Ce condo sans rendez-vous dans le premier bùtiment de Kihei Kai Nani est en face de la belle Kamaole II, dans une chaßne des plus belles plages de Maui. Si vous utilisez la fonction de carte, vous pouvez voir que c'est dans le bùtiment 1 - 300 pieds de la plage! Yay! Choisissez quand vous voulez vous baigner en vous promenant sur la véranda.

Vous pouvez voir l'ocĂ©an depuis la vĂ©randa, et c'est au cƓur de tout ce qui est amusant Ă  propos de Kihei, la partie sĂšche de l'Ăźle de Maui. À distance de marche de l'un des meilleurs pubs, de nombreux magasins, d'une Ă©picerie bio qui a mĂȘme des plats Ă  emporter chauds pour les pique-niques sur la plage (Hawaiian Moons), c'est le coucher de soleil au centre de Kihei. Rejoignez tout le monde tous les soirs sur le long banc bas face Ă  la mer pour l'Ă©vĂ©nement principal!

En fĂ©vrier, vous verrez le soleil se coucher depuis votre vĂ©randa et l'action des baleines Ă©galement. RĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©, ce condo a des lignes Ă©purĂ©es et une sensation d'espace ouvert. Le tĂ©lĂ©viseur mural de 65 pouces vous permet de profiter du divertissement Ă  domicile si vous le souhaitez. Un lit queen dans la chambre et deux canapĂ©s-lits dans le salon permettent Ă  4 personnes de sĂ©journer dans trois lits. Les deux canapĂ©s-lits peuvent ĂȘtre ouverts en mĂȘme temps.

Pression d'eau puissante, la cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un tuyau de pulvĂ©risation Ă  bec unique et d'un Ă©vier unique profond. Le mĂ©langeur / moulin est parfait pour faire vos propres boissons pour adultes, smoothies ou aliments pour bĂ©bĂ©s. La cafetiĂšre cuisinart profite des excellents cafĂ©s que vous pouvez acheter sur l'Ăźle. Les vases permettent des fleurs, et il y a mĂȘme des chandeliers. Le nouveau micro-ondes rend la prĂ©paration des aliments simple et un plaisir. De nombreux verres en plastique acheminent vos boissons pour adultes au bord de la piscine.

De belles serviettes bleues et noires vous amÚnent à la plage, avec des tatamis à utiliser pendant votre séjour, ainsi que nos chaises et parasols. Il y a une station de rinçage au sable pour votre commodité juste à l'entrée de la propriété.

Amazing as always! You won't find a better host than Roxanne. Her condo is adorable and has become our go to when visiting Maui. The cute decor, amazing location, comfortable bed, kitchen with everything you need to cook your meals if that is your desire, ocean view on the lanai and beautiful grounds with amazing pool make this a little slice of paradise. We will definitely book this condo next year. Thank you Roxanne for going above and beyond. Mahalo!

This was the second year in a row we stayed in this lovely condo at Kihei Kai Nani. We were thrilled it was available. The grounds and amenities are top notch. The location is unbeatable. It feels like our second home.

This is a great condo! It's very well furnished. The kitchen is fully supplied, though we did no cooking. There are a lot of moderately-priced restaurants within walking distance. You can walk to Hawaiian Moons for wonderful organic pineapples, papayas, and mangos. Kamaole Beach Park II is steps away across the street.

Wonderful stay in Kihei

This property was exactly as described--great location across the street from the beach, spacious, well-equipped and very responsive and informative owner. There were clear instructions about everything related to the condo, convenient keyless entry and the property is well-maintained and fairly quiet. If I had to find something to improve upon, I would suggest that the towels be more thoroughly cleaned (several smelled of mildew) and maintained (perhaps circulate out the ones with lots of bleach marks). Would stay here again in the future.

Well equipped unit

A lovely corner unit, well located near the beach and central to everything. Communication was great, everything was well organized. The only negative , was the noisy garbage disposal during the night ( for the restaurant across the parking lot)

This unit is clean, with an open design in ocean blues.

We really love being in this unit. The color scheme is relaxing and unified, the upgraded kitchen is clean, fresh, and very functional with everything you need for cooking. The stainless and black appliances go beautifully with the white granite that is marbled through with black and sparkles of silver. The lighting is bright light and efficient for reading where ever you want to do that. We love the two powerful reading lamps on both sides of the bed in the bedroom, we like to read. The new electronic lock that was installed makes it so you don’t have to take any keys with you to the beach! And it was great to have a laundry inside the unit, we didn’t have to go to the laundry room by the pool for every load of wash. Love the oblique view of the ocean for a wonderful from the lanai, and also from the large sofa in the living room. We really enjoyed being able to see the sunset from the lanai during this time of year, while the sun is in position to drop within our view. And even though it was only early January, while we were out walking we already saw whales arriving! All in all we had a marvelous time being there and staying in 205.

Lovely condo and great location.

Condo is well equipped with everything you need, I appreciate the higher quality dishes, etc. Bed was comfy perhaps pillows could use an upgrade tho maybe that is just personal preference. The only thing I did not like was the fixed privacy curtain along the lanai as it obstructed the views of the ocean when sitting down. I have stayed at this complex many times in various units the location is perfect close to lots of restaurants etc and right across from a fabulous beach. I would recommend staying here!

Great condo Outstanding view

This condo was everything we expected and so much more. The daily view of the sunset while sitting comfortably on the lanai was amazing. The communication with the owner was excellent. The owners provided great information to us before we arrived. The condo is in a very wonderful neighborhood for restaurants, coffee and a famous cinnamon roll business. The beach is only steps away from the condo. This condo makes you never want to leave. Not to mention the friendly breeze blowing thur the condo when you open the windows.

Loved everything!

This place was literally the best option and I couldn’t be happier that we went with it. This place was so clean and everything was labeled with instructions which made everything so easy. It had everything in it and more :) The fact that there was a a laundry machine just topped it off! Walking to the water took like 30 seconds. And the sunsets were so beautiful every night! Thank you for your hospitality! Will definitely tell others to stay here :)

Rental is as pictured. Read the house manual and be sure to follow all instructions. Located near the beach. If sleeping in the living room you can hear some outside noise especially in the am. Otherwise a fine rental.

Perfect place to stay close to beach in Kihei.

We have stayed at 3 other units at the Kihei Kai Nani, this one is the best. This unit is near perfect. First of all, it’s a great location in building 1, closest to the beach. It’s a 2-minute walk to the beach. It I also close walking distance from very good restaurants, shopping and a convenance store. It has great view from the lanai of the ocean and sunsets. The unit is full of everything you will need including the beach stuff, all near new in great condition. The kitchen also has everything you would need. It has great air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. It is very handy to have a washer and dryer when you are going to the beach every day. All in all, it is a great unit, we highly recommend it, and we are planning on staying here again. Mike and Susan

Great Kihei stay with many 4.5* restaurants within a short walk

You have a view of the ocean from the sofa (if you lean over)! The recently remodeled kitchen has all needed pots, pans, plates, glasses, and utensils. This property is less than a minute to the beach via the handy crosswalk!! The TV is huge and includes HBO. Roxanne replied quickly to our only message. The WiFi password is correct in the physical manual at the condo (not in the email). As for the roosters, as Roxanne commented, if you have the windows closed and the blinds shut, they can barely be heard, and we did not run AC to create background noise. I am a light sleeper, and they didn't bother me with the windows shut. The ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room are whisper quiet at the low speed. When it was 80° outside, the fan at mid-speed was enough to make it feel cool. After sunset, you can open up the windows to cool it off. Since it is a corner unit, there are windows on 3 sides and we left windows open in the living room at night to cool it off for the morning (safe since it's a 2nd floor unit). We didn't hear our neighbors if the windows were closed. AC in 2 rooms. This condo has many very good (not fancy) restaurants within an 8 minute walk. We recommend: * Coconut's Cafe: best fish tacos I have had * Penny's Pizza: wood-fired pizza with great crust, they do half-and-half pizzas...but a little too much cheese for us * Maui Bread: chocolate croissant + ham egg cheese sandwich. Yum! Ran out of time for "That's a Wrap". 3 general stores walking distance.

Quiet, comfortable, clean, well maintained, well stocked with needed supplies. Perfect location across the street from the beach, short walk to restaurants and night life. I would definitely stay here every time I come to Maui.

Nicholas and I previously traveled to Hawaii every year for twenty years, and finally decided we loved Maui so much we should own there. This little condo is the perfect gem for enjoying relaxed Kihei, Maui, with the beach as close for lots of swimming, which is what we like to do. But there is so much to do on Maui, we can be choosy about which day we want to go in - just see what the ocean is up to from the lanai and choose your activities for the day. We personally like to walk everywhere we can, and this condo is right in the heart of everything you need to have a car-free vacation, if you prefer.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We like to be where the action is, but value our privacy. So this condo is steps away from everything we enjoy about Kihei without being right on the South Kihei Road, which can get really lively on Friday and Saturday nights when everyone is out and partying! This little condo has it all: close to the action, but above it all on the second level, and inside the lush tropical grounds. I love watching the new resident Parrot family growing, who patrol these trees from time to time.

We also have created a privacy screen on the lanai so you can leave the drapes open if you want. This allows you to enjoy good lighting inside the condo while at home at night, be completely comfortable, without being on display.
