Avec plus de 1400 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, "FORE SAIL" offre un accès facile à la plage et au Pointe West Beach Club. Ce condo spacieux face à la plage au premier étage est l'endroit idéal pour prendre la famille et se détendre pour une escapade à la plage. Profitez de magnifiques vues sur l'océan ainsi que de magnifiques levers de soleil depuis votre balcon privé ombragé.

EXCELLENT EMPLACEMENT POUR ACCÈS PISCINE / CLUB DE PLAGE. Désolé, aucun groupe de bal ou de graduation n'est autorisé.

Ce condo vient entièrement chargé et meublé avec la capacité de dormir une famille de jusqu'à 9. Condo a des comptoirs en granit, appareils en acier inoxydable, douche à l'italienne et plus encore! La chambre principale a un lit king, la 2ème chambre a un ensemble de lits jumeaux sur deux lits superposés avec un canapé-lit de siège d'amour et la 3ème chambre dispose d'un lit queen. Le condo a la télévision par câble et Internet haute vitesse sans fil partout.

Pointe West Beach Club dispose d'une piscine à débordement, bain à remous, grande piscine pour enfants, barbecue, centre de fitness et plus encore! Il y a aussi une autre piscine avec une rivière paresseuse sur la baie! L'endroit idéal pour passer vos prochaines vacances! -

Heure d'arrivée est 16h00 et le départ est 11h00 a. m.

Les frais pour animal de compagnie sont de 125 $ avec approbation - 1 chien de moins de 40 lb autorisé désolé aucun chat.

Convenient location

It was nice, the patio literally overlooks the Beach Club so there is minimal privacy on the patio. However the location is very convenient

Great Getaway

It was a relaxing family weekend with great views of the Gulf. It is a very user friendly condo and we all especially enjoyed the visits from several hummingbirds while we were there! We would stay here again for sure.

Great house and location!

This house was the perfect location with great access to the beach and pool. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of space and storage for our 10 guests.

Beautiful views!

If you like to watch the sun rise, don’t miss this condo! Amazing location, and really well maintained property with a well appointed kitchen. We needed a relaxing weekend getaway, and Fore Sail was the perfect answer.

Birthday week

Great location! Next to clubhouse where the pool , restaurant and bar is located! We had upstairs at the bar ! The food was fabulous which was surprisingly for a bar! We definitely love Pointe West!!

Fore Sail amazed us!

What a wonderful family vacation we had here. The location was so incredible, just minutes walk to the beach and right next to the pool/bar area. It was so well maintained and clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The back deck was very large and a great area to overlook the ocean and relax. We fell in love with Point West and will be returning soon!

Another Great Stay!

This was the third time we have stayed at Fore Sail. It's an excellent located condo for access to the Beach Club and direct access to the beach by two boardwalks. Since our stay last fall, the owners have "freshened" up the property by new paint and the AC system addressed. Very nicely done. Only minor issues need to be addressed. The AC blower fan makes quite a bit of noise, the fan in the bedroom at the end of the hall makes quite a bit of noise making it difficult to sleep, and the washer emits an electrical burn odor when operating that should be investigated. These are minor issues and some minor issues can be expected in a property that sees a lot of traffic. A deal killer? ABSOLUTELY NOT! We have every intention of booking this property again on our next visit to Pointe West Beach Club and Resort. Our fourth stay when we do go back. We thoroughly enjoy Pointe West. BTW: the sunrises are just wonderful. Never gets old. And we practically owned the beach this time of year. Pointe West keeps the common areas property well maintained. As one can imagine, property on the coast takes constant attention and Pointe West does that. Thank you very much! We look so forward to our next visit.

Great Condo

The condo was great and was easy to get to. We loved the access to the beach. We wish there were better window coverings when sleeping at night since we were right by the main pool. The master bedroom was brighter than we are use to. Great condo overall and everyone enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back.

Great time at Fore Sail

Had such a good time at Pointe West. Our condo was so nice, clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Wonderful views! The pool at the beach resort was amazing. Very clean. Lots of chairs and areas to gather. Live music on Saturday evening. I know we will be back one day!

Great Location & View

We've chosen this location twice due to its location to the Beach Club & direct shot to the beach. Property is well maintained for beach front exposures. Sunrise is spectacular. Condo is showing signs of wear and tear and could use some "freshening up." For some reason the A/C is not taking the bulk of the moisture out of the air. A dehumidifier was available and used, but it had to be emptied at least three times a day. This was not needed the first time we stayed at the property in 2022. Both our stays were in late September/early October. Would we stay at the condo again? Yes. Just needs "freshening up."

Nice location but not clean

We enjoyed the patio view, distance to the beach and layout of the condo. However, it was not clean. Our feet were black after walking on it barefoot only a couple hours. There were stains on the bedsheets and towels and the place smelled musty and grimey. Swifter, Clorox wipes, Lysol and febreeze made all the difference. The dryer broke and within an hour they had responded, got someone to come out the next day and a new one by 24 hrs. Appreciated their quick response and resolution.

Excellent Location!

Stayed at this property for three nights. Excellent location to the beach and pool/club area. Out the door and a short walk to the pool/club area. Very close to two boardwalks to the beach. Only two drawbacks; elevator is slow and the restaurant wasn't open during the week. It's off season and that's completely understandable. We brought our own food anyway. We had the pool and the beach practically to ourselves. Great time of the year to come. No crowds. Finally verdict: We'd definitely stay at this property again. You CANNOT beat the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf from this property. Never gets old. Property owner was very quick to respond to two questions I had prior to arriving. All good!

Nice enough place,but…

This place is well-located to advertised beach club but it’s a solid 1/4 mile to actual beach and there’s a $15/person fee for access to beach club that they don’t mention. Advertised pool was also out of commission for 3 of the days during our stay. Kitchen wasn’t too well stocked. Also an alarm outside that went off daily that seemed to be ignored by management. Also way too many threats of additional fees if we didn’t follow their rules. Elevator was sketchy and got stuck briefly.

Great Condo at a Great Place

My family has been going to Pointe West for several years now and overall been very pleased with the property. So many family memories. If you're not familiar with Pointe West, the beach is really clean and we're comfortable going into the water up to about our waist. We aren't big fans of going much deeper in open bodies of water! We really like that we can go to the beach and the pool at Pointe West. The condo itself was great and the unit was really updated and clean. The condo is as close to the Beach Club as you can get. We actually like this since we could hear the live music from our condo (we have young kids) and my parents have difficultly walking long distances so the proximity to the beach club and the boardwalk was exactly what we were looking for. The property manager was great too. There happened to be a water main break while we stayed there (the City of Galveston's fault!) but the property manager kept us up to date regularly. Additionally, they shared some travel tips like when the live music was playing and times for some kids crafts. For us we will stay at this unit again for sure.
