Kuleana 713 est l'île ultime chez vous! Ici, vous pourrez vous détendre et profiter du magnifique océan Pacifique et des superbes couchers de soleil de West Maui depuis votre salon et votre véranda privée! Vous vous retrouverez à regarder les teintes du bleu de l'océan et à apprécier les couleurs luxuriantes des plantes, des fleurs et des arbres qui vous entourent. Le condo est littéralement à quelques pas de la plage isolée de Kuleana, où vous pourrez nager ou plonger avec un tuba avec les tortues et la basque au soleil à votre guise.

L'unité est impeccablement propre. Il possède une cuisine de style bambou avec tous les appareils et ustensiles de cuisine indispensables pour cuisiner un repas gastronomique! La chambre principale a un lit ultra confortable et est climatisée pour garder la pièce fraîche pendant les chaudes soirées tropicales.

Les motifs de Kuleana sont manucurés à la perfection absolue. Les torches Tiki sont allumées au coucher du soleil pour accentuer les vagues de l'océan tropical en caressant la plage.

Kuleana rappelle le vieil Hawaii - l'environnement est serein et tranquille. Contrairement à un hôtel de villégiature typique, il n'est pas densément peuplé de personnes ou d'activités bruyantes. The private lanai provides front row seats to spectacular Maui sunsets, pristine views of Lanai and Molokai and special visits from our turtle and whale friends. The Resort features great snorkeling, a BBQ area with ocean views, shuffle board, tennis courts and a heated pool. Centrally located, Kaanapali Beach and Whalers Village are just a short distance away. A hidden gem!

This is the second time we have stayed at Kuleana and it was even better than the first! We loved being able to check in and out ourselves through the mobile app. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We will always stay here when we visit Maui!

First time in Hawaii.

The property we stayed at was "as advertised". Everything we were looking for in a "chill" vacation. The location was great, and the sound of the waves rolling in from our balcony was like living in the "Calm" app. We would definitely book here again.

Temporary refuge

It was so very nice to wake up to the sound of the ocean and to see all the Honu every morning. The place was light and airy, clean and inviting! I would be happy to stay here again, but under better circumstances. Praying for Maui!!

Outstanding!

We’re already back home and I still can’t believe how beautiful the view from the balcony was. We ended up spending most of the time there. The apartment was great and we had everything we needed. We didn’t even turn the tv on because the view from the balcony was so entertaining I swear… and that sound of the ocean. We will be back!

Great view

Easy checkin and great communication. View was stellar and small beach just out the door with lots of turtles. A cozy place... two people were the max I'd recommend. It was just two of us, so perfect. Bathroom is a little dated. Kitchen and living area were more updated and had all the cooking items we needed. Overall would recommend. Great location and great comms.

Decent Property at Good Location

Great location and decent property, however it’s little dated. The couch is old and has stains and is uncomfortable sleeping in. On the balcony door there is open metal which can cut, I got cut twice on the arm, hope they fix it.

A Little Dated But the View is fantastic

The view is what makes this great. The condo itself needs updating/improvements. The ice-maker was fantastic. The condo had easy access (very few stairs). Airconditioner unit in the bedroom was very loud, made it hard to sleep as it came off and on all night. Could use a sharp knife in the kitchen. We enjoyed our time on the balcony as the ocean view was fantastic.

A wonderful stay near the turtles!

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. Pros: quite neighborhood. close to shops and beach cons: the beach is not swimmable with rocks. this is with no fault of the owners as it varies because of the tide. The washer and dryer is not in the building, but it is easy to use. It would have been nice to have some basic supplies such as salt and oil for cooking. The AC in the bedroom is very loud. Also with the location where the unit is located, there is a lot of outside noise of cars and other tenants. overall a great stay. would have appreciated more information on best places to visit and things to do.

Nice stay!

Having the ocean outside the balcony was lovely, seen whale and turtles swimming. The grounds and pool were nice, we met very friendly people. The beach was non-existent during our stay but we sat along the ocean in the grass in the provided lawn chairs which was lovely. The air conditioner was in the bedroom and it was very loud but necessary to have on. Recent review reply said salt, pepper, cooking oil included so we didn’t buy any and there was none. Had to make an extra grocery store trip because of it. A bit dated in decor and small fit and finish problems like the bedroom door hung crooked, could be even better with small updates. Location worked well for visiting north end of the island beaches and attractions. We would return for another stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was exactly what we needed! After an extremely stressful year the sea and beach was wonderful. I loved the lanai! I spent every morning with my coffee out there and several evenings out there also. I loved being up one from ground level bcuz the view was so much better that way. I loved the resident turtles and loved the beach with only the few residents and guests that could go there. We didn’t want a crowded beach and this one was perfect. The condo was clean and well kept.....everything in working order. We definitely want to go again and plan on getting this same one

Our Maui Getaway

We loved the unit. It's comfortable and quiet Loved hearing the ocean especially at night. The parking was great and laundry facilities were easy to use. On the down side the unit could have been just a bit cleaner. However, the AC in the bedroom is useless. The bedroom was just too Hot! My husband and I slept in the living room on the sofa bed the entire 8 nights we were there. Leaving the lanai door open all night so we could sleep. I defiantly could not stay here in the summer months without a new ac unit. Our stay was in mid January and it was just too hot in the bedroom for us. Other than that the unit is well equipped with everything you need. We would stay again if the AC is replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good stay, There is no beach access, photos with sandy beach are dated, beach is no longer. You can cross the rocks and get into the water to surf or go snorkelling, good snorkelling right outside. Turtles in front of the property every morning and sometimes up onto the rocks. The pool was warm, the property was very well maintained. If you have kids, no pool toys or balls in the pool, noodles only. Our unit was dated but most looked updated. Overall no complaints really. Grocery store is 3 minute drive. The parking is good, but the made the stalls so tight you can barely get out of your car.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was old and run down. It is small, bedroom cramped. Too much unnecessary furniture in the room. Not enough space in the closet to store your luggage(it was packed full of fans). Bathroom is tiny. This condo was not at all what we expected. The grounds however were gorgeous and the beach was like no other we have stayed in Maui. We loved sitting out on the beach watching the turtles. Kim from epic Realty was AWESOME when we had to call her for a couple issues. The wifi was not working when we arrived-she sent someone over to get that taken care of. The slider out to the patio came off it’s track on the second day so we had to call her again to have someone come to get that fixed.... which was done again in a timely matter. Although the unit itself is in dire need of upgrades , the staff and grounds were exceptional.

This is a very special location. Popular for return guests. The size of the one bedroom condos is standard. We just put in a new AC. The condo is homey with new linens and kitchen ware. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Kuleana. We like West Maui since it's not as busy as Lahaina, Kaanapali, and other locations. The first stay, the units were not handled by Epic Realty. They were quick to respond to any questions. If you come on a weekend the security office might be closed as the person does other duties. Check back if the door is closed because you need to get the parking pass. Maybe it was the time of year (end of April, beginning of May) but for the first time we saw Hawaiian sea turtles right on the beach in front of the propert!. They come up to rest so please do not touch them and stay back 10 feet (there are signs). You can also see them in the water. The a/c unit (very old) in the bedroom conked out halfway and we did report it to Epic Realty. Wi-fi was spotty at times. That was the only issues we had. So overall we enjoyed renting this unit, especially since it's right on the water with great views and beautiful sunsets.

2 time staying here

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow what an experience, with this Covid-19 issues swept in while we were here and understand this was trying times. This unit is our 2 nd time staying here in 5 yrs, we love this locations and the views from our balcony are arguely some of the best in the whole island! The condo it self has some issues with plumbing, the shower hot water lasts 4-5 mins max so good luck shaving in the shower, the toilet has a hard time flushing every single time, The property manager sent us a message a few weeks before we arrived to inform us there was going to be some tile work on a condo in our build, didn’t think much of this until we got there and from 9-5 everyday for 2 weeks we had to listen to banging, cutting, talking amongst the crew. To go and spend this kind of money and listen to construction everyday was a painful process. The condo management did send someone out timely every time i called for the shower drain the hot water and the toilet. After all of this i would not stay In this unit until they renovate the bathroom area like other units have in this complex.

Great location but condo need work

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Amazing view from balcony - listening to the waves, beautiful sunsets and seeing turtles everyday. Great location as it is close to amenities and other beaches. Must do - eat at the Fish Market which is just a stone's throw from the condo! Free parking and no resort fee. No problem with access and smooth check in/check out. The grounds was beautiful and well kept. The condo was well equipped with cooking equipment and spices. There were beach chairs and a cooler, which was nice, although we didn't use them.Cons:The condo needs a thorough cleaning. Although interior requires maintenance, we are not too fussed about that since it is an older condo building. However, if the condo was cleaned well it would have made it better. The floors were really dirty - perhaps bring house slippers.There was a layer of dust on top of the fridge and other "not seen" surfaces. Lights needed to be replaced as it is very dim in the kitchen and especially in the bathroom. The extremely dim light makes it very uncomfortable to be in the bathroom, especially when it is a really tight space to start.

Our inspection report and quality control pictures do not show anything amiss. We take these kinds of issues seriously and would have sent our Inspector out immediately to address your concerns had you reported it to us during your stay. We use soft lighting in the condo but will look into your suggestion regarding brighter lighting. Kuleana 713 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom direct ocean front unit. The private lanai provides front row seats to spectacular Maui sunsets, pristine views of Lanai and Molokai and special visits from our turtle and whale friends. The Resort features great snorkeling, a BBQ area with ocean views, shuffle board, tennis courts and a heated pool. Centrally located, Kaanapali Beach and Whalers Village are just a short distance away. We do our best to provide all the home away from home feels for our guests and enhance their time with us on Maui. We hope that you created lots of memories during your time with us and captured amazing Maui moments. It was our pleasure to host you. Mahalo

Incredible location, super clean, perfect condo!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property. It was a great location, very clean and had everything we needed for our trip! Highly recommend.

Fantastic views and great location

This condo exceeded all my expectations - the beautiful views from the balcony was my favorite. Every evening just say there with a cold one and watched the sun set and do it’s magic. The small beach just behind the property was nice too. There are so many amazing beaches all within 10 mins of the property that we never had to venture too far. There was also snorkeling equipment which we made good use of. The condo is small but the location made up for it. Also used the pool everyday and it was great - not too crowded. There are grocery stores very close by and nice parks for younger kids. The one thing was the TV had very few options to watch live sports, would be nice to add cable tv - would’ve made it so much better.

Beautiful fun stay!

Property was stunning. Room was comfortable and the view was amazing! We had everything we needed. Pool was also great. 👍🏻🐢🐳🌺😊❤️

I would suggest more comfortable deck chairs and additional kitchen towels.

Great stay

I found the host description of this property entirely accurate. Clean, well furnished. The view is great, we saw turtles every day and were able to snorkel with them. In the bedroom you can hear cars driving by outside, though we put on white noise and with this did not find it bothersome. Great gardens, and as they said not many people around which is makes for a nice get away.
