Notre appartement (75m2) a été complètement rénové début 2016. Doté de 3 chambres (1 lit double, 4 lits simples), il peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Situé au pied du Sacré Cœur, au calme, il est idéalement placé pour explorer Montmartre. Si le temps est clément, notre petite cour accueillera vos déjeuners ou dîners dans un calme absolu !

Notre appartement est un appartement familial, parfait pour accueillir parents et enfants. Il n'est pas adapté pour des groupes d'adultes.

Attractive two-story apartment one block from the Basilica in Monmarte

Excellent location, quiet street an a busy area. Immaculate apartment, with access to courtyard. Set back within the building so no street frontage made us feel very secure. Excellent communication from owners on access, expectations, and the immediate area. If you wish to be outside the madness of the city center, and experience the feel of a smaller village within sprawling Paris, we highly recommend this home.

Our trip to Paris

We had a very pleasant stay here. It is only a short distance from the train station and is a perfect place to explore Paris from. It is close to several metro lines and is close to several bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants etc. The neighborhood itself is also very nice to explore as part of a trip to Paris. The place itself is clean, well furnished and well stocked. As you are located 'inside' the block there is no/hardly any noise. Our kids were very happy with the toys that were available. All in all we spent a lovely vacation here.

Well-appointed and comfy flat

Our family of 5 (3 adults, 2 kids) loved our visit in Montmartre in this apt. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and WiFi were excellent, and we loved the lighting and the decor, it was a great retreat to return to at the end of the day. The TV is in the main bedroom, not the living room, just as an FYI; this was no problem for us, we plugged in a laptop to the provided stereo aux cable, and watched Netflix downstairs while the kids relaxed w a movie upstairs. It was also amazing to have a full size washer and separate dryer, the first time we’ve ever had that offered in Paris. Grocery and Metro were both very convenient. Communication with the owner was also a pleasure! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, as a 3bd 1.5 ba apt is a great find!

Fantastic location

The experience was great from the off, superb communication, fantastic location in a vibrant neighbourhood, tube just 3 mins walk away. The apartment was very comfortable amazingly decorated and enabled us to be emerged in Parisian life if only for a short time. Would highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

Great property, super convenient with great metro connections - having the courtyard away from the crowds was a joy. We have everything we needed and Guillame was brilliant to communicate with. Would happily recommend to friends.

Beautiful Apartment in a great location

We had the best stay. The apartment is in a great location, 1 block from the metro, walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shops and you can head up to the Sacre Coeur in the evening for the best view of Eiffel Tower. The host is super easy to work with and the place is very clean with everything you could ever need. The beds are comfortable, the sitting area cute and the kitchen table had plenty of room. Their welcome packet was fantastic with lots of great recommendations. We enjoyed the free walking tour, secret food tour, lunch at Le Moulin, sausage from Boucherie De Abesses, chocolate at Illene, bread from Le Grenier a Pain, cheese from La Butte Fromagere and pasteries from the great shop across the street. If I ever return to Paris I would stay here.

Fantastic break in a beautiful home

We have had such a lovely stay in this gorgeous family home! The location of the house through the second courtyard is so peaceful - you would not know you were in the middle of Montmatre! The house has everything you would need for a break away. Guillame and Claire were quick to respond to any questions we had and checking into the house was really straightforward. Guillame sent out comprehensive instructions on the house and a document giving great recommendations for everything from bakeries to where to buy wine to gardens with play parks. A wonderful time was had by all and I highly recommend staying at this house! Thank you for having us to stay!

Wonderful Rental in Montmartre!

Highly recommend this adorable 3 bedroom rental in the heart of Montmartre! Our family stayed here for a week in July and it was great. It’s literally a 1 minute walk from the metro, located at the foot of the hill to Sacré Coeur, surrounded by cafes and restaurants and markets. Guillaume was an excellent host, providing detailed guides both to the rental and neighborhood. Would love to come back here again!

sehr ansprechende Wohnung in toller Lage!

Wir konnten hier wunderbare Tage in Paris verbringen. Die geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht. Auch unsere Tochter hat sich schnell heimisch gefühlt. Durch die Hinterhauslage hörten wir kaum die Straße oder die Touristen. Kaum vor der Tür, hatten wir das prallen Pariser leben - in beiden Varianten. Links raus hatten wir den Eindruck, dass hier eher die Pariser Einwohner selbst unterwegs sind (wo auch unser Bäcker war), rechts raus eher die Touristen. Durch die nahe Metrostation war auch sonst alles gut zu erreichen. Viele Dank für die schönen Tage in Paris!

Super Paris Apartment

Thank you Guillaume and family for a wonderful stay. We absolutely loved your apartment and had a superb visit to Paris. An excellent location which we know and love, accessible to so many useful shops and cafes which suited our big family so well. Your house was a home from home for us. Our children, ranging from 4-15 just loved being able to pop to the Bakery Raphaelle to buy breakfast and chat with the very friendly owners who sold such delicious items. My younger children in particular loved playing with the dolls houses whilst having a few moments of quiet time whilst in the apartment. Thank you for all of your wonderful suggestions, and all of the helpful information you have us with regards to the pharmacies and Covid situation. Great apartment in Paris!

What a great apartment! It is in such a wonderful location in the heart of Montmartre. We explored Montmartre, and there was easy access to the metro and the rest of Paris. It was a little challenging with a very small child, but we made it work and had a nice stay in this well-appointed apartment. The hosts were very accommodating, and the "hot spots" guide was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Wonderful Winter Holiday

We loved our stay in Montmartre. This apartment is absolutely charming and we really liked the neighborhood. It is minutes from Sacre Coeur, which is stunning with amazing views. We had to deal with the lack of the Metro due to the strike, but even so, we managed to get everywhere. There are multiple markets and bakeries very close by and fantastic restaurants. Guillaume and Claire provided pages of suggestions of places to go and things to do. And we got instant replies to all of our questions during our stay. Just as info for future visitors: since this is a full-time residence (not a vacation property), there is very limited space to put your things away as all of their belongings are there. This wasn't an issue for us since our stay wasn't very long. We will cherish our time in Paris, and Guillaume and Claire's fabulous home!

Fabulous stay in hip apartment

Despite the August heat, we had a wonderful stay. The hosts were awesome to work with before and during our stay. We slept 5 people in the flat and cooked breakfast and a few dinners. The flat was super clean and comfortable. It is quiet too because it is toward the back of the building with windows to the courtyard. The location was perfect, albeit busy with tourists in the heart of a super hip and bohemian district. We ate some amazing food nearby including Seb’On which I highly recommend. Thanks to our hosts for the great stay!

Charming chic in the centre of Montmartre

We stayed for a week. Centrally located near the Sacre Coeur in Montmartre. The apartment was a good base, close to the Metro and had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was easy. The apartment was beautifully decorated and cared for. We visited Belleville and the 13th Arrondissement to photograph street art as well as the usual must sees when in Paris, The Louvre, the Eiffel Tower and of course, the jewel of them all, the streets of Montmartre.

Parisiens depuis (presque) toujours, nous sommes une grande famille de 6 personnes, dont 4 enfants de 13, 10, 8 et 6 ans. Claire est professeur des écoles et Guillaume travaille pour l'industrie pharmaceutique. Propriétaires de ce charmant duplex au coeur de Montmartre, nous le proposons à la location lorsque nous sommes absents. Vous l'aurez compris, c'est notre "chez nous" et nous l'aimons beaucoup !

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Très attaché à notre beau Montmartre, nous ne nous voyons pas vivre ailleurs dans Paris ! Vous serez aux premières loges pour découvrir ce quartier, vivant et débordant d'activités touristiques ! L'appartement est au pied de la Butte, à quelques encablures du Sacré Cœur, de la Place du Tertre mais aussi du quartier commerçant des Abbesses et du cosmopolite Barbès !
A 50 mètres le métro Anvers (Ligne 2), à 300 mètres, le Métro Abbesses (Ligne 12) et à 400 mètres, le métro Barbès Rochechouart (lignes 2 et 4).
