This unit does not allow winter guests.
In-season guests (Memorial Day - Labor Day) must rent Saturday - Saturday.
ALL RENTALS, including off-season, have a minimum three (3) night stay for this unit.

This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is very comfortable and clean. The entire condo has been completely renovated! This condo is a stunner with all of the upgrades and attention to detail! The master bedroom has King Bed and private bathroom, Guest bedrooms both have Queen beds and bathroom attached. All bathrooms have new walk-in showers! There is a huge Flat Screen HDTV in living room and seating for 6 in dining area and 2 can sit at the kitchen counter bar. This unit has a wrap around balcony with incredible views down the long stretches of beach.

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seven of us stayed in the unit and had an awesome vacation. The unit is well decorated and well stocked. We had everything we needed. The lock is tricky and the bathtub in the middle bathroom is stained and/or needs a deep clean. We would definitely pick this unit again. C3 is the best building and we LOVE Pinnacle Port.

Week of Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of seven staying in this three bedroom condo. Location was perfect. Balcony was nicely set up and allowed a beautiful view of the ocean along with the end of the day sunset. The floor plan is open so children can be continually supervised. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a perfect scenario for us. The furnishings were nicely done and the condo being remodeled was an added bonus. It is a condo without all the fussy details that tend to make you nervous to sit on a piece of furniture or to set a glass down on the dining table. It was perfectly designed where you could simply unwind and relax. My only complaints, which would be minimal, would be to consider updating items such as skillets, spatulas, etc and maybe add a few more kitchen towels for washing dishes and drying. Also, the sheets in the master bedroom were needing to be replaced as it was difficult to keep the fitted sheet firmly on the bed. There is no broom to sweep up sand, etc, so we frequently had to go to a family member’s condo to borrow a broom. The lock on the door is a bit difficult to work with. Just be sure to have patience when coming in and or leaving to be able to lock door. None of these small issues would make me not want to rent this condo again. It was a 9 on a scale of 10 and we have already decided we would love to rent again if available at our next visit.

Renter beware, extra fees a week before checkin

When you sign your rental agreement, it has nothing in there about that, so when you pay your final rental balance you get hit with a car tax fee. Room was great, beach was amazing.

Its located right off the elevator so not a far walk to your room. Beautifully decorated and clean! Comphy beds! The only thing I would recommend would be updating the oven, the plastic piece of the door kept falling off. But nothing a little duck tape didn't fix. We would defiantly stay here again..

4th Visit to Pinnacle - Worst Condo Stay

This has been my 4th visit in 2 years to Pinnacle Port and by far this has been the worst condo stay. We knew (there were 7 of us) going into the week that there was an issue with air conditioning. I had been communicating with Pinnacle as I had seen review from stays a few weeks before ours. We were assured that temps would not exceed 78 degrees but unit held at 83 degrees the whole week. I was told that the thermostat needed to be re-calibrated but maintenance never came even after I asked. Thankfully we carried fans to help circulate the air and there were 2 in the unit. Also, the unit was not very clean. I understand that help is hard to come by right now but then there needs to be more time between check out and check in to allow the unit to be cleaned. I'm not sure when the last time the floors and rugs had been cleaned but it was obvious not recently. The furniture was filthy. The off white couch had so many stains you didn't want to sit on it unless it was covered. A chair in the living room had a cushion that was ripped. I know that sounds small but when you see things like that it's obvious that the unit is not being kept up.

Most Challenging Pinnacle Port Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The air conditioning wasn't working the entire week, and I received no factual information about the situation. I received an email stating there had been an issue, but it had been resolved and was offered a full refund if we didn't want to stay. However, we had already been driving for six hours by then, so was satisfied the issue was resolved. However, the condo was 88 degrees when we got there. We spent hours trying to find another location, but were unsuccessful because it was in July and everything was booked. We ended up buying four fans and four individual air coolers, none of which made any significant difference in the temp. I left a voicemail for the office to return the call to try to determine who the owners were and what they could be willing to do relative to purchasing stand alone AC units, as was the case with some others in our building. That call to the office was never returned. While I have been very happy with Pinnacle Port in past years, this year the communication was neither timely or accurate. To be fair, 50% of the room cost was credited at the end of the week; however, that didn't make up for the miserably hot unit. My family will re-evaluate whether we ever return to Pinnacle Port in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No air! There was no communication from management! When we finally spoke with someone they were rude! Our thermostat was at 92 and never went under 87! We had small children and older people. It was an insult to be offered a 25 percent discount for days affected, I would not have stayed there for free with no air! We had to go out and buy our own fans because the ones promised were never delivered. We had food and medications ruined.

Fully updated with lots of storage and comfortably fits 4 adults and 2 children. Views from the C3 building are the best!The condo could definitely use and deep clean and rugs in the bedrooms need to be removed or replaced.

The view from the wrap around balcony porch is spectacular! There were two TV’s not working in the bedrooms but overall the unit is fabulous and I highly recommend it.

Secluded Location - Lacking Cleanliness

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My grandparents were the first to discover Pinnacle Port and since then my parents continued to vacation here almost every year. We started to bring our family every year but the last three trips have not been good based on cleanliness. Our room this time was not clean at all! Being in the middle of a pandemic this was very disappointing. The fans had layers of dust on all of them. Under each bed was dust, trash and other objects left from previous tenants. The den furniture was also covered in dust. I understand at the beach is hard to clean floors with all the sand, but the floors were clearly not cleaned at all. The staff was very helpful and nice. The pools and site has been maintained well. The condo has some age, but has overall been maintained well and in a wonderful secluded location. However, based on the lack of cleanliness I would not recommend staying here.
