Belle maison de ville avec vue imprenable sur la mer et terrasse sur le toit

Cette maison de ville est idéalement située à quelques pas du centre de Carvoeiro et de la plage. Design élégant et moderne, le mobilier et la décoration sont clairs et parfaits pour le front de mer.

Il y a deux chambres, une avec un lit double et une autre chambre à lits jumeaux. Il y a une salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée et au premier étage. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et de conception moderne et dispose d'une petite terrasse à l'extérieur de la propriété. L'appartement est entièrement double vitré et a des volets électriques. Les vues sur la mer depuis la chambre principale sont excellentes et il y a une petite terrasse pour profiter de la vue. Depuis cette pièce, on accède également à une grande terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur la ville et la mer.

Extérieurement, il y a une grande piscine commune (avec piscine séparée pour enfants) avec vue sur la mer et la ville, chaises longues et parasols.

A great place to stay

The apartment is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Carvoeiro. It's modern, clean and has a beautiful view. The shower stall leaks water which seeps under the bathroom sink

A beautiful Carvoeiro property.

We liked the quality of the accommodation and especially liked that the home was cleaned weekly. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the house when we took occupancy. It would be nice if there was toilet paper and paper towels provided and replenished at weekly cleaning. This service is provided at neighbouring properties.

We received detailed instructions regarding arrival and access to the apartment. Our request for an early check-in was accommodated. The apartment's location is excellent, central yet very quiet. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

We had a great stay at Katherine's place in Carvoeiro. The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed and more. Location is perfect with great views out over the sea and just 5 minutes walk down the hill to the beach and Carvoeiro itself. From chatting to the other owners onsite I understand the pool will shortly under go a refurb which will be great as its a little tired. It will enhance the stay even more. We will hopefully be back next year.

Lovely stay

My husband and our toddler stayed for 4 nights. There was plenty of space and the views were amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked and made it easy to keep our toddler fed. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely town house

The property is well maintained and in a good location, steps up to the roof terrace are a bit daunting, especially if you are taking drinks etc up there. Lovely view from the balcony of the main bedroom Plenty of seating both inside and outside, plenty of crockery, cooking utensils.

This is our third visit and second time to this complex and although we have stayed in different units our experience has been very positive each time. The location is very accessible both to the town as well as Monte Carvioero . We had the choice of dining either way and we found new places to eat which has now widened our choice even further.

Wonderful view and location

Lovely property, great location. I especially loved the fact you can hear the sea while sitting on the balcony. Quiet area, but in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, beach etc. The townhouse is well equipped and nicely furnished throughout. There isn't a shower on the ground floor as it says in the description, just a guest toilet, but that didn't bother us. All in all, I would definitely stay here again; Carvoeiro is one of the most beautiful places on the Algarve.

Great holiday in Carvoeiro once again. The townhouse was lovely, so clean and had everything we could need. The beds are rather small and are not as wide as normal single beds. The pool area is a little tired with many tiles missing from the pool and the sun beds are very dirty and could do with replacement.
