Bungalow Détaché avec Vues Panoramiques sur l'Océan

Notre propriété est idéalement placée au-dessus du port de pêche de Newlyn, entre Penzance et Mousehole. La plage de galets est à environ 10 minutes à pied avec des plages de sable à Marazion (surplombant le mont St. Michael) à 10 minutes en voiture. Land's End, Sennen Cove, Porthcurno et le théâtre en plein air Minnack sont facilement accessibles, tout comme St. Ives. Le bungalow lui-même est situé sur un sentier qui mène de la place de parking et du garage. En entrant dans la propriété, vous êtes immédiatement rencontré avec un air de qualité et ces points de vue! La chambre principale, la 2ème chambre et tout le salon ouvert profitent de ces vues spectaculaires sur la mer. Wi-Fi gratuit dans tout l'établissement.

On walking we were taken aback by how stunning the property is. The views were something else. Richard was a lovely host and the welcome pack left for us was gratefully received and started our week off perfectly. We all said that we would without hesitation book again.

Outstanding view and location

Our family has stayed in many vacation rentals over the years but we would now rate this as one of our favourites. The hosts were lovely and welcoming as is the town of Newlyn with easy access to all that Cornwall has to offer. The accomodations more than met our expectations. Sunseeker has already been recommended to family and friends!

From the Moment we saw the House First we were so happy to be there! The view from the balcony/ Garden and the living Room- just amazing and unbelievable!! Sunseeker Newlyn

Excellent location with views over Penzance, St Michael's Mount and Newlyn harbour. Scenic walk to Mouseholes. Plenty of room in the property with the largest bed I have ever seen in one bedroom. Gardens all round to catch the sun at all times of the day. Hope to visit again.

Beautiful property with breathtaking views

This is a wonderful place to stay. The property is beautifully presented, and every effort has been made to make the place welcoming and special. The owner is easily contacted and responds rapidly should there be any little problem. The real wow factor is the location, with picture windows overlooking Newlyn harbour, Penzance and the bay with St Michael's Mount. Even when too wet to sit outside we felt connected with the beauty of Cornwall. Highly recommended.

5 Star in Newlyn

The views from the extended living room and terrace are outstanding. In good or bad weather , the view across Mount's Bay changes continually and is better than watching the TV. The house is set high above Newlyn which means that a walk down to the town and back again would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems. A lack of parking in the town also means that driving there can be difficult too. Penzance with all of its amenities is very close by. The house is a bungalow that has been extended very professionally and is furnished with style. It is well equipped, although the frying pans were in very poor condition. Overall, we had a great time in a comfortable house and will remember the views for many years.

Lovely bungalow

This place was fab with stunning view access to lots of places. We had a wheelchair for our son so the 2 steps then a hill then 2 steps to the property were a challenge but worth it. The wheelchair accessible van fitted outside the enblock garage with just enough room to not over step someone drive The wheelchair fitted great in the porch which is enclosed All the bedrooms were of a good size the frontroom kitchen dinning area is open floor planed and lovely. I was miffed at no washing machine then my husband found the keys to the basement which the door for is out in back garden and tucked away which has washing machine tumble dryer in so was happy. This is a stunning property and if we didn't have the wheelchair would certainly stay again. Thx u Richard

Newlyn

The Sunseeker was all that was expected and so much more. Perfect location for exploring Penzance to St.Ives, and specifically getting acquainted with the charming Newlyn village and people. Wonderful home with all the amenities we could have asked for. Spectacular views, it was hard to leave the house for all the beauty we could see from the outside terrace. Would love to return one day.

Lovely property and Richard was very helpful. Very steep pathway to village/sea, and in a residential area. Only one parking space but the property itself was very nice. Everything there that you could possibly need and good location for exploring.

Family holiday with adult children

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday staying at Sunseeker. The bungalow is ideally located and easily accessible to beaches, shops, restaurants as well as a wide choice of takeaways. The view from the patio is amazing….. St Micheal’s Mount one direction and Newlyn Harbour the other!! It was spotlessly clean and there was even a bottle of wine and cream tea when we arrived!! During our stay we had fun on the beach, went in the Sea Lido, visited St Micheal’s Mount, caught the open top bus to Lands End as well as saw a brilliant show at the Minack Theatre…..it was amazing! We definitely recommend staying here!

Superb - best views of Mounts Bay from anyway

Really really top notch holiday home. Stunning views from the balcony and terrace. Very comfortable beds, with gorgeous bed linen and plenty of towels. We had a great time, ideal for a multi generational family stay. Quick to walk into Newlyn. Highly recommend this place - it was worth every penny,!! Thank you for letting us holiday here !!

Hello. My name is Richard Neil and I live in St.Ives with my wife, family and Cockerpoo Alfie. We own and run a guest house and have another holiday let in Carbis Bay and have lived in Cornwall for 15 years. We have owned Sunseeker since 2010 and have let the property since 2011 for holidays. We maintain and clean the property ourselves, so any issues will be sorted out by us or our team of tradesmen. We are about a 20 minute drive from the property so can usually be with you quite quickly should you have any problems.We are of course only a local phone call away!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with Sunseeker the moment we rounded the corner to the front door and saw the view. It was, and still is, quite breathtaking. We have spent a lot of time (and money) making it into a home from home and we try and spend as many weekends in the property as we can. This is out of season of course, as the running of the guest house and the fact that the property is booked out for holiday making guests. We are happy to spend time on a Saturday when the property changes over. Newlyn is a working fishing port landing one of the largest catches in the South West and as such is a busy place. The boats in and out of the harbour are a constant source of wonder which you can enjoy from the comfort of your arm chair, perticularly if the weather maybe a little 'English' at times. Mash a cuppa and relax.(Make a cup of tea.)

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Although up on the hill, the village is only a 5-10 minute downhill walk away (longer coming home!) Everything for everyday needs is catered for and there is more choice in nearby Penzance. You will pass 3 large supermarkets with petrol stations on your way to Sunseeker, so ideal for picking up your essentials. They also deliver if you order online. You have the convenience of parking your car at the top of the path, while enjoying a traffic free location at the property. It really is one of the most peaceful places I have ever stayed.
