Great view and nice unit

Very good communication and check in from owner and manager. Unit was spacious and clean and great view of the beach. The Tides is very nice Hotel near everythingin the Ft Lauderdale area.

Excellent stay

The condo and all its amenities were just as described. Gloria was very helpful with a smooth transition for check in and any other questions. We were extremely happy all around with our stay.

Exceptionally Clean

The first thing I noticed upon entering the unit was how clean it was. The unit was beautiful and well stocked. It sported an excellent ocean view from the balcony. Both the owner and Gloria were great. I'd definitely stay again.

Perfect place with ocean views and perfect location

The unit is nice and well furnished. Also, the kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary dishes, cutlery, pots and pan and more. The pool and the beach access are perfect. Gloria was very nice and helpful in welcoming us. The owners were also very accommodating to adjust our dates on account of the incoming hurricane. My only suggestion is to change the cover of the king size bed which has embedded stains. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you!.

Noise (no recourse) and King Mattress bad

Vacations are meant for enjoyment. Your lodging should not detract from that. First time in 30 years traveling everywhere that this happened. Unit appearance first class but overshadowed by horrible mattress that prevented sleep and noise above and in next building to 3am was too much (and no one to call for help!).

Dear Jess. We are sorry for noisy neighborhood,you had to call Tides security to complain about noise they would have enforced condo rules about noise and call 911 for the next building. About mastress we renewed the king mastress in november 2019 Regards Patricia

Great Property, but …..

Gloria was awesome, the unit was wonderful & the view / location was amazing. *** Property management - Over zealous! Mask mandate, dress code in the building, no pool toys (balls, floatation devises, water/drinks near the pool, shut pool down at 8pm & so much more BS. There was a security guard at the elevator all day Friday checkn on people. To no control of units owner - our family will not stay at this location again.1

Before your arrival we sent you a document named "tides arrival procedure"with all the rules for elevators swimming pool beach wristbands FOBs.... The security team strongly enforce the rules to avoid accident at the pool and for tranquility and security of all.

Great Stay

Unit was very clean. Comfortable furnishings. Views of the ocean are terrific. Nice pools on the property, workout rooms in both buildings which is a plus.

Excellent apartment, spectacular view! All you need was there!

Gloria, the caretaker was awesome, friendly, and respectful woman! The apartment was cozy and had everything you need in there: from containers to dishes, and fry pans! Spectacular view from the balcony! I would stay there many more times again and again!

A great place to stay

We had a great stay. The condo had everything we needed. The balcony has a great view of the ocean. It was especially beautiful to watch the sunrise with some morning coffee. The location was perfect for us. It was close enough to Miami for all of the things we had planned and there is a Walmart across the street. We would definitley stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

A true gem

I could not be more pleased with our stay. The home was even better in person than pictures showed, the home was so spacious and incredibly clean. It was convenient to everything you would want and need for a beach trip while still being quite and relaxing. Everything we needed was provided and it had a ton of small extras such as beach chairs and sand toys for the kids that made our trip that much easier. Gloria was who we met when we arrived at the property and she was absolutely delightful to work with. We loved every minute of our stay. Don’t miss out on this wonderful property, it is well worth it!

Perfect location to activities

We had a nice week! The location was great. Lots of restaurants near by. Walmart was within walk distance, 7-11 across the street and other cafes. Unit is right on water!

Fabulous Condo on Beach

This property was amazing! The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed for our vacation including ocean views! We were steps to pool and beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfortable. Gloria was great at check in and was easy to contact when we had any questions. Dominque and Patricia are wonderful hosts! We cannot wait to return.

Apartment was great. Had everything we needed. Our check in experience was a little chaotic. Lots of children at this facility. If you want quiet, this is not for you.

Great Unit!!

We spent three months is this lovely condo. Unit was beautifully decorated and well equipped with absolutely everything we needed for a most comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning. Also, the condo is actually as pictured in the photos. The only drawback we found was that The Tides is run as a very busy rental building -- lots of children, elevators hard to get and the staff, generally speaking, were unhelpful and unfriendly.
