Superbe appartement moderne avec vue sur la mer, piscine commune et parking souterrain

Récemment construit, cet appartement de deux chambres offre un hébergement moderne, des vues fabuleuses et un parking souterrain. L'entrée du petit développement se fait dans le parking souterrain privé où vous avez de la place pour 1 voiture, ce qui est un énorme avantage pendant les mois d'été. Des escaliers mènent aux propriétés. Le salon et la salle à manger donnent sur la piscine et la mer et offrent une terrasse pour dîner en plein air ou tout simplement déguster un verre de vin!

La cuisine est moderne et entièrement équipée. Il y a deux chambres, une chambre principale avec salle de douche attenante et une autre chambre qui peut être utilisée comme lit double ou lits jumeaux avec lits superposés. Cette chambre a l'utilisation d'une salle de bain complète.

L'emplacement est parfait, c'est à quelques pas des plages, des restaurants et des magasins de Carvoeiro. Un bus à arrêts multiples est disponible depuis Carvoeiro vers les plages voisines et des taxis sont facilement disponibles si vous décidez de ne pas louer de voiture pendant votre séjour.

Beautiful apartment, well maintained and location is perfect. The pool and poolside furniture is not as well maintained as it could be, multiple tiles have come off the pool, particularly the steps into the pool.

How it was furnished. It has whatever you need. The shower screen in the bathroom leaks water. We saw a cockroach and we use the powder that was in the apartment.

The appartment was fully equipped and had very good airconditioning. A lot of space to relax outside in sunbeds and chairs, and the pool was bigger than I exspected and not shared with too many families.

Lovely apartment, great location

We had 10 days in this apartment at the end of May and into June. It was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed and was so close to everything. The beds are so comfortable and the air con in the bedrooms was great. A really great apartment, I would book again. The outdoor furniture was a bit old and a proper umbrella would have been great. But they are small issues overall.

Highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Modern, clean and comfortable in an awesome location just steps from the beach, restaurants and shops … and a breathtaking view! Our apt was wonderful, clean and comfortable, however it was our only accomodation (of four) that did not have shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The pool and loungers are in need of some repair, and some items for days at the beach would have also been appreciated.

New, clean, had everything we needed. Great we had 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Nice well looked after complex. We stayed in January and the apartment was nice and warm. Mariana from Elite was very helpful. The intercom on the gate wasnt working. Could do with a free exit button on the inside of the property.

Overall the unit was fine. It wasn’t exactly as shown - no carpet, cushions had been changed out. A little more sparse. Beds were comfortable. The location was fantastic. Carvoiero is full of great restaurants within a ten minute walk. Communications with property manager were good.

Everything! Location, size, comfort The bed sheet on master bed doesn't fit properly it's not deep enough so ever night it would come off Main shower, water leaks thru screen on to the floor in corner. Had to keep mop and bucket in bathroom to mop up after every shower

Pool with a view

The apartment was stylish and clean, offering a comfortable and visually appealing space for our stay. The shared pool, located right off the back terrace, was a wonderful feature, complete with loungers and tables, making it easy to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Beach towels were provided in addition to bath towels, which was very convenient. The apartment was also well-equipped with cooking tools like a coffee maker, pots, and pans, which made preparing meals easy. Its location was another highlight—very close to the public beaches and a charming little town. The views of the ocean and cliffs were simply stunning, making our stay even more memorable. Despite the positives, there were a few drawbacks. The apartment was slightly more dated than the photos suggested, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, while the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking tools, there were no basic provisions like tea or coffee pods, which meant we had to venture out and search for them ourselves. The checkout rules were also somewhat excessive. We were required to take out the trash, which would have been acceptable if the bins were conveniently located in the building. Instead, we had to wander down the road with trash bags in hand, which was not what we expected after paying for a nice place to stay. These issues slightly dampened an otherwise pleasant experience.

thank you for your feedback and we are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay! In order to help the maids, we do request that you take your rubbish but as the bins are 45 meters from the house, other guests have not found this to be an issue :)

Perfect place, perfect location

The place is new, bright, clean, comfortable and well taken care of. The pool area is great and the views are amazing. It's a 5 minute walk to the town centre, but still very quiet and peaceful considering how close it is. The underground parking was so nice to have. Check in was relatively painless and communication and response time was good. We stayed for 11 nights and enjoyed every minute. Such a comfortable stay and our children loved it. Highly recommended.
