NOUVELLE PISCINE PRIVÉE !! Belle vue sur le golfe, maison de cinq chambres à coucher au 1303 Ariola Drive - Seashell Chateau. Cette maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 22 personnes et est parfaite pour une famille nombreuse ou un groupe d'amis et l'allée peut contenir jusqu'à cinq voitures! Les ponts ouverts à chaque niveau de la maison offrent une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique et offrent de nombreuses places assises pour tout le monde.

Au rez-de-chaussée de cette belle maison, il y a deux chambres avec un lit king et deux reines et un canapé-lit queen qui partagent une salle de bain complète. Au deuxième niveau de la maison se trouve la cuisine avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable. Le salon et la salle à manger sont également situés au deuxième niveau de la maison et offrent de nombreuses places assises pour les soirées de jeux en famille! La chambre principale est également située au deuxième niveau de la maison et dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bain privée avec une grande douche à l'italienne. Juste en face du couloir se trouve une autre chambre avec des lits superposés qui ont un lit complet en bas et un jumeau en haut. Au troisième niveau, le loft de la maison comprend quatre lits doubles et un balcon privé offrant certaines des meilleures vues sur le golfe!

2024 Vacay!!!

It was very nice, the kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels were available for our use. We did experience trouble with the A/C and the washing machine, but Paradise rentals responded and resolved the problems quickly. Great location. No complaints.

The only downside was that there was no ice machine and the freezer doesn’t make a lot of ice.

The large deck with numerous tables and sitting areas had a view of the gulf that we all appreciated. There was a was a large dining room table and bar stools which provided plenty of seating at meals. Kitchen had everything we needed. There were extra linens provided which is always appreciated. It was a short walk to the beach and easy access. We enjoyed the pool each evening. And on a rainy day the teens enjoyed the pool table. The only complaint would be that the ice maker in the fridge is very slow at making ice. An additional ice maker would be a great addition to this house.

I think grass around the pool/backyard would be a great improvement for outdoor activities other than swimming. The bathrooms could use some general repair/upkeep as we had several towel racks fall down. Although it states that it sleeps 23, we had 21 and still needed 2 air mattresses for sleeping. The quiet beach was a great experience. If the owners would allow small dogs, my family would definitely revisit the property!

The property is well located, the pool nice and the house accommodating for sleeping many people.Several things were broken: bathroom doors, oven and microwave unit and there were very few eating utensils and only four wineglasses. Rugs and carpets have not been cleaned for a long time. The weekly routine cleaning was good, but the owner needs to update, repair and replace many things to make this a wonderful place to stay.

Location is steps to the beautiful white sands of Pensacola beach. A good walk to the shops. Pools was used well by the kids, grill too! It is a quiet spot to stay away from the crowd but be with the crowd if you want to. kudos to The management of the property because they make your stay memorable. This day was slightly rough at first but everything is attended to. I will definitely book again! Thank you! Bonus! Play room for the kids. I noticed that there were more stuff there to use than noted on the description.

SEASHELL CHATEAU WAS MAGNIFICENT

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our house. The layout worked well for 4 generations of the Overfield/Roland family. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped (but need a few dish cloths and some more dish towels). We cooked fresh seafood from Joe Patti's and ordered Papa's Pizza. Only ate out at lunch. The decks were wonderful and the view was nice for a block off the beach. Pool and game room were great and much used. [Only complaints: AC in main level had a rattle in the blower that was distracting and living room furniture is terrible, aesthetically and functionally.] Staff at Paradise Beach Homes were very friendly and accomadating. We had a GREAT week and the Seashell Chateau contributed a great deal to the good time.

There’s plenty of parking everywhere. We had a family of 10 and there’s plenty of room except in the living room. Given the size of the home, the furniture seating only seated 6. The foosball and pool tables are not usable so don’t book and count on these unless they buy new ones and let us know in the posting. Both are unusable and should not be in the listing. Overall this worked for the family over thanksgiving.

We used this house as our guest house for our wedding that was a few houses down and it was more than enough room. It has plenty of rooms, multiple areas to relax, and a pool to cool off in. It is right on the beach and is easy to access the water from where you are staying. The staff was friendly and quickly assisted with all needs.

I organized them while I was there. The game room was awful there was no way we could use it. The dining table was sticky and paper plates stuck to it. What ever is on it doesn't wide off, it seemed to be the finish on the table. Window and door tracks were very dirty obviously not cleaned in a while. Bathroom showers need a good bleaching. Other than that we had a great stay. Access to the beach was easy and we enjoyed the pool.

Nice place to stay on the beach.

Good experience at this beach house, lots of towels to use, accommodated our large party and pool was salt water, which was very nice. Kitchen could use more pots and pans and sharp cutlery. Also for the price we paid, would of loved basic toiletries such as Tp, napkins, dish soap to last more than one day. The house would of been great with a second refrigerator as well. Just a few suggestions. But we did enjoy our time and the house is lovely.

Great week

It was rainy a lot so we enjoyed the covered deck facing the beach, the covered area by the pool, and the rec room. Pool was nice and deep enough for adults. Plenty of furniture by the pool but not in the living room! Also no chair in master bedroom. We had no hot water the first day and they came immediately to fix it on Sunday. No other problems. We had a great week! It’s easy to run back and forth to the beach.

I'll never use Paradise Beach Homes again...

Overall, you pay a premium for the location. The property itself was not well maintained, dirty and even had a cockroach. Further, hazards like exposed wiring, leaving construction scrap, non-functional smoke detectors, finding metal in the pool, having clean appliances, etc are something Paradise Beach Homes doesn't even bother to check.

Sparkling clean!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family group of 12 enjoyed our stay. The house and pool were very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and the gas grill worked great. The downstairs game room was fun, although the pool table is quite worn and warped. It’s a quick walk to the board walk down to the beach. We liked the ground floor bedrooms for napping toddlers and especially appreciated the secure coded locks on ground floor doors leading out to the pool. Great safety feature! The neighborhood is very safe and plenty of room on the beach. Location is great... quick drive to restaurants and about 10 minutes over to Gulf Breeze for groceries. There are a few things that made this beach house not quite perfect and hard to recommend to others...Bathrooms: only 3 and no bathroom on the 3rd floor. The bathroom nearest the living room has a sliding barn door which doesn’t close completely. Seating: living room only has seating for 6-7 peopleView: there’s not much of a view from inside, obstructed view from the front porch. No view of the pool except from a small window above the kitchen sink.

Good location but house needs work

Layout and location were great. Easy access to beach. Good number of beds and master bed/bath were the best. The house needs serious updates though. Dining stable was in bad condition and couldn’t be cleaned thoroughly (old paper and stuff stuck to surface). Toilets clog easily (and not from kids putting too much toilet paper). Dishwasher needs replacing as it doesn’t clean well. All oven pans are old, scratched and dented. All we had to clean was a few brooms and a terrible mop. The pool was nice to have but the back yard was dangerous. The sandy area was covered with thorny vines and several people stepped on broken glass in the sand around the pool. Personally, I would not rent this property again.

Nice relaxing time away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean plenty of room and excellent views. Very close to beach and right next to beach access point. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cute decor. We enjoyed our stay. Heated pool was wonderful on the cooler days. Only complaint is for the amount you spend you would think they would provide one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom.
