Belle villa indépendante, récemment rénové à un haut standard moderne en harmonie avec son cadre traditionnel et bien entretenu jardins, terrasses et piscine et avec des vues superbes sur la Méditerranée et l'Afrique. À distance de marche du village andalou pittoresque de Mijas avec ses nombreux magasins et restaurants de charme et plusieurs superbes plages à seulement 10 minutes en voiture. Les deux Malaga et Marbella sont à moins de 30 minutes en voiture et si vous êtes un golfeur vous avez un énorme choix de cours locaux. plusieurs clubs de tennis, un centre équestre et beaucoup de montagne fabuleuse promenades sont également à proximité. Il est également l'endroit idéal si vous ne souhaitez pas utiliser une voiture comme les transports en commun est excellent et à proximité.

La villa dispose d'un barbecue près de la piscine, les bains de soleil et de détente ombragées et beaucoup d'espace pour manger al fresco. Vous serez accueillis à la villa par notre équipe qui sera également sur place pour vous aider pendant votre séjour. Nous faisons également de notre mieux pour être flexible pour l'enregistrement et à temps.

Perfection!

The property is perfectly located, just a short walk to the centre. It has amazing views of the coast and the shrubbery that surrounds the property makes it private.

I have stayed in several villas in this area and Casa La Joya is definitely the one that ticked all the boxes.Maurice who manages the property was very helpful in sorting out our transport to and from the villa. Big thanks.Our welcome pack had everything we needed to settle in and more. Again big thank you.English tv channels, big tick. A cushioned sun bed is another big bonus.An array of blankets for sitting outside on cooler evenings.The villa had absolutely everything we needed for the perfect stay. I especially loved the various areas that the patio was separated into. The fact you’ve got shade and sun, along with beautiful views, bliss. Loved having our lunch looking out to the sea.Thank you Joyce and Paul for making your rental a home.

Wonderful relaxing stay

Beautiful villa, very peaceful and relaxing with great views. Mijas is approximately a 15 minute walk away with lots of lovely restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Villa

Had a fantastic week, we have been coming to Mijas for the last 20 years but never stayed on this side of the town, perfect location 15 minute walk into town coming home the last 20 meters is steep but easily walkable, we are all over 50 years old. Maurice was a superstar, his flexibility meeting us with the keys by and the supplies he left for us made a great start to our holiday. Amazing outside space and perfect for six people can’t fault it in anyway would stay again.

Week in September

Villa spotless on arrival. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Welcome pack, of a few essentials greatly appreciated. Property manager, Maurice, went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. Pueblo, only 10/15 mins walk, to a good selection of bars/restaurants. Overall a great week, weather a little indifferent, but we made the most of our time.

Another Wonderful Stay

This was our second trip to this beautiful villa and it was just as fabulous as the first time. The location is perfect for walking into the pueblo, the house and gardens are immaculate and the views are stunning. We feel so relaxed and refreshed when we’re there and are about to book our third trip next year! Paul is so helpful, flexible and quick to respond to any questions we may have, as is Maurice during our stays. Hasta la próxima vez!

Gorgeous villa with a fantastic location

This was our second time of returning, didn’t disappoint fantastic location only a short stroll into Mijas Pueblo to lots of fantastic restaurants our favourites Koco Bistro and Peccanti Di Gola as always. A lovely villa with everything you need at hand, checking in was stress free and straight forward. We would have know hesitation in recommending this villa at all to anyone.

Amazing villa in a stunning location

We had a family holiday in this stunning villa. The outdoor spaces are incredible and photos do not do it justice. Clean, modern and everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. Paul was on hand to answer any questions before our stay and Maurice was welcoming and so helpful throughout our stay. This is our second holiday in Mijas and we will definitely be back.

A great stay

We all loved the property, indoors and outdoors, and it’s location was perfect. We were well looked after, getting all the information we wanted before and during the stay. I left a new sweatshirt and was delighted when I was told they would send it on to me, no problem.

Perfect oasis

We wanted a place that was close to the town centre but offered peace and quiet, a view, bright home and a lovely outdoor area to enjoy the spring sun. The Villa was perfect! At this time of year, we had no problem finding a park in town. Very professional and personable management. We would definitely return.

Beautiful, peaceful place

Fantastic villa, everything you need for your stay, absolutely love Mijas. It was perfect, peaceful, amazing views. Walking distance into town, although if mobility an issue it is on a steep hill. Maurice was great and we very much appreciated the welcome package left in the fridge, very generous. Just brilliant, thank you 😍

We have visited Mijas several times now but it was our first time staying at the villa. It was everything we could of hoped for. Fantastic location with a lovely short stroll into the village . The villa was beautiful, clean, tidy and the personal touches just finished it off. I don’t have any hesitation in recommending or staying again. Thank you for everything

Beautiful views and property.

The Property was clean and tidy when we arrived, there was a lovely welcome pack on arrival, also we met Maurice, Stella and their son who were very nice to meet. The bungalow has everything you require for your stay, We were pleased we had hired a car especially to get up the hill to the property, we did walk up it once a day but that was more than enough for us. I was very happy with the communication between the owner Paul and Maurice.

We are from the UK and had visited Mijas several times to stay with friends and we grew to love the area, the sunshine and the relaxed way of life.
We bought the villa in 2013 and renovated it over the following year.
It is the perfect setting and location for a relaxing holiday.
Being able to walk into the village was a huge plus for us with many bars, restaurants and leisure activities all close by.
The villa is clean, modern and bright inside and the outside space is large with several areas for relaxing, eating and sunbathing all with lovely views.
