Cette spacieuse mezzanine copropriété de deux chambres est situé en ville, le club-house, trois piscines, un bain à remous et de terrains de sport. Dans cette copropriété, vous trouverez une chambre à l'étage principal avec une salle de bain complÚte, l'autre chambre et salle de bains sont situées à l'étage. Avoir un plan de plancher de la chambre fendue permet de la vie privée dans les deux chambres de moquette. Le salon dispose de hauts plafonds cathederal avec un ventilateur de plafond pour vous garder confortablement au frais tout en utilisant l'une centrale / c. La cuisine compacte est entiÚrement équipée avec tous les pots, casseroles et ustensiles nécessaires pour faire un repas gastronomique ou simplement hamburgers. It's fine...

Its ok if your not spending a lot of time in the condo. Beds are comfortable. Definitely needs a deep cleaning and some updating. At this price point, I'd probably try my luck somewhere else next time...Also, communication was pretty much non existent during our stay, messages left unanswered...

The place was dirty, uncomfortable and in need of VERY much repair. We left half way through our stay and kissed our non-refundable payment goodbye just to find a better place to stay.

2023 Family Vacation

There was a mixed up on the check in time and I had to call. Spoke with Mr. Wheeler and after the cleaning team finished then we were able to go in and we were pleased with the unit. The only thing that was a con was the walk to the beach but that is not the unit, resort nor Mr. Wheeler's fault. All in all there were more pros than cons and the unit was cute and comfortable. Loved it.

Nothing like advertised.

We’ve stayed at Horizon South many, many times and have NEVER had an experience like this. Unfortunately, this place is nothing like it states. It was filthy, mold in multiple places (refrigerator & showers were the worst), no extra linens or towels, the mattresses and furniture were disgusting, it wreaked of cigarette smoke,and when we contacted the owner about all these things, there was absolutely nothing done but an apology. Absolutely do not recommend this specific condo!

Good time

The condo was good. Somethings were a little outdated. Our tv remote in the bedroom didn’t work. It’s farther from the beach than what I had thought when I booked it. The floors were dirty and sandy when we arrived, we had to sweep them. Didn’t like the fact you basically had to clean the place before you leave, even though you pay a cleaning fee. We literally done all the work lol, but other than that it was great. Our patio door wouldn’t lock. Also the couch bed is not worth using.

Convenient but Less than Expected

The location is wonderful. A short walk to the beach. However, parking is limited. We had to park away from the condo itself because others parked in front of our condo. There is no gate so it’s not a gated community as advertised. We had to pay an expensive cleaning fee but the condo was unclean upon arrival. We had to wash any dishes we wished to use because they were unclean. We had to wear socks or house shoes because the floor was filthy. You will have to squat to get your head beneath the shower faucet (I’m 5’7”). My mother didn’t have to squat so if you’re 5’2” you’re good. There was tennis / shuffle board / mini golf but no directions on how to acquire the equipment to utilize the resort to its fullest. The rules stated the pool closed at 11 but it closed at 7:30 when we stayed so that was misleading. We had to pay a cleaning fee yet we had to wash the dishes ourselves, strip the beds ourselves, and take out the trash ourself so unsure what the expensive cleaning fee is for because the condo was definitely not clean upon our arrival. The outdoor light did not work. We were told not to put our wet clothes over fence and to use wooden rack provided but there was no wooden rack provided. Again it was a convenient location but we will not stay here again.

Never again

When you first get there good luck finding someone to check you in ! Also have to pay an additional fee per person to use the pools, golf and other games and it’s higher then advertised. But also have to buy or bring your own equipment to use golf and other games. Wasn’t told that and finally found the security guy and asked about it and was told. The place had roaches. Contacted manager he said he would get up with pest person but never sent anyone while we was there. Cleaning ppl are not very “clean” garbage was still under beds and dressers. Garbage can had all kinds of black nasty stuff in it and smelled awful! Grill wasn’t cleaned from previous ppl. Sheets for hide away bed had brown stains all over them and we couldn’t use but over a week after check out the manager wanted to charge my card another 50$ for those and for having to clean the toilet extra and bc he said the garbage can had blood on it. None of which are true and I’m glad I took photos of everything when we checked in and when we left. I also messaged him about all of this and all he said was I’ll pass it along to the cleaning ppl. Have to bring your own TP, washing detergents for everything and paper towels. Which I have never heard of (minus the laundry detergent) Neighbors look at you like “why are you here and don’t speak to me faces”. You are not guaranteed parking by your place and just have to hope there is a spot close by for you to park at ! Overall will never stay here again. The place is very outdated and no one is helpful !

Great family vacation

We had a great time in Panama City. We slept 7 comfortably in the condo. It’s a short walk to the beach which is beautiful. The pools are nice for evening swimming. There’s a pool hall and a small workout room also on the property. The condo it’s self is nice. The main bedroom has a king size bed which was comfy. And with the door shut I didn’t hear my teens in the living room. The upstairs loft was great for my son and his family. They had their own space (2 beds) and bathroom. The kitchen is small but it’s all you need for a vacation. Dining area sat our whole family. Outdoor seating was relaxing and private. There is also a shower to get all the sand off before entering the house. There is a lot of places near by in walking distance. Check in and out was easy. And the property manager got back to me with in an hour for a quick question. Also the neighbor is very nice and welcoming. I would stay here again.

Beach Vacation

Perfect house for our family of 5. Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there. Kids loved their upstairs private area. Patio had plenty of space to sit and have a drink. Great Walking distance to the beach.

The condo is in a good location.

Condo is in a good location, short walk to the beach. Needs updating in kitchen and bathrooms. Outdated stove and sink, cabinets, shower glass doors had rust on them. Could also use better cleaning service. On the first day we were there, I took my shoes off, walked around and my feet were black. Not good!

Bring your own tennis rackets and golf clubs etc to use the resort amenities

This resort no longer provides putters for the mini golf course and tennis rackets for using the tennis courts. Or shuffleboard stuff. Additionally, each guest now has to pay $20 for a wristband to use the pools and other amenities. and you have to keep the wristband on all the time or buy another one. That wouldn't have deterred me from staying here, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Anyway, the condo is nice, but small and basic and moderately clean. Everything is a bit outdated but its functional. When we go to the beach, we don't plan on spending time in the condo so that was fine. The biggest drawback, though, is that the owner doesn't have a patio table in the patio area. There are only 2 patio chairs out there. I figured a patio table with an umbrella and enough chairs to seat 6 would be a given. But apparently not. I hope that this will be corrected, because that was the biggest disappointment for my family, as well generally like to sit out on the patio to eat our meals, but we were not able to do so at this condo due to lack of a table and chairs. It is at leas a 5 minute walk to the beach, but that was fine and expected for us. I hope this review helps and everyone has a relaxing and fun beach vacation!

Chad is a great guy.

Good communicator. 100% would recommend the renting of this property. Neighbors were all very friendly considering it was 8 college kids renting this place. Felt very welcoming. Had no issues!

Weekend Stay

The property was as described. Its in a decent location. We felt a little weird because we seemed to get strange looks from the neighbors. I'm guessing it's because they were long term older tenants and didn't recognize us. We didn't do anything crazy at all but we were standing outside welcoming our friends and some neighbors came out to see what we were doing. We waved and gave a greeting and they just loomed at us funny and walked back inside. Also, you have to buy wristbands that are $5 each for everyone in your party when you pick up your parking pass but they aren't good for anything. We never wore them (or saw anyone else wearing them. The mattress needs replacing and the shower door stuck. But all that aside, we went to go to the beach. It was in a good location and you have access to 3 pools and a hot tub as well as other recreational amenities. 4 out of 5 stars overall.

Value Resort

When looking at the listing it appears much closer to the beach then in reality, it's not a huge walk but be prepared to walk about 5 min to the beach. Some of the amenities were not working, but I wasn't made aware until given the check-in information example washer/dryer and the upstairs toilet. Again not a huge deal things happen. Also be prepared to have cash on you $5 per person for the resort wrist bands you need while on property. There is only room for 2 cars but you can purchase an additional parking pass for $25. There are no eating utensils so make sure to have those if you need them, but there are cooking utensils. I did receive very timely professional answers to any questions I asked before my trip.

El lugar estaba muy deteriorado, los utensilios de la cocina estaban en mal estado,habĂ­a fuga de agu

Es demasiado costoso para un lugar tan malo, nos tocó pagar aparte la entrada a la piscina no había donde votar la basura un lugar pésimo no lo recomiendo jamås, estaba sucio telarañas, polvo no le hacen aseo a ese lugar y si lo cobran, no habían utensilios en la cocina necesarios, la estufa no servia, pésimo no hay mas palabras que decir, pésimo, desde el segundo piso caía agua había fuga de agua en el måster, llamamos a poner la queja y nunca solucionaron pesimo

Softball week

Came for the week for a softball tournament at Frank Brown Park. Condo was a perfect spot in respect to the park. The owners did have new windows installed during our stay, but that did not really cause us any issues. I understand the property is booked solid and there isn't really a great time to get things like this done. Horizon South is very quiet and laid back. The people around us were all friendly and helpful.
