The 3 Bedroom 2 Bath house can hold 6 adults max, 8 person max. Check Out time is Noon, We won't rush you out the door!

Located just across the Rogue River from the Port of Gold Beach and only a 1/2 mile walk to a very secluded beach. However you like to unwind you can do it here. Fishing for Salmon or rafting down the Rogue. Taking a Jet Boat tour. Walking on the miles of secluded beaches finding treasures. Golfing at the Local Cedar Bend Course or driving north to the famous courses in Bandon. Hiking through the Redwoods. Of course you may decide to just sit on the deck in the hot tub and stare at the view for days.

The House was built in 1975 and has been completely updated with new furniture, flooring, beds, HVAC, electric, and Hi Speed Wifi. The main floor has two bedrooms, one bathroom, the kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, and laundry room. The upstairs is the Owner's suite bedroom with a king bed, a full size day bed, a walk in closet, and full bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your own meals; pots, pans, gas stove, air fryer, even 25 spices. The space is family friendly with kids utensils, plates, board games, a crib, a bassinet, a changing table and one of the best hide and seek property's you will ever find.
