Courez directement dans les eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique depuis votre porte arrière!
La plage de sable blanc entoure cette belle maison de ville d'unité finale avec 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes.

Le rez-de-chaussée est à aire ouverte avec vue sur le golfe depuis chaque endroit. Offrant des sièges confortables pour regarder la télévision ou le golfe, une salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes et une cuisine bien équipée pour grignoter ou préparer un repas, c'est un lieu de rassemblement idéal pour votre groupe. L'immense pont avant du golfe est juste à l'extérieur, parfait pour manger, griller, se prélasser ou bronzer. Il y a aussi une grande chambre avec 2 lits queen-size et salle de bain complète à cet étage.

À l'étage, vous trouverez la grande chambre principale king-size face au Golfe avec une grande salle de bain attenante avec une baignoire jacuzzi et une douche à l'italienne. Ouvrez les curseurs sur la terrasse privée et saluez la journée avec votre première tasse ou terminez la journée avec votre dernière!
Une chambre supplémentaire king-size est également à cet étage et partage la grande salle de bain avec le maître.
Toutes les chambres ont une grande télévision à écran plat.
La quatrième chambre est située au rez-de-chaussée et est une grande évasion privée. Deux futons pour se prélasser, un nouveau canapé-lit, une salle de bain complète, une grande télévision à écran plat et des portes coulissantes sur l'un des 3 ponts avant du golfe, cette chambre peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes pour dormir.

Après votre journée dans le sable, rincez-vous sous la douche extérieure sur le pont inférieur. Triez vos coquillages et prenez une pause du soleil dans cette zone ombragée au sol.
Il y a un garage pour ranger vos "affaires", un parking pour 4 directement en face de la maison et une buanderie pleine grandeur pour votre commodité.
Votre petit chiot est également le bienvenu à vous rejoindre!

Directement à côté de la promesse de Pops si votre groupe a besoin de plusieurs maisons.

Incredible Views in a Little Slice of Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This space was perfect for our family vacation and it was great that our two dogs were able to join us! The location is perfect, with quiet surroundings, and two neighbors to the right of us. The basement space on the first floor was perfect for the kids because it was quiet and separated from the other two floors. The views from the main and top floor are incredible; there's nothing like waking up and having coffee to that view every day. The space was very clean with a lot of natural light, and there was plenty of room for a big group to spread out, when needed. Beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with necessities, along with beach toys in the garage for the kids! Communication with the hosts was always very seamless and they were very friendly and welcoming! We'd highly recommend this space for families and would stay here again in the future!

Great Family Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did a three family getaway to our favorite beach, and this place was fantastic for us! We had a total of 11 people ranging in age from 3y to 78y, and everyone had a fantastic time! There was plenty of room for everyone, and you just can’t beat the proximity to the beach. Everything we needed to cook for our stay was available to us, including a slow cooker and a fantastic outdoor grill. There were some beach items available in the garage and on the back deck, such as beach chairs, floats, and boogie boards. The condo was clean and spacious, and each family had a nice place to retreat at the end of a long day at the beach. We’ll definitely be booking through this company again!

Someone knocked on our door 15 minutes later with a replacement. We wish someone would have maintained the grass around the steps leading to the beach a little better. The condo was very clean and well maintained.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location on the beach. Beautiful views from the deck and balcony. We liked the separation of the bedrooms and space. We also appreciated the TVs in each room, so when someone wanted a break, there was that option. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. It's great having a washer and dryer on site. The rental company was very attentive to any request. Negative things were all the step-ups and patio door sweeps. Everyone on our trip tripped or stubbed their toe at least once. The mattress on the bottom-level foldout sofa was horrible. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Amazing House and location

This is a great house with spacious room to accommodate our family. I loved that the bottom floor had sleeping arrangements as well. The location is perfect and the view was spectacular.

Greatest time ever with family

The company met us at the townhouse and made sure we were ok with everything. Since I had rented property I knew what was needed for the week as far as utensils,etc. This place was stocked full of everything you need. We did most of the cooking there so we needed nothing. The place was very clean and they had some nice beach toys for the kids. The view was spectacular and the seating outside was very comfortable for everyone. We were very very happy with the accommodations and we will bdefinitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Perfect location

Very clean, beach decor was fun and felt like home. The views were amazing from sunrise to sunset. Loved hearing the ocean waves breaking, feeling the ocean breeze and smelling the fresh ocean air. This was definitely what we were looking for in relaxing and enjoying the beach. Loved that it is not commercialized and the people are so friendly. Great seafood restaurants near by with outstanding food. I will definitely be back.. It’s a great getaway area and so beautiful. Plus this location was fur baby friendly which was an added bonus for us.. ABSOLUTELY loved it!!!

Touch of Paradise in Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect place to stay with plenty of privacy for multiple families. Met with a friendly representative upon arrival to a very clean and well-maintained unit to welcome us for the week and answer any questions. The balconies off the master suite and main deck are perfect for daytime ocean views and nighttime stargazing. Located in the garage is a nice surprise of amenities (floats, noodles, chairs, shovels, nets, and buckets) We collected shells during the day and ventured out for crab hunting/beach walking at night. Minor issues during our visit:1)Master bedroom door wouldn't stay shut (propped a pillow on the outside of the door for privacy). 2)Oven wouldn't heat above 290 degrees after 40 minutes (adjusted by cooking stove top or using the propane grill). 3)Sleeper sofa mattress is very thin and springy (made the kids sleep on it).4) Sliding glass door on main floor wouldn't lock.You must try Deb's for the best coffee and Alphy's for the best breakfast in Navarre Beach! Overall, our family had a great experience and will absolutely be back!

Paradise

The house is so clean and perfect for families! The beaches of Navarre are beautiful and the townhouse is perfectly located within a few feet of the beach. The staff at Blue Moon Realty are the BEST! Very accommodating and quick to respond to texts, phone calls or emails. This is the second time we’ve rented from them.
