Vue sur l'ocĂ©an - Le bĂątiment est directement sur la plage Une destination de vacances balnĂ©aire de la Floride. Cette villa confortable est joliment dĂ©corĂ©e dans un style colorĂ© d’üle. Son plan d'Ă©tage ouvert comprend une cuisine, une salle Ă  manger et un espace de divertissement combinĂ©s. La chambre principale a un lit Queen et une belle vue sur la plage. Il y a un canapĂ©-lit queen dans le salon. C'est le condo en bord de mer le plus proche de Fort Clinch et du village portuaire historique de Fernandina Beach sur l'Ăźle d'Amelia. Perfect location

I was very impressed with the location & comfort. It is compact but it worked perfectly for our family of 3 for a couple of days. We would stay again and for longer.

Quiet Getaway

Met expectations for a place to stay just to spend time on the beach avoiding huge crowds. The elevator was inoperable for 1 day of our stay but that wasn't a huge deal. Enjoyed our time!

Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad.

First time in this condo, but multiple times at The Terraces

We’ve stayed in The Terraces multiple times, almost every time we come down to visit our family in the area. It’s a perfect location to the beach, and short distance to the downtown/Centre Street area. We’ve never had any issues with the accuracy of the rental, or cleanliness. This condo is on the smaller side, but we didn’t mind that since it’s just me and the spouse, and we don’t spend a lot of time in the condo. Would rent again.

Convenient to beach and libations

Was hoping for a view of the beach, but there was just a sliver. Ocean quite visible, along with buildings. Bed only okay. Shower same. Free parking and easy access to beach and attractions.

Birthday trip

Beautiful 1 bedroom condo located in the area we wanted stay in. Close to the Sandbar and a couple miles from Sliders. Not far from the vibrant historic downtown where we enjoy Peppers Mexican restaurant, shopping at the Tea & Spice exchange and the other local stores.

Great 4th of July Stay

We had a great trip visiting Amelia Island for the 4th of July. This location had everything that we were looking for during our stay. It’s probably the best location that you can find right on the beach. Their communication was top notch especially given that it was a holiday weekend. I would definitely stay here again.
