Le Kihei Bay Vista est une magnifique propriété. Il est situé à Kihei Maui, à quelques pas de l'océan. Il dispose d'une piscine et d'un bain à remous, des grils à gaz pour votre usage ainsi que d'une salle à manger extérieure. Cette propriété est l'une des grandes découvertes pour le prix à Kihei. Toutes les unités sont 1 chambre 1 salle de bain si la propriété a une atmosphÚre détendue et calme à ce sujet. Les clients viennent de cette année de la propriété aprÚs année comme ils l'ont trouvé une grande maison loin de la maison. Kihei Bay Vista est juste en face de la rue du Sanctuaire de baleines et une trÚs longue plage de. Planche à voile, observation des baleines, marcher sur la plage et profiter des couchers de soleil incroyables. Le Kihei Bay Vista est situé au centre de boutiques, restaurants, activités et est à une courte distance en voiture des terrains de golf de championnat de Wailea et Makena.

Have stayed at this complex five times in different units. It’s always been a great spot. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Landscapers are all friendly. Guests are friendly. Will stay again and will also recommend to friends.

Family Vacation

It was a quite little place. We appreciated that it wasn't next to the main shops and resorts. There is a lot of construction right now to repair the road, so traffic was a little difficult to get in and out of complex. Otherwise, the grounds were beautiful, quiet, and close to the beach.

Nice place

Nice place to stay in Kihei. The unit had beach chairs and umbrella. The place was very clean and had everything you will need. You will need car for the access to popular beaches and restaurants though.

We loved that it is right across the street from a great beach for turtle and whale watching, swimming and sunset views. Well back from the road so only minor traffic noise, some pool noise as well but overall a fantastic little place. Easy to park as well. Plenty of room for 2 to 4 folks. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay at Kihey Bay Vista

We really liked our stay in this apartment with the balcony to gather for meals with the family, the swimming pool and the easy access to the beach.We strongly recommend to anybody to stay at this place.

Just took many hours for the A/C to catch up from getting quite warm before our arrival, in order to sleep the first night. Once the temp got more reasonable, it wasn't so bad during the rest of our stay.

Kehei condo

The condo was updated and clean. Ot had a nice garden/poop view and the patio has shade and is blocked from the wind. It had chairs to bring to the beach which we really appreciated. The pool is close and nice. The one downside is that there is no elevator so you have to haul your luggage upstairs.

The bedroom A/C( actually a portable cooler) was manual and emitted a very noisy sound when in use. Clearly, condo C206 is an older unit in the complex and has no view at all.

Kihei Condo

The property was well appointed and was a great base for us to explore the entire island of Maui. The kids loved the pool and the easy access to the beach, including turtles. Would easily recommend this property to others.

Cozy and Quiet

The unit was exactly as described. It’s set back from the busy road and located in a small and very quiet complex, so it was a great space to unwind at the end of a long day. The pool and hot tub area was small, but perfectly fine for a quick dip. Friendly neighbors. More than enough dish and laundry detergent, and having laundry in unit was extremely useful for my family. My husband and I took the fold out couch while my parents took the bed. Both beds were about what you’d expect for a rental unit. My only tiny complaint is the pillows, when uncovered, showed some staining, as did the mattress cover on the main bed. Kinda gross. The bathroom shower could also use a grout touch up. Other than that, the unit was very clean, was not musty like some other rental units, and came with enough beach gear for 4 adults. The vaulted ceiling made the unit feel much bigger, and the lanai space was wide and a nice extra space. In a pinch, it’s fine for a family of four with the fold out couch, but probably better for a couple with one small child. Rental stock was low, so we were willing to make it work. Overall, great value, location, and home base for all our adventures.

Reviewer Comments: Booking and arrival instructions were very clear which made accessing the unit easy. ‱ Depending on the unit most times a code is used for access. ‱ The amenities were awesome because I didn’t have to buy detergent, cooking spices, or blankets.‱ Don’t drink the tap water. I visited during September 2023 and although Lahaina & Kula areas were contaminated Kihei also got it bc my partner got a stomach bug plus headaches.‱ The day we were gonna visit the jacuzzi the jets weren’t on but we saw still green water which looked gross. Usually they notify via email ahead of time if the property’s being cleaned/maintained so we turned around back into the condo.‱ Don’t use the coasters. There were ceramic/print coasters in our unit but they fell apart when we tried removing them from the holder. Handled with care of course. ‱ Bedroom a/c is on a timer basis. The first night we slept in the bedroom the timer scared me and I thought someone was breaking in. From there we slept on the couches or pull out mattresses.

Great location and good for young kids

We came for a few days to visit friends, and this condo was perfect for our young family. We appreciated the beach toys, the pool, and everyone slept comfortably in the AC and king size bed!
