Since the house is more than just a rental to us, because we use it as our second home, we built it with that in mind. We wanted all modern appliances, technology and furniture throughout to make it comfortable for all who stay. Glad you enjoyed yourselves. Take care. Stay safe.

Irene was a great guest as were her guests who stayed with her. The house was left in good condition. Bedsheets and towels were stripped and left in laundry room, dishwasher was started. Very communicative and easy going when we spoke. If Irene wanted to return, we would not hesitate in booking her stay.

Denise, thank you and your family for being great guests. Our housekeeper said the house was “left in amazing condition” when she arrived to clean. The house is our proud and joy. Our first attempt at having a house built. A lot of thought was put into design features that highlighted the ocean views and providing an open feeling in the kitchen and dining area for guests to gather. Your grandson nailed his description “this home was designed for comfort.” It helped having an awesome builder. Come back anytime.

We feel we put a lot of thought into building the house to make it comfortable for not only us, but to make the house feel like “home away from home” for our guests.

Regarding beach access. When you click on our house to view it as a possible rental, you will fiind a description of the house under the heading "About This Property" As you scroll down a few short paragraphs you come to the paragraph discussing beach access. You will find this paragraph on how to reach the beach. Verbatim it states: "The beach is accessed on the north end of the tract with a signposted path. It is an easy two minute walk and your feet will be digging in the sand. Please do not climb down the rip-wrap boulders on the ocean perimeter as inviting as it may appear. It is not safe as it is easy to twist an ankle." No deception here. It couldn't be any clearer. We've believe in full disclosure so there is no misinterpretation. I would guess Corey did not read the paragraph. We've been renting our homes in this neighborhood for 7 years, first with a condo across the street, and now with this beautiful newly built ocean front property. No one has ever complained about low water pressure. I can personnally submit the water pressure is more than adequate. Additionally, we have never received a complaint regarding "scratchy sheets." Our reviews have almost always been 5 stars. We have always strived to provide a 5 star experience in our vacation rentals,and it is evidenced in our other reviews. Not sure why Corey did not enjoy himself even after accommodating him in his unexpected early arrival. But I will discuss with our house keeper regarding the sheets.
