Vue sur la mer, venez vous détendre et respirer dans les fraîches brises océan de mer! Vous pourrez bronzer sur le pont arrière extérieure qui enveloppe aussi autour en face de la salle de séjour à la terrasse d'un bain à remous. Apaisez vos maux, des douleurs et soucis dans les eaux tranquilles de la baignoire à remous. Custom House moderne avec le plan d'étage ouvert, aéré et plafonds en bois nobles, et beaucoup de lumière naturelle grâce à de nombreuses fenêtres et plusieurs portes coulissantes en verre. Du niveau du sol de l'allée il ya un escalier couvert à l'extérieur pour la porte d'entrée de deuxième niveau et une petite surface de pont. De la deuxième plate-forme arrière de niveau, il ya un escalier vers le bas à la cour arrière. Cette cour est pas clôturé, mais les animaux, les adultes et les enfants peut être contenue sur le deuxième surface de pont de niveau avec une porte fermée.

Great house close to the beach

Short walk to the beach was my nice. The yard isn't actually fenced in, but all surrounding properties have fences. Overall a lovely place to stay

Family trip

Plenty of seating and sleeping accommodations for our large family gathering. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely laid out for us to cook and serve. living room was great for all of us to sit and play games. The kids had a nice walk to the beach which is beautiful. My only suggestion is to have a door on the main bedroom bathroom. We made it work. We enjoyed our weekend stay very much!

convenient location

The house was very clean looks better in person then in pictures. lots of storage and room for everyone to be comfortable.. The kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook. nice views of the ocean. My only complaint is there is only one t.v in the living room one more in the loft area would be nice.

Very Enjoyable Stay!

First time Vrbo user, very pleased with all aspects of this property. Lovely kitchen, my bed was comfortable, everything worked well, the property manager was prompt and very helpful. We had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend. In fact, we've talked about coming back next year and staying in the same location! Gold Beach is a sweet little community, very relaxing stay there. The coastline is gorgeous!

Big house

We were 8 and had plenty of room. 6 king size beds 2 1/2 bath. Large kitchen and dinner table for 10. You can see the beach but it is a long walk. We are from the east coast and had to adjust to a cool, very windy beach but we had fun hunting for star fish and crabs.

A great home away from home

My family and our dog had the pleasure of visiting for a week. This place was so comfy! From the beds to the couches. We all had plenty of space to gather. The kitchen had all the amenities needed to prepare and enjoy meals. The deck area has an amazing view of the ocean. Overall we were very pleased with the Flip Flop Inn!

Wedding Weekend in Gold Beach.

This house does accommodate a large group (6-12) fairly well. Lots of room and good gathering areas. However, there is a lot of “stuff” everywhere. Too many couches and chairs in the living room. People stumble around. The place need some TLC. Outdated and minor repairs need throughout the whole house. Lawn chairs around a formal dinning room table. Is odd. Most of towel rods are falling out of the wall. All the fan switch knobs are missing. Refrigerator handle is busted off. Three windows are broken. Just to mention a few things. Hot tub is in need of service and cleaning. No actual view of the water unless you go upstairs and stand in the corner window. A little shrub and tree trimming would give an incredible view from the main floor deck and upstairs If monies where put back into the place for updates and repairs , it would be a great price. As it sits now, this place is over priced by 50%.

Enjoyable stay in a great location

This house was just right for my family. Check-in was easy and the host, Aimee, was responsive to my questions. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. The furniture was outdated, however, it was very comfortable. I enjoy having windows open as I like a breeze in the house, however, very few windows had screens on them. I would recommend this house, especially for groups.

Nice house

House in general worked out well for us. A few of the dimmer knobs for light s or fans were missing as well as a couple of key window screens but all in all the house was pretty good. Kitchen was very well equipped, all the bed reports were comfortable. Had an enjoyable stay for four adults and four kids.

Good Stay

This was a nice house with a well equipped kitchen, lots of bed options and good amenities. The hot tub was great and we really enjoyed sitting out on the deck. The check in/check out process is a bit unusual as you have to call the owner and they do not use the lockbox on the door, but the owner is perfectly nice so it didn't bother us. We absolutely LOVED the jetboat rides up the river and found a couple nice restaurants in the area. Overall, a nice stay. :-)

Perfect family vacation house

11 of us stayed for a 4-day long family vacation, and it was just perfect. The home is spacious, was very clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Aimee was very responsive and great to rent from. We'll definitely be coming back!

The property is in need of an overhaul. The furnishings in the dining and living room are old and uncomfortable, with several of the recliners no longer functioning, and and the cane backing of the dining room chairs blown out. The dining chairs are also quite low, and on wheels, which made it difficult for some of the members of our party to get in and out of them easily. The master bedroom has a king and an queen, and can sleep 4, but the doors have been removed from the bathroom and the toilet room, making it very awkward to share the space. There is a toilet room down the hall, but using that was disturbing to the people sleeping on the upstairs landing. If you are sensitive to chemical smells, this is not the property for you. The scented garbage bags and cleaning products create a miasma in the house which affected several of our group. Yay Benadryl!

Great home, in a great location. A bit funky, dated and well used but it worked great for us. Unfortunately I left something In the home and asked the manager if I could have it shipped and she never responded. Disappointing.

Just what we needed for our family

Enjoyed the location and the hot tub. The house is in rather bad disrepair, towel holders hanging off the wall, door conspicuously missing from master bathroom, thick dust on shelving and ceiling fans and under the couch (well, much more than dust down there), crazy stains on the carpeting. Actually, it was so bad I didn't worry at all about my young kids damaging or dirtying the house, so in this case it was fine for me. I did question what the rather high cleaning fee was used for though. Had I been here as an adult vacation with just my wife I would have been more disappointed with these things, but this was the perfect place for this particular family trip.

Gold Beach

House is not particularly kid friendly and has very steep stairs to get in and also inside. Older adults have trouble getting in and out. The kitchen could use some better fry pans. Overall it was fine and we enjoyed our stay. It is easy to get to the beach.
