Très joliment aménagées avec toutes les commodités. Garde-manger entièrement équipé si vous souhaitez dîner au petit-déjeuner, au déjeuner ou au dîner. Coin salon extérieur. Cette unité comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée et une salle à manger. La chambre a sa propre salle de bain privée. Cleanliness/ usefulness was most disappointing:-Picked up by hand lint & remnants left on living rm rug-difficult seeing through smudged windows-need replaced as us cleaning them did not help-no door to soap dispenser in dishwasher so waited manually to add soap-bath rm sink dripping-displayed place mats had to be cleaned prior to use-cracked wine glass came apart in my hand -tub so slick, spouse fell out, over toilet pulling down shower curtain and rod. No injury! Found ugly mat under sink

The unit is dated. Part of the unit is updated. Kitchen is original, counter tops and cabinets need to be replaced. Windows and patio doors are fogged up. Outside of dryer that is in the kitchen is rusty.

A Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo for a wedding we had to attend in the area. Super close to the beach and a lovely view. We love visiting Amelia Island and hope to come back soon!

Wonderful Condo!

We enjoyed our stay, the pool and ocean were both just a short walk away! Never heard any neighbor noises while inside the unit.

Quick getaway on a budget

Nice little unit for a quick getaway. It is budget based which includes the interior it is clean, convenient to the beach, easy parking even on July 4th weekend, and it has beach chairs etc. It needs some attention with updates on appliances, cookware, shower liner (mildew). A pod coffee maker vs coffee pot would be nice along with a large pot for cooking. Plastic cups would be ideal.

Nice and Quiet

First time staying at Amelia surf and racquet club.. very quiet and relaxing area.. not over crowded and beach area was clean and very relaxing. Room was comfy .. just one issue with the shower head . Not sure it’s a water pressure issue or the actual shower head but it could use some attention other than that 5 star stay for me and I’ll be back!

My spouse and I were quite pleased with the adorable unit. It was raining the entire time we were there. The entrance into the unit was easy, for a much needed rest.

Nice place but be aware pool construction and sidewalk construction

Place was clean , slightly dated. Very nice location to the beach. However our unit was right across from the pool which was closed unbeknown to us. There was construction every day starting at 7am with noise and dust. No response from either the property manager or owner even after complaining several times.

Labor Day Weekend 2022

The property is as described on VRBO. It was very nice. Pool just outside door. A quick walk to the beautiful beach. Loved the new frying pan. Hope all future renters will take care of it too. Check in and out very easy. Will definitely be back ( hopefully for a longer stay next time).

Very nice access to pool,tennis courts,and beach.a kuerig might be nice for coffee.No key to courts or gate code initially but management quickly worked it out.Overall a nice place to have a vacation.

Perfect location! Amazing property!

For someone who is picky about where they stay, I couldn’t have been happier about this property. A first floor with a view of the ocean and pool. Walking out the back door and being 20 feet from the pool and a short 2 minute walk to the sand, if that! What an amazing place to stay and to propose to my now fiancé! We vowed to come back and stay again! Also, walking distance to the harris teeter, beautiful trees, and a great beach to walk and relax. I couldn’t recommend this property and Amelia island enough! Thank you for allowing us to stay and create an everlasting memory!

We usually book a hotel for the Amelia Island car show week, but tried this instead and would do it again. A good location with an easy walk to the beach and Amelia Island Concours grounds. Also an easy drive to shops and restaurants. The check-in was to the minute, not a second earlier. Apartment C102 was clean, homely and had everything we needed. The shower nozzle could be replaced, as very limited. There was ongoing maintenance outside, so the very small pool and direct walkway to the beach closed. It would have been nice to have been informed in advance and told about the other small pool area and direct access to the beach. There was able parking when we went and it is secure.
