Cette propriété est disponible pour les locations du dimanche au dimanche en été. Le 116 Ariola Drive est lumineux et lumineux à l'intérieur et offre une vue époustouflante sur l'extérieur. Cette maison de 2 300 pieds carrés peut accueillir jusqu'à 16 personnes et possède l'aménagement parfait pour une grande famille. 116 Ariola Drive 1110 Ariola Drive est géré professionnellement par Paradise Beach Homes. L'entrée au niveau inférieur comporte une cage d'escalier ouverte et ensoleillée menant au niveau principal. Une chambre est également à ce niveau inférieur, offrant un lit queen size et un futon-lit. Dans la cage d'escalier se trouve le salon / salle à manger principal. La cuisine de style cuisine a beaucoup d'espace de préparation, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et un excellent bar pour le petit-déjeuner avec de nombreux sièges. Le salon dispose d'un grand canapé en coupe de style familial, d'une table à manger / de jeux et d'une télévision à écran plat. La chambre principale du niveau principal se trouve sur le côté gauche de la maison, dispose d’un lit king size, d’une salle de bain privée et s’ouvre sur le pont. Dans le salon sont deux autres chambres, chacune avec un lit queen. Ces deux chambres partagent une salle de bain qui dessert également le salon / salle à manger. À côté de la cuisine se trouve un escalier en colimaçon unique menant à une immense chambre, parfaite pour les enfants. Cette chambre a trois lits queen, une salle de bain privée spacieuse avec un combo baignoire / douche et double vasque, et des portes s'ouvrant sur un pont de niveau supérieur avec une vue imprenable. Ce pont de niveau supérieur comporte des escaliers menant au pont de niveau principal, avec un autre escalier menant directement au sable blanc. Le garage pour deux voitures et la grande allée offrent de nombreuses places de stationnement. Barbecue à gaz. WiFi gratuit. Great Location and Size

Beautiful house, plenty of space, it has beach toys for all, bring beach chairs, close walk to local shops, and friendly local residents. Needs: Sliding doors need Preventative Maintenance, silverware is short of the max quantity of people.

Wonderful beach front house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location, prime beach front property. Short walk or drive to all the places to eat and things to do in Pensacola Beach. Absolutely love walking the short distance to the beach and back throughout the day for anything we needed. Having a child with a disability who struggles with walking long distances it was so nice to be so close! Very clean property. Large kitchen that accommodates 3 families easily(6 adults/7 kids) We loved having 2 sinks, an ice maker, and water filter in the fridge, and having 2 fridges for all our food and drinks. The common area indoor and outdoor spaces were great, comfortable and spacious. The outdoor area was wonderful in the afternoons bc it had shade and a breeze. We loved the outdoor shower, and all the included beach amenities(chairs,toys, and umbrellas). 2 small things that might be fixed/investigated. 1-a push broom would be great to have for sand management throughout the week(but we managed with the swiffer and regular broom alright) 2-there is a painting on the corner wall that covers the fuse box however it’s very close to the table/chairs and we ended up just taking it down while we are there bc it hangs very loosely. However those are very minor, we would rent this again in a heartbeat.

Extended Family beach trip

House layout worked well for us. Not very clean found trash and hair lots of places. Tv down stairs stuck on demo mode. Beach access was great. Having key entry was a hassle, a digital check in code would be nice. Instructions for all the amenities would be nice as there were a ton of switches we did not know what they went to. Overall worked for what we needed but needs some TLC.

Christmas on the Beach

quick getaway

Everything was great from location to the house itself. We did have a few hiccups with appliances. Management was quick to respond to address and try to fix. One issue made the stay rather frustrating being a ongoing problem. I only hope that the next vacationers are as forgiving and understanding as my wife was with this issue. Overall we would love to stay here again!!! Great Place.

Issues we found

The main living area TV never worked so we couldn't watch shows at night as a family. The walk to the beach was hard without a catwalk. The area under the decks had a hard pebble finish and was very hard to walk on without shoes after we rinsed off.

Gorgeous sunsets, lots of sand

The location is wonderful, the house has plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and stretch out together. The kitchen is well appointed with a great ocean view. We've never seen sunsets like the ones we experienced here and were completely in love with the shells we found on the beach just outside the house too. Now for the logistics: some of the the pans in the kitchen are old and you'll need either oil or butter to try to get things to stop from sticking. We needed to purchase additional toilet paper, dishwasher soap, hand soap, tissues and paper towels, spices of any kind. It's better to pick these things up on the way to the house before you cross the bridge. The floors get really sandy (because you're walking through insanely soft white sands), so be prepared to wipe your feet and keep the broom handy. We had a few beds that had sand in them when we first got in and the management company quickly sent over new sheets. Quick communication and kindness from the management company helped us settle in quickly. All in all, one of the best houses for a family vacation we've ever experienced!

Cutting corners everywhere…

This otherwise great trip was unfortunately tarnished by our experience with this property. As we got into the house, we slowly realized that we would have to provide nearly EVERYTHING ourselves. At this point I’m surprised they even provided plates. There were no beach towels to use (or even rent). Minimal bath towels. Only 2 rolls of one-ply toilet paper per bathroom. Completely empty propane tank so the grill was unusable. There were stains on two of the comforters. Not to mention, the main support post for the deck is almost completely rotted through and can’t possibly be safe. There were multiple nails popping out of the deck and I would definitely be concerned if I had come here with children. Part of the appeal of a house rental is so that you feel already “at home” while you’re there. The fact that you basically have to stock the house with dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, go buy your own beach towels— you name it— was disappointing to say the least. We definitely will not be using this company in the future.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ariola 116 was the perfect spot for our vacation. We were traveling with our 6 adult children and the home was plenty big. The location was ideal, our beach spot was quiet and just steps from the back porch. We rented bike from the Fun Store for the week and we were able to take a short bike ride to restaurants,bars and shops. We arranged an airport ride from United Airport Shuttle and taxi and they picked us up and dropped us off ( even the 6am flight ) The house had comfortable beds and the kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed. There is even a second fridge in the basement for extra storage. We used insta cart to get groceries from Publix to make things easier. There is a large table to make game playing easy and furniture out on the deck to enjoy dinner outside. The management company is so easy to work with. We found the propane tank to be empty the first night and they sent someone over with a full tank for us. The only cons of this house would be there are no full length mirrors anywhere in the house. Also the master bathroom is painfully small with a tiny shower and a pedestal sink. I wish they would take the giant tub out and make a more functional bathroom. The other suggestion would be to maybe have some plastic cups available to take down to the beach. These are tiny problems, overall the home was amazing and we are looking forward to another stay at this home
