Always a great trip.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every year a large group of about 30 friends stay at this location and everyone enjoys their room and the beach here. Every year we rent between 10 and 15 rooms and no problems are ever brought up during discussions. We will be back soon I am sure.

The unit was cool enough but with it being so big box fans/ ceiling fans in all bedrooms would be beneficial for more circulation.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We paid $1800 for three nights in the unit. We loved the location but the unit is in need of several repairs and updates. The master bed frame is extremely squeaky and the mattress is not comfortable. The second bedroom needs thicker window curtains- my MIL had to switch to the kids room bc at night the exterior light was too bright shining into her window. Several lamps/outlets did not work, and at least on threshold was coming loose.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, we love Pinnacle Port. We would not think of going anywhere else. We prefer the Mid-rise Bldg as we have stayed at both the tower and Mid-rise. For this condo, I was a little disappointed in the condo. The view was obstructed by the dunes which is no fault of anyone. The condo just needs renovated all over and that is furniture, some appliances, flooring, cabinets, counters. Need to check stock of kitchen items. Had lots of dishes, pots, pans but no baking pan. Did not have any pot holders and these are things that you need during the week. I have never given a bad review but owners, please upgrade this condo. Pinnacle Port is wonderful, security is great, amenities are great, privacy is great. Will continue to stay there but will look for more upgraded one next time.

Reviewer Comments: This unit has undergone some improvements in the last year with new refrigerator, flooring, light fixtures. The living/dining furniture is acceptable. The unit falls short in porch furniture, stove, toaster, small living room television, and no ice maker. The view is obscured by dunes but ground level access to the beach is a positive. Pinnacle port representatives were very attentive and helpful.

To have a bird area and lots of sand 2 swimming pools, tennis, Bache Ball, shuffle board are great for everyone. The condo units mostly show their age, but I would not trade for anywhere else.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staff was great to work with had no issues there. The refrigerator was missing part of the door shelves so we had to use duck tape to make sure things did not fall out also the refrigerator seemed to have some rust on the front. That would be the only negative I could think of that could be fixed. This unit being on the ground floor and the dunes being so high you had a limited view of the beach and we understand there is nothing that could be done about that. Overall a nice stay.

Not possible to cook , leave open food or drink out unless you do not mind roaches in it. Place had a very ****** cleaning job when we arrived - they need to hire new cleaning people or more people. Many repairs needed - many electrical outlets do not work bath exhaust fan , stove exhaust , balcony light does not work. Carpets are filthy !!! Balcony sliding doors very hard to open and closeDining chairs are filthy dirty fabric need to be reupholstered with vinylGross stained chair in twin bed room , also in twin bedroom table lamp fire hazard The bulb holder is like sideways touching the shade Mold on vents in dining living area , Cobwebs hanging from ceilings For 2 days only had hot water then water was shut off few hrs and problem resolved. Was down a mattress for 1st 2 days due to prior renter urinated on it. They apologized and refunded 1 day to me however when the mattress came no no sheets pillow blanket asked maintenance guy about it he said he is not housekeeping.... Lol ... I went to Walmart purchased what needed for bed since had to replace snacks roaches in anyways. The location and beach was great But was very hard for us to be comfortable when in condo and very scared we would take roaches home. I do not recommend renting this unit or any for that with pinnacle ports.

A beautiful property with great views and a couple of problems.

Location of condo is fabulous. The view of the Gulf from the front patio is beautiful. We enjoyed the 3 bedrooms & baths for our family stay. However, the carpet needs replaced as there are stains that will never be cleaned. We had problems with a shower and found the management did not respond to our request for repair in a timely manner. A couple of the appliances also need updated. However, the good certainly outweighed the problems and we will certainly return.

Great view, convenient and comfortable!!

We always have a great time at Pinnacle Port! We especially enjoyed this unit in particular. B3105 is right on the beach. The view was amazing and it's convenience to the beach was great! Would definitely stay here again!
