The flat is nice for 6 people. The area is closed to 2 different underground, restaurants and shops are all around. It needs a little refurbishment in the bathrooms , cabinets to put the clothes and more care in cleaning. It's suitable for adult people.
Overall it was good for us as a 6 person group. However, I would like to point out the stairs to all 3 levels in the flat were extremely steep and uneven. For anyone with mobility issues I would not recommend. They were very difficult to navigate and could only get up by crawling.
Off the beaten track location with great security which made us feel very safe.Only issue is that there are a lot of very tight steps, which people should be made aware of. Somewhat difficult to get suitcases up and down those steps, as well.Overall, very small⊠Could use a little more comfy seating if possible instead of just the kitchen chairs and the small loveseat. No TV. Host was very responsive to questions, which was appreciated. Easy to walk to wherever we needed to go.
THIS PROPERTY WAS SO BAD, THAT WE LEFT AFTER 1 NIGHT INSTEAD OF OUR 4 NIGHT STAY. First, it says triplex in the listing, but it doesn't say that the stairs were curved staircases that you couldn't even fit your full foot on some of the steps. There was no a.c., the floors were so disgusting that we wouldn't even walk barefoot. The 1st level bathroom had mold in the shower. The upstairs bathroom and bedroom, smelled of mildew, You couldn't even move in the shower it was so small. The upstairs bedroom was so tight that we couldn't even bring our luggage upstairs because there was no place to open it, never mind a place to put it. My husband couldn't even shave in the sink because it was so narrow and the mirror protruded over halfway so you couldn't get your face near the sink. Even to brush your teeth. The w.c. door didn't shut, the windows wouldn't shut properly. When we arrived late at night, there was people hanging out in front of the entry which made us very nervous. I have used VRBO many times and this was the first listing that was so disappointing. We left after the 1st night and asked for a refund for the last 2 nights (24 hrs in advance) and have heard nothing from the owner. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!
We had a pleasant stay at the apartment. It was smaller than we anticipated based on the website, and the only drawback was that the shower in one of the rooms was a bit too small. This apartment is a good choice if your travel plans don't include preparing meals, as the space may feel limited for that purpose. While it can technically accommodate up to six people, I would recommend it for two couples for optimal comfort. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, making the overall experience hassle-free.I would definitely consider staying here again.
the location is good, but the apartment does not match our expectations. Leaky windows, heating system that doesn't work, dirty and very cramped toilet and shower.
A quirky apartment - small and compact but served what we needed for our few days in Paris.
Excellent communication from host with comprehensive pre check information provided via a link. Even messaged to check in case of any flood damage with heavy rain we experienced during our stay.
Download/screenshot the codes ahead of trip. Phone signal poor in the area or head out into the street to pick up the information.
Lots of bars, restaurants, cafes right on your doorstep - very much spoilt for choice.
Apartment is compact - to be expected for the area. I didn't realise how tight and narrow the stairs would be. Tight on space for the four of us.
No issue with noise - perhaps at busier times of the year and the shopping arcade closed around 8pm. Felt very safe in the area and apartment and would recommend for anyone staying on their own too.
The location was great. Near the Louvre and the muse day or say, and everything was walkable. The place itself was good for four adults. The Wi-Fi was spotty, The rooms were kind of small, but the bed was really comfortable.
I do not think I read the reviews thoroughly enough to understand that this apartment is in a small mall/food court which has pros and cons. when the mall is open you hear people talking outside your window as if the were sitting in your room even with every window closed but the benefit is when the mall is closed after 9 oâclock at night and on Sundays itâs absolutely quiet
The biggest issue for my family was the absolute horrible Wi-Fi and the unit has incredibly narrow stairs and covers 4 stories
We had a lovely stay in this adorable apartment. The location was perfect for coming and going during the day. Beds were comfortable and having a washing machine was tops.
We had a wonderful stay. We were given all of the things we needed. I would say that the stairs were our only challenge. I would rent this space again.
We stayed here 2 consecutive weekends for the Rugby World Cup. The location is spot on, easy to get to and in an area with endless bars, restaurants and shops. We were walking distance from the Louvre and Notre Dame. We even had a great walk to the Eifel Tower and the Stade de France! (I would not recommend the walk to the stadion though, you go through some really questionable neighbourhoods) The property faces this quint passage and is dead quiet on a Sunday. Very good spot indeed.
As with every Paris propery- the stairs are fun with luggage! Not for older people.
We love the central location. Two really good beds and they fold out. Both bathrooms were great, but one is smallish. The staircases are pretty tight but doable. The host and the check in process were flawless. We had a few bugs crawl out overnight from under the kitchen cabinets. We had to do a little vacuuming every morning. But I would stay there again.
This was our first experience renting through Vrbo and everything went smoothly. The apartment is in a great location - easy to walk or take the Metro to many sites around Paris.
There was adequate room for a family of four. We never felt cramped. The upstairs room, where our oldest son slept, was warm so take that into consideration if traveling during the summer. There were fans to use in the apartment to help cool the air a bit. Stairs are steep so be mindful.
Everything was very quiet in the evening and we were not disrupted at all by any noise while sleeping. The fact that this is located inside a building gives an extra sense of security. The Monoprix was within a very short distance and allowed us to get drinks/snacks without having to travel far. There are a number of great restaurants and street food sources very close by.
Communication with the owner was smooth and they were patient with my numerous questions leading up to our trip. Check-in was easy as well.
We highly recommend this location and would book again if traveling to Paris.
