Condo was very nice and large with a great view! Kitchen was well equipped.It was also nice to have beach chairs!No problems with furniture as mentioned in previous comments. Towels were nice and thick and plenty of them although the dryer took a while to dry as we decided to wash what we had used the second day of being there. The beds were very comfortable. Two elevators for the complex were good to have except for was slow check and check out times which was expected. Everyone there was super nice! Enjoyed the surf restaurant for fried shrimp and music across the street. The beach diner was our favorite for breakfast. We enjoyed our time on Fernandino Beach and Amelia Island! Very pretty beach.

Daphne, I'm glad you enjoyed the condo. I'm sorry that the Association had to close the pool during your stay. As discussed, unfortunately there was a severe safety risk that caused them to close the pool for guest's safety. It has been repaired and is fully operational again. Comfortable and well-located!

This condo is fully stocked and conveniently located on the island, less than 10 minutes from anywhere. The private fishing pier is a huge plus. The complex is quiet and well-maintained. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was so well equipped! You don't often find a rental that actually has more than advertised, but this one does! The beds were very comfortable, the view was stunning, and the private pier was exceptional! We enjoyed Fort Clinch and a cruise around Cumberland Island. Lots of outdoor activities!

Fabulous Beach Stay

The location is excellent! The beach is beautiful! The condo is well appointed and comfortable. Tennis courts are nice. Close to shops and restaurants. We did not want to leave!

We rented this property while we were attending a nearby football game. We had a great stay! Awesome view of the ocean, location, and it was clean. Great condo. Recommend!

Fantastic Condo!

Great views of sunrises and the beach! Balcony area was relaxing to sit and read a book. Plenty of space for my family. Kitchen and living spaces well stocked with essentials. Easy to access and central to many things. Enjoyed staying here!

The perfect family vacation spot

We had such a wonderful trip. The owner, Lee, was great with communication leading up to our vacation and was quickly responsive over text when we had a question. Right on the beach, with a stunning view. The sunrise view with coffee each morning was like something out of a magazine! The rental was spotless, and the building itself is well maintained. We hope to return!

Great Experience

We had a great long weekend with friends. The property was spacious and oceanfront, with a beautiful view of the Atlantic. Communication with the property manager was very easy.

Wonderful place!

Very comfortable and well set up. These owners know what they are doing! Sipped coffee and watched the sun rise every morning on the balcony. Great way to start a day. We hosted a dinner for friends. The place was perfect. We were there for the Amelia Island Concourse de’Elegance. Our car took 2nd in class! What a great weekend!

Beautiful Area

We enjoyed our stay and would have given it 5 stars; however, the master bed needs replacing. It is worn out in the middle. No matter where you lay, you end up in the middle.

Great decor and views

There were five of us and we had plenty of space. The view is great and it is right over the pool if that interests anyone. We were on the top floor and there were no noise factors. The owner was very gracious and allowed us to park a third car at her apartment off site. The pier was a plus but the fish were not cooperating while we were there. We had family in other units and I would definitely recommend this unit over them.

Amelia by the Sea

Great location with beautiful views, nice size rooms and balcony, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beddings. Property description indicates recently renovated which we didn’t find accurate. Also, wasn't given the beach gate code and wasn't told it changed on the 15th. Fortunately, another family provided it for us.

I think asking that we take sheets off the bed and start washing one load and filling the dishwasher and starting that etc is a little much for the renter who is paying to stay there is a little to much to ask. There was dishwashing detergent available but not laundry detergent. That should at least be available if asked to do those things in order to receive the deposit back.

However it is standard procedure at most rentals to ask that beds are stripped,first load started and the dishwasher loaded and started. I am surprised you have not run into that in the past. Beautiful view

The condo is nice and very clean. Kitchen well appointed. We had a problem with seating. There is only a couch and it's not the one pictured. That left only the dining room table chairs. A couple chairs in the living room would make the condo that much more comfortable. My elderly mother was with us and there was no comfortable chair for her in the living room area. The couch was low and hard for her to manage. A chair is pictured in the ad but wasn't there. The beds are comfortable and the washer/dryer was an added bonus. There are plenty of towels which are very nice. The balcony has nice chairs and a table. They were the best seats!! The view is spectacular.

Hi Jan We actually have chairs on order and they were meant to have been there for your stay, but sadly they were delayed. I wish you had called me - I would have made a big effort to get a comfortable chair into the condo for your elderly Mom - I am so sorry! Family Vacation

The property had all we needed for a week stay for our family of six. Great location! Just a short drive to the historic downtown and other activities we had planed around the island. Loved that it was right on the beach and there was a pool as well. Property management was easy to communicate with.
