I have been to this apartment for the second time, beautiful view from the 29th floor, elegant, clean, comfortable bed in the bedroom and above all a beautiful, large balcony overlooking the ocean and the city is a great place for a morning breakfast or coffee I highly recommend this place I will definitely go back there
My wife and I love the property and the proximity to the ocean. The resturant, swimming pool and access to the ocean was remarkable. The only suggestion for the owner to replace the mattress as it had wear and tear causing some discomfort. Thank you.
Enjoyed the property very much. Really had a resort feel. The bars and restaurants had great food and the prices were reasonable for a beach area. Would recommend it to others.
I recently stayed at Life Resort in Hallandale Beach, and it was such a great experience. The unit felt like a cozy one-bedroom apartment with resort-style comfortâperfect for a relaxing getaway. The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and having not one but two balconies made it even more special. The space was clean, comfortable, and ideal for me and my partner. The host was wonderfulâresponsive, kind, and made everything feel seamless. I would definitely return again and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape.
The location was perfect, the access was easy and the check in was easy. Loved the apartment and the view and all the amenities it had to offer. The apartment was clean, and very spacious. Wish there were some tea towels to dry the dishes and a blanket for the pull out couch. All in all a perfect place to stay. Thank you.
Second visit to this complex. Property overall is really great. We spent most of the time by the pool, and the attendants are always nice. Small pool toys seem to be ok as long as you are not bothering other people. Elevators can get crowded but if you go into it knowing that, the wait times arenât bad. There are plenty of Rideshare services available so you do not need a car. There is a brand new Publix just 0.5 miles north on A1A and easily walkable.
when on agent advertises on apartment everything should be in working order & they should not be hiding from you any shortcomings with the Apartment and also make themselves available thru email , Phone and text and not hide. in my case the light fixture right above the table in the dining area was not working and Yes they knew about it as they told me . however they should not decide what is important for me or not i call that dishonest this is the kind of agents you employ. which i was not happy , in all honesty you just dont care & the only thing you do is LIE and collect money to be really fully honest. there is no phone to contact you and you don't come around to check. whom are you trying to fool ., i call this the real American way just pretend. however you don't even know how to pretend and put up a good show.
This is a great condo with an amazing view and resort like amenities on site. Great location as well with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
great apartment, I highly recommend it, great view from the large balcony... I was there 3 years ago and there was a problem with the elevators (long waiting time) but it was fixed and everything works as it should
Deluxe apartment with a beautiful private beach and view. The accompanying photo is an accurate representation of the view from the balcony, which has sliders from both the living room and bedroom. High-end appliances (Wolf and Subzero), and the building's restaurant provides room service. Little bit of a walk to the Hollywood boardwalk, but we Uber'd around pretty good.
The views on the balcony were unparalleled. Unfortunately, the rental itself hadn't received much attention or love lately. With just a little attention, this rental would be fabulous.
This is a nice property but could use an update. Donât look too close in corners where dirt is obvious. Bedding was very good tho. Not much storage for an extended stay but kitchen good unless youâre doing much cooking. Lights over dining table never worked and new bulbs were ordered but were wrong size. . The elevators were a nightmare having to wait often 20 minutes. View was beautiful but too bad nobody ever cleaned the glass which obstructed the view. I was told by Vrbo that there was NO resort or parking fees. Was not happy about paying the extra 75 a day fee as we stayed 31 days. after 4 days of phone calls Vrbo decided to pay us half the cost as initial phone call was on record. They also emailed me that there were no additional fees to pay. They should have picked up entire extra fee! The heat and air did not work in this unit but they did fix it for us. Overall it was disappointing for us esp with the battle on the price after being reassured several times there would be no additional fes
The unit had plenty of space and a lovely view. Kitchen worked well, although it could use more pots/pans if you plan on cooking meals there over a longer stay.
Some reviews have complained about the elevators, but only once did we have a long wait around 10:30 in the morning.
The beach was very crowded but that was to be expected around spring break time. The pool area was nice, but was also crowded on a nice day and it could be hard to find a spot.
The building seemed pretty secure. You need your key to access elevators and you have to scan your key to get to your floor. Valet parking wasn't as big of a pain as I thought it might be. They give you a card with a QR code, and you text them 15 minutes before you need the car.
There are very few stores or restaurants nearby off of A1A, besides those in the the hotels, but there are plenty a couple miles away.
Overall, we enjoyed the place and would book it again.
This review has 2 parts - first, the actual room was absolutely gorgeous and the view is exactly as is shown from the expansive balcony. There are no complaints here, we really enjoyed spending time in this room. Second, the actual property at Hyde Resort had much to be desired. The elevators were a nightmare, sometimes we had to wait 20+ minutes to go down 29 floors. The ID bracelets were quite invasive and were required to be worn at all times on the property under threat of a fine. The towel cards were required for the pool and beach, which provided 2 chairs and an umbrella. Again, there was the threat of a fine if this was lost or if towels were not returned. Shirts, shoes, tops were required in the lobby, again the threat of a fine if this was not adhered to. There were days I really had to think about if I wanted to wait for the elevator to go to the beach or pool, walking down 29 flights was not even an option. In closing, the room received a 9.5 and the actual property received a generous 6.
