Cette maison est une grande propriété pour une famille ou un grand groupe avec ses trois chambres à coucher séparées et salles de bains privées. La cuisine et la salle à manger sont spacieuses et bien approvisionné. Il ya beaucoup de jeux et de livres pour les enfants et les adultes. Excellent emplacement dans une rue calme avec le magnifique parcours de golf à l'arrière.

Il y a un beau sentier de jogging le long du parcours de golf qui mène au centre commercial Princeville, au terrain de jeu du parc Princeville Regis Hotel pour l'accès à la plage.
La maison est prête location et dispose de toutes les bases nécessaires pour avoir une grande vacances à la plage sur la magnifique côte nord de Kauai.

We had an amazing stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived.The location was perfect—quiet, scenic, and close to some of the most beautiful beaches, walking paths, and lookouts on Kauai’s North Shore. We loved being able to explore Hanalei, enjoy nearby dining, and then return to such a peaceful place to unwind.The host was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone visiting Princeville. We hope to return someday!

This property is amazing. It’s a large house with lots of space. Air conditioning would’ve been nice, especially for those of us that are visiting from a land-locked state. :). Great views! Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this Liholiho home. We traveled with our kids (age 1 & 3 years old) so having a single level house was good. And I was grateful for the high chair, pack'n' play, and a nightlight in the bathroom that were already there in the house for us. The kitchen was great and had plenty of soap and trash bags for our visit. Unfortunately there was no hot tub which we had seen in the photos. But other than that the pictures were accurate. This home is really spacious! The rooms are big, the closets were enormous. ( 2 master suites on one side of the home. The other side of the home had the kitchen, a hallway with a bathroom, and a 3rd bedroom.) The garage had a nice supply of boogie boards and some sand toys for the kids to use. We found a cooler and even ice packs in the freezer. We stayed in jan/feb so we did not need ac all. The nights were cool and there were plenty of fans. Very nice home and thoughtful amenities. Thank you for welcoming us.

Relaxing in paradise

Our stay here was just incredible. The home was spacious and had everything we needed from beach towels, boogie boards, coolers, washer/dryer, and well stocked kitchen, etc. Each bedroom had a beautiful sliding glass door to a patio. I was awakened several mornings by ne ne geese trying to peek in our bedroom door! Absolutely paradise. Great communication with the management regarding a few questions . Thank you for sharing your space with us.

GREAT PLACE IN QUIET PRINCEVILLE NEIGHBORHOOD

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this very nice home. Just outside is a former golf course that isn't being used......great view. Nice kitchen...and spacious bedrooms with roomy walk-in closets. Helpful that the owners had boogie boards and a small backpack ice chest for our use....and several ice packs in the freezer.

Reviewer Comments: In Kauai for a outrigger canoe race and needed a base for our team near Hanalei - this house was what we needed - three bedrooms with en-suite, a large kitchen and living room. The only downside was that the house has no aircon and was very hot during the day. At night, even if the outside temperature was nice, the house was still warm and stuffy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the home very easy to live in and enjoyed the spaciousness/openness, kitchen size, views, accessibility and more. I did want to mention a few things which would help future renters: The biggest issue was that the neighbor's or perhaps ROAMING ROOSTERS crowed at ALL hours of the night and this was a big problem b/c they were close. Even with closed windows, fans and white noise. We think they are beautiful and enjoyed watching them, however. There were phantom "flushing" plumbing noises which also occurred in the night. Both of the above were intrusive and woke us up. The roosters would be the only reason we wouldn't rent this home again. We were there two weeks and aren't necessarily light sleepers, but still it was an issue. There were ants in the kitchen which came up behind the kitchen back splash areaand we barely had anything out other than bananas/apples, etc. We NEVER left "garbage" or uneaten food out, but the ants came. Also a couple of centipedes, one rather large, smaller one in the bathroom. ( I hesitate to mention that b/c it is, after all, a tropical island) If the kitchen had a tea kettle, chip clips, a dustbuster, TV cable instructions, a notepad or two and more pens, all burners flat and working on the stove, a good can opener ( we had to return a few things we couldn't open), we'd be good to go. I told Lori that we left the wine opener we bought.I figure if no one mentions these things, you won't know unless you're living in the space. THank you for receiving these suggestions in the way in which I am imparting them.....trying to be only helpful. We love Kauai.

The kitchen and dining room were spacious and well-stocked. There were lots of games and books for the occasional rainy afternoon.
