* Pet Policy: Your dog is welcomed in our vacation rental. 1 dog per stay under 50lbs with a $125 non-refundable deposit.  Additional cleaning fees will apply should there be excessive pet hair in rental and/or on bedding and furniture. Please adhere to our pet policy. 

Gorgeous beachfront condo in Pointe West! SHORE NUFF features three bedrooms and two baths, this vacation residence is the perfect place to enjoy your Pointe West vacation. It is located on the first level (1 LEVEL ABOVE PARKING GARAGE) which allows you to easily enjoy the beautiful beachfront view from the living or dining space in this open floor plan condo. This condo is just a short walk to the dune walkover & Beach Club.
*A storage locker is not provided for this unit.

This condo offers: king bedroom, a second bedroom with another king bed, and a third bedroom with four custom built in bunk beds making this condo ideal for couples or two small families vacationing together. Sleeps 9 comfortably. Pack n Play in rental. 2 High Def LED TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, a fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare a dinner and entertain guests at the same time.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.

The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.

Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
•     Check in: 4 PM
•     Check out: 10 AM
•     Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
•     All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
•     Minimum age requirement: 26+
•     No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.
