Une maison idéale pour les petits événements, cette maison de 2 920 pieds carrés peut accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes et se trouve directement sur le golfe du Mexique. L'entrée principale du 1004 Ariola Drive, avec son grand double escalier et son porche, mène à la cuisine spacieuse et ouverte, au salon et à la salle à manger. La cuisine, équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable, de nombreux espaces de préparation et d'un grand bar pour le petit-déjeuner, s'ouvre sur le salon / salle à manger. Cet espace comprend trois canapés confortables, un fauteuil et une table à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. La chambre principale est située hors du salon. Cette chambre s'ouvre sur le pont du côté du golfe et l'immense salle de bain principale comprend deux lavabos sur pied, une douche séparée et une baignoire de jardin, ainsi qu'un grand dressing. Un petit couloir passe devant cette chambre et mène à une grande buanderie. À travers le salon, chambre 2 a un lit queen et une grande salle de bain privée. Chambre 3 a deux ensembles de lits superposés. Ici, il y a une grande baignoire de salle qui dessert également le salon. Chambre 4, aussi connu comme "kid paradis," se trouve dans l'escalier de son propre niveau supérieur. Cette chambre a un lit jumeau, un autre lit superposé avec jumeau sur le dessus et la reine sur le fond et un lit queen supplémentaire. Les fenêtres de cette chambre donnent sur la grande salle du bas. La grande salle de bain a une double vasque et les fenêtres cintrées à ce niveau en font un espace tout à fait unique. Le pont du côté du golfe offre une grande table à manger, un grill et de nombreuses places assises. Il y a une douche extérieure et la zone couverte au-dessous de la maison est grande et ouverte à de nombreux parkings ou espaces événementiels. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay, the location is as about as good as it can get for a laid back beach experience away from the big crowd. The house was very clean and has plenty of living space for multi families to hang out comfortably. My tips to make it better would be to put AT THE LEAST one decent mattress upstairs so an adult couple can sleep comfortably. My other suggestion would be to consider changing the check in/out policy to give people a few more hours. The policy of check in @ 5PM BUT check out by 10AAM is basically taking a 1/2 day. I realize you have to have some time between customers, but 7 hours seems excessive.

This house is in a great location BUT once you walk in you are slammed with a musty old smell. The house needs a complete renovation including a new HVAC system. We found mildew in the AC closets, multiple stains on the carpet and loose boards outside on the deck. I did not feel comfortable with our toddler walking around out there considering that there were nails sticking out as well as a shaky railing in some places. The blue couch needs thrown away as it sinks when anyone sits on it. And the beach items were useless. They have a closet downstairs with umbrellas and tents, the majority of which are broken. There is one little beach chair and no beach towels. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Kitchen was amazingly well stocked with cookware and dishes. Gas stove too! Deck was great! Lots of seating in shade or sun. Bathrooms were spacious and very clean. Lots of towels. Downside, couches were a bit shabby, mattresses not very comfortable. A/C in queen bedroom was difficult to regulate (too cold). If I could come back, I would not hesitate to book it again. I do wish check in could be earlier.

Very safe (ever present police patrols!), delicious restaurants, lots of shopping options, clean and exquisite beaches, perfect environment for families looking for a relaxing beach vacation! Paradise Beach Homes staff are incomparable, going above and beyond to assist when needed! The only downside was construction noise and traffic congestion of a home being built directly next door; but that is a temporary situation... The home is right on the beach with its own private access. Entire place is well stocked and even the porch furniture is plentiful. Bathrooms are like brand new, appliances all well maintained, layout of the home is great for families, plenty of seating for all, two bedrooms have multiple bunkbeds making it perfect for those with lots of littles! *Rent a golfcart for going out; you won’t regret it!! So much fun riding in the breeze on the way to dinner is hard to beat!

The only thing I can say is that the bunks are not made for grown ups celebrating 70th birthdays. It was a challenge to get up off the floor. And we’re afraid to roll out at this age! lol. I did get to see the executive suite...what a delight! 1004 Ariola Drive is a fantastic spot for a large family whether you’re related or not.

Great location and view

Nice big house with plenty of room for all. Deck is awesome! Not luxurious, but utilitarian. If I were to change anything, it would be to replace the living room sofas; they are old and appear well worn/mismatched (pillows and sofa back and arms). We had a nice stay and there was room for a small event (15 or so people) both on the deck and inside. Pictures are accurate and everything worked just fine, including the outside grill.

Perfect place

This place was exactly as we hoped it would be. The beds were comfortable, the view was gorgeous, the kitchen was fully stocked, the furnishings were comfortable and clean. I loved it here and would recommend booking this home. We were two families with teens and young children and everyone was comfortable.

The house itself could use some attention; the bunk room on the main floor has inadequate air conditioning making that room really uncomfortable. There are a few stains on the carpet (it would be great if hte owners removed the carpet and put tile) also a lot of Palmetto bugs which are coming inside:(. we have rented this house for 2 years and love that its right on the beach; the house fits our family size and again the Management Co. is awesome to work with.

Ample sleeping accommodations for our complement of 5 adults and 4 grandchildren with room for several more kids, and plenty of room to gather in living room/dining area and on the spacious (largely-covered) water-facing deck. Well-equipped kitchen, including a big array of pots & pans,cooking utensils, glassware & dishes. Only kitchen drawback is a single (albeit fairly large) refrigerator and no ice machine. Covered parking for 4 vehicles. We have re-booked for next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time in three years we have rented this location for family vacation. WE WILL NOT RENT IT AGAIN. House is in a great location, but we had roaches on the porch and then drain fly’s. A exterminator (who was very nice) was sent out and sprayed for the roaches which meant we just spent the next 3 days sweeping up dead roaches. That is better than them crawling on us as we sat on the porch at night, which happened the first two nights. He also sprayed drain fly's as he called them. Those are little black fly's that were all in the master bathroom shower. They left the shower and were all on the walls and towels and sink area. It got worse as we were leaving. Feel sorry for the next people who stay at house. There is also mold all over the master bathroom ceiling. The other problem was the bedroom downstairs with the bunk beds could not be used as was too hot and could not get it to cool down. So, the bedroom and bathroom went unused. As I said we stayed at this house two years ago and had no issues. House needs some attention. Den furniture looks like something from a thrift store as nothing matches.

House great! Wonderful dining & seating area on porch for family meals. Beautiful deck area. Blessed great weather, crystal clear water. Son said surfing good!! Everything we needed in kitchen for big meal prep! Only thing I brought was tortilla press for making fish tacos!! Trip to Joe Patti fish market always a must do😁😁
