Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about the resort and property management was perfect except for only 2 minor things. The front door lock needs to be replaced along with the rear balcony door. You have to insert the key and wiggle for a bit before you can get the bolt to turn and lock the front door. The rear door hardware also needs some adjustments. It's really tough to get the back door shut all the way without feeling like your gonna break it. With such minor things, still deserved a 5*.

Not a good condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had so many issues with this unit. We got it last minute and it was the only one left and we could see why. The floors were filthy. The silverware drawer had hair and food in it. The wall paper was peeling. The filter for the air conditioner was an inch thick in dust. The bathtub would not drain at all. Took 15 minutes to drain after a shower. Mold was in the guest bathroom. The microwave had so much corrosion inside that we are afraid to use it. The stove was very nasty. The coffee maker did not work. The air conditioning went out over the entire complex and the fans in the room were so coated in dust that they had to be cleaned before use. We made the best of it but would not ever stay in that unit again without total renovation. We love Pinnacle Port but this was not a good experience. The staff and overall property is always good. This unit though is a disaster.

This was our second year in a row staying in the same building. We absolutely love it and it will be our destination for the future.

Beautiful Beach, great property, room needs work

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room location was great, just a few steps from the stairs and elevator, beautiful view of the beach, but.. The room needs some upkeep, the wallpaper in the master bath was peeling and needing replacing, the ceiling fan in the living room was so dirty with greasy dust build up it couldn't have been cleaned in months. The room is advertised as sleeping 6 which requires the pull out couch to be used. When we folded it out it was so dirty with sand and food particles that it couldn't have been cleaned is a long time. The cleaning service needs to be talked to to ensure they are doing their job and cleaning everything not just what can be seen especially with the room description saying sleeps 6. Base board trim has been removed in the living area and needs replacing along with some holes in the walls needing repair. The chairs on the balcony are in need of replacing. The owners needs to put a little work into the repairs and furniture replacing especially in the living room, balcony areas and master bath updating/repairs to make this room a great place to stay. With the condition the room is in currently I can't recommend this room, but the property at Pinnacle Port is a great location just find a different room.

Good location and view, but won't book this unit again.

I love Pinnacle Port and have stayed many times. This was my first time in this unit and we had issues from the beginning. A/C didn't work and it took three times and a midnight calling to correct the problem, internet was awful and therefore TV rarely worked, there were no ceiling fans and the stand alone fans that were hidden in the closets were SO DUSTY we didn't want to touch them. We emailed through VRBO the person of contact with questions/concerns and never received a reply. Although the view and location was excellent, we were disappointed in the accommodations and communication. We will NOT book this unit again unless changes are made.

Super Convenient

The condo is right on the beach. It also has a pool right across the parking lot. It’s close to the elevator so moving in and out is easy. Very important for a single mom of three. Well equipped for cooking meals. Convenient to multiple restaurants. Publix, Winn Dixie and CVS are within a mile. A very family friendly place.
