Spacious Villa for family of 9

Upon entering the villa, you will see right away thay the space has everything you'll need for your stay. The kitchen, the rooms, and each individual bathroom was a great find that met our needs. The staff at the hotel were the absolute best, suggesting differnt places to go, arranging transportation, and having great conversations throughout our stay. The food and drinks at the restaurant were phenomenal as well and we enjoyed seeing everyone each morning and evening for Happy Hour. If you have a large group and don't want to break the bank, this is the place to stay. This area is being built out and the construction happening was barely heard when inside the rooms. In a few years, this place will be a hot spot for bookings, don't hesitate...book it!

Bachelorette Party

Upon first walking in, we were a bit surprised by the hotel. The pictures definitely made the place look better than it was. It was still a nice hotel but we were surprised because we were comparing to the pictures. When walking into our suite, we were more than happy with the way that it was. There was so much space for all 12 of us and we each had our own room key which was nice. One thing that we did notice was that the kitchen sink was clogged for almost the entire duration of our stay and the ash trays were not cleaned out. Not sure if this is normal for tulum but the shower/sink water is very salty. But overall, we had a great time there and the staff was extremely helpful. They helped us with any little thing from giving us towels to recommending/finding accommodations for some of our activities! Cecilia was SUPER helpful, I highly recommend asking her about things to do around tulum! They also arranged for a Spa at the hotel for all 13 of us and arranged for a decorator to come and decorate for us! The area seems super safe, we walked at night and didn’t feel unsafe at all! Thank IRIE for making our stay so wonderful! It was much appreciated.

Great place to stay!

The hotel is so nice! The staff is amazing. We went for my 30th birthday which turned into my proposal. They handled balloon set up, private chef, and made sure to help us get food while the power was out. 100/10!!

Our 2023 Burgin Family Vacation

From the moment we arrived, the check in was quick and easy...and everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The property manager, Jimena (whom we made great friends with)...and the reception staff Daniel and Daniela, were always available to help us with taxi services, restaurant and outing recommendations, rental of the bikes...I mean everything you can possibly ask for on vacation. Then you have the bar/kitchen staff, Carlos and Franco, who made sure our meals and delicious drinks were made for us..DAILY....Franco makes the best Mesaclitas, and Daiquiris. Housekeeping: Lupe (who I wish I could take home with me, such a sweet, hardworking and wonderful woman), Alberto, Rosario and Jose Luis...made sure the facility was always clean. We rented the Villa, and every day it was cleaned, with fresh linens and towels daily. We all had such a great time in the 5 nights we stayed. We will definetly will return, hopefully SOON!! But overall excellent service!! We all recommend this boutique hotel!!

Gracias hotel Irie por esta estadĂ­a maravillosa, desde el momento que reservamos se pusieron en contacto conmigo, nos coordinaron los traslados tanto en la llegada como salida del hotel. Las habitaciones estaban increĂ­blemente limpias, un excelente trabajo del equipo de limpieza 🙌. TambiĂ©n nos reservaron un chef quien nos cocinĂł en la noche, una experiencia inolvidable. TambiĂ©n probamos el restaurante que se encuentra en hotel la comida es espectacular, la atenciĂłn de Carlos en el desayuno y los tragos que nos preparĂł Franco por la tarde los mejores que hemos probado. El equipo de recepciĂłn, muy amables y atentos siempre pendientes a nuestras necesidades. Gracias hotel Irie, excelente trabajo, sigan asĂ­!!! Lugar sĂșper recomendable.

Amazing suite in the Jungle, close to the town and the beach

The communication with the hotel staff was amazing, from pre-booking all the way through to checkout. Andrea was amazing in supporting us with various requests like arranging for ATVs and car rentals locally, assisting with airport transfers and taxis to name a few. Overall the property is so quiet at night, and everyone agreed that the beds were amazing to sleep on. Having private bathrooms for each bedroom was a huge plus, especially for a big group as we could all get ready to head out for dinner at the same time! Cleaners came daily and were thorough, and the onsite restaurant and bar was a great resource to have too! All told, we highly recommend Irie Tulum and look forward to coming back soon!

Loved it!!

We rented the 5 room option and it was so nice. It was perfect for our annual Girl's Trip. Everyone had the privacy of their own room & bathroom and a shared space to hang out together. 10/10...I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Family Stay

We loved Irie Tulum. Our family and a few friends stayed here for my birthday vacation. Although the surrounding area is under heavy development, I found our stay peaceful and our communication with the property managers easy. There was one hiccup that was out of the control of the property, and they worked with us to find a solution. Daniel makes wonderful drinks and breakfast was AMAZING. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the weight room. I would stay at this property again, and am looking forward to what Zama has to offer as it continues to be built out.
