Thank for for an unforgettable week!

Another Fantastic Week at Beautiful Belle's House!

My teenage sons and I (and dog) had another wonderful week at Belle's House! The location is fantastic...very close to all the resort amenities yet off the beaten path a bit with wonderful peace and privacy. The house itself has a great layout, with a first floor bedroom/bathroom that can give parents their own space (with the other three bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor). The large eat-in kitchen has all your needs covered, and the living room has very comfy gliders by the front windows looking out at the cove (my favorite spot in the house!). And the wrap-around deck is such a spacious and peaceful place to spend the day looking out at the cove. Best of all, Marty (the owner) is fantastic! He is very reachable/responsive and goes out of his way to ensure his guests' comfort and satisfaction...such a genuine, down-to-earth good person. We are already looking forward to our week at Belle's House next summer!

Belle's House Phippsburg, ME 9/9/23-9/15/23

Belle's house was a lovely spot. It was quite comfortable even with the daily rain we had. Our dog had a great time, other dogs around to play with. We had some friends visit 3 days and the house was very comfortable for them as well. The owners were very attentive to our needs and responded quickly and took care of us well. Enjoyed the local lobster pound and the oyster pound as well. Pretty area. Would rent again.

Charming house in beautiful surroundings

This charming house with a long family history has been renovated to be fresh and cheerful; it worked great as a home base for our family as we attended a nearby graduation. Tucked in amongst the properties of a small resort and spa, the house has lovely surroundings with a water view and bird watching out front picture window. The owner, Marty, was solicitous of our needs and even procured fresh lobster and crab for us--fun!

The property was conveniently located, comfortable, clean and spacious. All accommodations were adequate. The property manager is extremely attentive, friendly and hospitable. We will definitely return! Children of all ages can be comfortable and sufficiently entertained, especially in nature. Thank you for a great stay on the gorgeous Maine coast!

Great home to relax and unwind listening to the birds, crickets and occasional lobster boat with the peaceful cove to view from the deck. What else could you ask for.
