We had a wonderful stay. Condo was very clean and updated. Was provided with some starter essentials which was appreciated because we checked in late. Condo was nicely stocked with kitchen and bathroom items, towels, beach gear etc. It was very peaceful and we had a spectacular view from the balcony. Benoit was very responsive and accommodating. Check in was very easy. Thank you Benoit, we had a fantastic vacation and hope to be back next year!

Perfect location very clean

Check in is not great if you come in late. They make parking hard and check in process next morning took forever. You pay 150 for parking but get 20 back at the end.

Had a great stay! Pool was wonderful! Loved that there were strollers and play pen available to use for our stay with our grandson. We would definitely stay here again.

A nice condo

The apt itself is quite nice. Comfortable for a family of 4. The balcony view is exceptional and we were thrilled to find all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and toys we would need! The parking and check in process for key fobs was a big headache and I’m not sure what we would have done if we’d arrived outside of the office hours. The building also could use a fresh coat of paint and cleaning everywhere, it seemed a little dated. All in all we had a nice stay, the beach is beautiful and kids had fun in the pool !

Great spring break stay

The condo was very comfortable and extremely clean. The kitchen was very well equipment for cooking breakfast and dinner. We couldn’t beat the location and the view from the balcony was beautiful. There is a grocery store a short 5 min drive away. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this property and go to GGs waterfront restaurant during your stay.

Great get away

This condo is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. The queen beds were either memory foam or latex and were very comfy. The pool was clean and there were always lounge chairs available. The cafe offered many conveniences including alcoholic beverages, sandwiches, breakfast food, pizzas, salads and more. There were a few small maintenance issues that need to be addressed to make this a five-star review. I reported them to the owners on the first night hoping they’d realize we didn*t cause the issues. The owner responded immediately and asked if his handyman could visit if we were not there, but his handyman did not come during our five-day stay. I would recommend this property, but even more so once those issues are addressed.

Sister Getaway!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Host was extremely responsive and provided a very detailed checkin and checkout list. The property was exactly as pictured. Beach was very nice and key fobs allowed you to move throughout the condo common areas pretty easy. We would certainly stay there again!

Horrible horrible horrible no communication what do ever got stuck waiting 45 min outside the room because no one gave me an access code host never answer med my msg or email or calls, made over 25 phone calls, 15 msg, 1 email, no answer until lobby personnel contacted previous person that stayed in the room, toilet never flushed place was filled with food from previous guest who knows how long food was in place seriously don’t think that’s sanitary.wish and hope they refund me my money. Because our stay was ruined from the very beginning, had no time to set up or enjoy the beach or pool.

Amazing!!

Overall amazing! Check-in process was annoying due to the nature of the property. Host has very detailed instructions that made it easier but you can't just walk in and check in. Didn't have a Hot Tub but was listed as having one. Pool is only open from Sunrise to Sunset so an evening swim is out. Location is perfect. Just a few steps to the beach. Definitely would recommend this property just some minor inconveniences.

Perfect stay

Clean, nicely decorated, and very spacious unit. Kitchen was well set up. No complaints at all. Had a great stay and will probably return next time we're travelling to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay! Check in and out was more time consuming than I’d like. And we found parking our large size truck difficult. But the condo was perfect and we really enjoyed the beach! We had everything we needed from towels and chairs to kitchen supplies.

Excellent property

Spent a few days at property. Beautifully furnished/decorated condo with all the amenities including beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Very clean and well maintained, great view of ocean. Would stay here again if travelling to Fort Lauderdale area. Great location off of beach and lots of restaurants around.

Excellent all around

Thank you for a beautiful short stay. The place was stocked, spacious, bright, impeccably clean, and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Communication was very quick and easy, and everything was exactly as was communicated. We will definitely use this place again in the future if it’s available.

Beautiful condo with great amenities

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautifully decorated & was well equipped. All the beach equipment in the unit was fantastic to have available for use! (This was a must have in my unit selection & it delivered) The views are wonderful & pleasant to sit on the balcony as it is shaded in the morning & evening the way it is situated in the building. The security of the building is nice as there is always someone manning the front security desk. The doors require the key fob to get in & the elevator requires the fob to select your floor. Owners were nice to message about a water main break nearby that caused water outage up & down the street for a few hours. Otherwise we would have been very confused & concerned. Building is close enough to walk to Walmart for groceries but a bit of a hike to walk to the boardwalk, recommend an Uber or the Curcuit app to catch a lift around the area. Note to the owners, the water filter in the refrigerator reads it needs replaced & there are a few minor areas that could use a little touch up paint (most notably back of master bedroom door) but was not a negative for the stay, just an fyi. Highly recommend this building & unit!
