Belle maison 4 BR en bord de mer avec piscine sur Tankah Tres Beach près de Tulum!

La piscine de chute d'eau en face de la maison vous donne un espace de détente pour la mise en ou garder au frais, tout en appréciant les vues et les sons de l'environnement de la jungle. Situé en face de la piscine de 2m 5m x est la zone de barbecue où vous pouvez préparer votre repas juste la façon dont vous le souhaitez, avec un facile d'utiliser le barbecue à gaz et beaucoup d'espace.


La grande cuisine de granit a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer les repas, ou de laisser Armando et Daisy notre vie dans les cuisiniers vous préparer certains de leurs plats préférés mayas et mexicaines. Nous vous suggérons d'utiliser Riviera Maya Épiceries et d'avoir votre réfrigérateur bien approvisionné à l'arrivée. Ou aller à Tulum pour magasiner une fois que vous arrivez. Profitez de la gratuit boissons, guacamole, salsa et préparé pour votre arrivée et explorer votre nouvelle maison loin.


Le salon a été conçu pour circuler avec la cuisine et la salle à manger en gardant toutes les personnes impliquées dans des conversations dans toute la maison. La salle à manger pour huit personnes avec un six sièges supplémentaires de bar autour de la grande île de cuisine, ou si vous préférez, vous pouvez prendre vos repas à l'extérieur sur le patio et profiter de la brise de l'océan tout en salle à manger.


Casa Dena a trois face à l'océan suites de maître, toutes avec des lits king size. Quatre chambres à coucher a deux lits doubles pour les grands partis ou fait un grand espace pour les enfants, avec beaucoup d'espace supplémentaire pour la mise en place du matelas queen gonflable ou notre berceau portable (disponible sur demande). Toutes les chambres sont climatisées et disposent de salles de bains privées en marbre et de grands balcons offrant une vue dégagée sur l'océan. AC dans les chambres seulement.

La détente à la Casa Dena est rendue facile avec plusieurs chaises longues situées au bord de la piscine et de la plage. Nous avons aussi un grand palapa sur la plage, qui fournit beaucoup d'ombre pour prendre une sieste dans l'un des hamacs colorés. Sur le toit, nous avons conçu un merveilleux coin salon pour regarder le lever du soleil, travailler sur votre bronzage, en regardant les millions d'étoiles sur une nuit claire, ou de lancer une grande fête sur le toit.

It was perfect for our family and there was room to spread out. The host was great and the view was even better. Be advised that Casa Dena is a 15 minute drive on a dirt road off the main highway.

Great stay in Tulum

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casa Dena is terrific. The high points are the caretakers who are lovely and provide excellent meals. The big drawback is the house is located on a long road with many pot holes (dirt). It is tough to go anywhere. Additionally the pool at the house is on the back side of the house so you dont have access to see the ocean while swimming. The ocean is not swimable due to excess seaweed so it would be much nicer if they were on the same side. House was fabulous though!

Loved our stay at Casa Dena!!

The property is awesome! Everything you need for a calm and quiet time away. We were very well received by the live-in couple. They cooked for us more times then I can remember, took care of us so well, scheduled massages by the beach for us. Overall this is the place to go if you want a quiet few days away from people, crowds, and stressors. LOVED this place!!

Beautiful house and location

My family goes on an annual trip every year. This year we chose Tulum. We had never been before so after much searching we found CasaDena and it was perfect. It’s right on the beach as you can see from the pictures and close to the town of Tulum. The price was very good in comparison to other homes and the location was even better. I highly recommend this home.

Amazing Beach House!

We had a fantastic stay here with friends! The palapa was great and the house was a short walk to a little beach club. It is a ways from town so I wouldn’t recommend the property if you didn’t have a car but with our rental it was no issue and the location was so quiet and beautiful! The house staff was amazing and were able to help out in any way we needed. I highly recommend the property and the entire process was super easy.

Breathtaking

We absolutely loved this house. From the moment you open the door to when you drive away, the house is so welcoming. Armondo and Daisy went above and beyond. Their food was such a nice added bonus and felt so personal. We loved that is was offered. Would absolutely return and highly recommend to friends and family!

Armundo and Daisey were excellent chefs and we felt as ease knowing they were right next door keeping an eye on things. The house was lovely and we would definitely stay here again. I only wish the other half of our guests who were supposed to come and stay here would have made it to the house.

The ocean views were wonderful and it was a very quiet, safe and scenic location. It is a bit off the road, but we had a rental car so had no problem getting to Tulum and Akumal. The caretakers, Armando and Daysi were wonderful. They kept the property very neat and clean and we highly recommend their chef services. We had three delicious authetic Mexican meals and it was well worth the price! We also enjoyed interacting with their friendly dog Lassie. Overall a great stay and relaxing family vacation.

It has everything that we needed... and less. Less noise, less crowds and less stress! But peace and quiet comes at a cost. While there are several restaurants nearby, Tulum is a drive away - especially at night. Better to take a taxi. Thanks for sharing your house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a perfect holiday here over Christmas! The house is gorgeous and spacious - perfect for our two families (4 adults + 4 children). The children enjoyed the pool, the hammocks and the beach. We snorkeled and explored the rocks and tide pools. It was lovely to be in a quiet secluded spot but still close enough to Tulum and other areas. My husband was able to kitesurf from this spot too! Armando and Daisy are amazing. They take wonderfully good care of the house and prepared us some delicious dinners. We loved Casa Dena and extended our stay an extra day because it was hard to leave!

Summer Vacation

Our stay at the property was amazing! It was the most peaceful vacation I think I've ever taken. The property was clean and Armando was such a sweetheart. He suggested a restaurant for us just a few doors down on our first night since we were confused about what to do for dinner. The guacamole and salsa prepared at check-in was phenomenal. He and his wife also cooked an amazing meal for us. The scenery cannot be explained in words, we spent a lot of time just watching the water in the hammocks. I would highly suggest renting a car as that was our biggest mistake. The property is pretty far back from the main roads but it doesn't take long to get into Tulum or Azumal, taxis were extremely expensive so it's best to rent a car. The property manager also stopped past and made us feel very welcomed. It is a true beach house. I'd highly recommend booking and would love to stay again!

All the bedrooms have a direct view of the water. Armando, Daysi and their daughter Ebony were awesome! They work tirelessly to keep the property clean and well- manicured. We will definitely be staying here again. We rented a vehicle, so we had no difficulty getting to and from the area. We loved that we were somewhat secluded. The restaurant and bar down the road were amazing and very welcoming. We left some clothes behind at the house and Akumal Properties made sure the clothes were returned to us. Such a wonderful place to stay and their service is impeccable!!

Perfect Family Vacation

House was beautiful and supplied everything you could want in a home away from home! Daisy & Armando were perfect care takers and live right on the property so are available for any need you have! They are also available to cook meals if you desire, we had them do that for only one dinner and wished we had done more! Beautiful sand beach but the ocean at this location is total coral reef, so no swimming and swim shoes are a must! The pool is on the front of the house and didn't have sun on it until late afternoon, it isn't heated so a little too chilly for us but is is January so I'm sure it warms up nicely in Spring & Summer, although we had beautiful weather! Only reason we gave it a 4-star rating for location is that it was almost at the end of the road and was a bit of a drive to get to Casa Dena. Both the property manager and the concierge were fantastic, easy to work with and were most helpful in arranging everything from airport transport to expeditions to beach massages! Can't say enough good about this property and the experience our family enjoyed!!!

Family gathering in the perfect spot

The house was perfect for a family reunion, gathering three generations.Casa Dena has the perfect set up: A master bedroom on the same level as the beach and common space.This was perfect for my parents who are in their eighties. The two other master bedrooms on the first floor were great for my sister and I and our husbands. And the 4th bedroom accommodated our children. Each bedroom having a private bathroom is just wonderful for the privacy of all. The view of the ocean ,with the long white sand beach is blissfull.Not to forget the hamacs which was my absolute perfect spot for reading and relaxing. After going snorkeling and swiming to Soliman bay(short 5 minute walk) we enjoyed drinking our cocktails by the pool. For us having the pool in front of the house was a plus. It is surrounded by big palm trees and although the ocean view is marvellous,the pool side gives you a jungle feel. Everyone can find their spot to chill and relax.Even with a group of 10 + no one felt squeezed.I must not forget the roof patio that gives us a 360 degree view. Best place to watch the sun set. Casa Dena is ideally located near Cenotes and just 15 minutes north of Tulum. So great to do some sightseeing. Also having Armando and Daisy on site is a plus . They are very discreet but present if you need something. And let's not forget Lassy their adorable dog who is the perfect guardian and family pet. Many Thanks for letting us enjoy Casa Dena.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Daisy and Armando, on site care takers, were AMAZING! Home and grounds were spotless. Their cooking fabulous as was their attention to the care and welfare of the guests. The distribution of the home is excellent and the location is quiet even with all the construction around it. Bumps:1) literally a 20 minute ride along a very bumpy, and due to rains we caught, flooded dirt road in order to get to casa Dena2) the area is experiencing power outages. We experienced 4 outages during our 7 day stay. Each outage averaged 5 to 6 hours. The generator does not provide ample power to fully cool down refrigerator, much less the running of the air conditioning in the bedrooms. The power outages are NOT a new phenomenon. The guest book in the house had an entry dating back to May describing power outages.In my opinion, these 2 issues should have been disclosed. It is unfair to leave Armando and Daisy to deal with upset clients. They are amazing, and a great reason to visit Casa Dena.

A week in paradise

Our family vacation was perfect! Daisy and Armando took great care of us. Having Lazzy the dog make us feel like home. Great place great people. Perfect location

Paradise Found

From the moment we arrived until the time we departed, Casa Dena was enjoyed by all. Armando and Daisy were wonderful caretakers and chefs. We enjoyed several meals by them, but everyone's favorite by far was the pizza. Casa Dena was perfect for our family of 9 with plenty of space for time alone and great space for family gatherings. The only thing I would recommend is a beach wagon for carting your things to the beach around the bend.
