Vous adorez le nouveau remodelage récemment réalisé par Tracery Interiors, une célèbre entreprise locale de design d'intérieur. Avec un grand porche couvert, profitez des vues et des couchers de soleil sur le golfe à tout moment lorsque vous n'êtes pas assis sur la plage. Le Seamist Condo comprend une suite parentale avec lit QUEEN et deux lits jumeaux supplémentaires dans le couloir, intelligemment intégrés comme lits superposés. La cuisine et la salle à manger ont un concept ouvert avec une vue du sol au plafond sur le golfe. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall had an amazing experience at Seamist #8. Finding a rental with everything you’re looking for in 30A is not easy but I am so glad I stumbled upon this one. The condo was actually nicer in person than in the pictures! The decor style was amazing and couldn’t ask for a better location. Perfectly enough away from the chaos of Seaside traffic, but still within a bikes ride away from everything and in the middle between Alys Beach and Rosemary. The property management company was extremely easy, professional, and quick to respond. The only feedback we have is that the master bedroom headboard (rattan material) is a little noisy due to material, and squeaked with any toss or turn in the night. WiFi went down on our last night and the location is a cell phone dead zone so we couldn’t make any calls unless we walked up to the street from the condo.

Only stay here if you have low standards

The furniture is very beat up, floors are stained and do not appear clean. Overall, you can tell the owner doesn’t care about the property. Great view and location, but don’t let the pictures fool you, close up it’s not a fresh and a clean feeling stay.

love the unit, just wish y'all paid attention to it

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit 4 times I believe, and the condition seem to be deteriorating. I realize it is a rental and that is possibly its sole purpose, so I use that to temper my words. A year ago, the cushions outside were in bad shape. The porch and the view are our main reason to stay here. The cushions were gone. Y'all said that your "team" determined they were in bad shape and more would arrive ASAP. That sounded as an excuse. There are 4 spoons in the unit. I could only find one knife, and it had rust spots. The screen on the door to the porch will not open to be used correctly. It's the little things and all the additional charges just don't seem justified when the little obvious things are not attended to. May not seem like much, but the cushions on the lounge chairs not being there was really just unacceptable and displayed that the "team" had not done their job.

Perfect place to stay!

The location of this unit is amazing! We loved everything about it! Quiet and perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. So nice to just be able to walk straight onto the beach and have easy access to go back up to the room. We loved the screen door on the front door to have the breeze go through and through! We will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone!!!

Great vacation rental!

We absolutely loved the condo! Clean, well decorated and modern. The view was as advertised and the beach area was perfect. The owners were very attentive and responsive and we will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect beach location and but disappointing accommodation.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our time spend on the beach and an easy access from our rental property. The property itself was not what we expected, word luxury should not be in the description. I need to give a credit to the management company for making sure there were good quality and clean linens and towels but that’s about it. Everything else was in a past it’s due state. The master bed was worst we have ever slept in, sorry to be so honest but it’s true. The worse is I red reviews about bad mattress and reached out to management 2 weeks before our check in to ask if anything has been done. I was assured the mattress in an appropriate condition for a comfortable sleep. It was as not, in fact I had to catch up on my sleep on the beach as I could not sleep on that bed.The other beds at this property have the cheapest mattresses as well. For kids it was OK. But adults would not be comfortable.The cookware was in a such a sad state we couldn’t use it to cook our meals, simply not safe to use. Non stick cookware has to be replaced every year at rental property if it’s not of a great quality.The furniture was old and the outside cushions were so moldy I would not sit on them.I could continue but there is no point at this stage. I would not recommend staying at this property until it had a refresh. Btw please remove the hairdryer and the vacuum cleaner from this property, they are not safe to use and in a disgusting state. A lot of money for a subpar vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was really excited to stay here based on the photos but upon arrival, we began to notice how worn out the condo was. The main bed has a huge dip in the middle- it’s fine for 1 person but 2 average size people could not sleep on it comfortably. We kept rolling toward each other in the middle of the night. We ended up using the pull out bed which was a step above sleeping on the floor. We were at least happy with the twin bunks and safety rail and our kids were comfortable. After our first day at the beach, we went to shower and noticed there was some strips of tape in the tub. I messaged the management and they said it was ok to use... apparently there was an active crack! We showered quickly and it held water over our ankles and did not drain. It was then so dirty that we couldn’t bathe our children, 6, 4 and 9 months. The bathroom doesn’t drain well either. The couch cushions were so worn that you had to use extra pillows just to be comfortable enough to sit. Also, the dining room table was large and had to be moved to get 4 people to sit at it. So for every meal we had to rearrange furniture. For this being a “luxury” vacation rental, this was not luxurious. If we would have known about the condition of the tub, we would not have continued with our booking. We wanted to share our opinion so other young families planning to stay here would be advised.

Perfect Beachside Getaway

The location and view are 10/10 and 30A is simply amazing (this was our first trip there). We worked from the unit, and the wifi was strong enough for video calls. The kitchen was adequately supplied with cooking equipment, as well. We HIGHLY recommend this unit and it was overall a good value. Also GREAT restaurants in both directions :)***General readers can stop here***Now some very minor feedback for property mgmt: need better window treatment in the bedroom bc of the very bright stair lights (we hung up a sheet which helped); two rolls of tp is NOT sufficient for a week stay and it's very annoying to have to buy a 4-pk ourselves just in case we run out for a rental of this caliber; please also stock the unit with salt and pepper, which are basic and fairly standard -- even disposable packs by the coffee maker would be fine!

Can’t beat the location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We splurged for a beachfront rental and it was so worth it! We loved not having to load everything into the car or a golf cart and then go hunt for a parking spot every time we went to the beach. We also loved that the private beach offered a less crowded, more relaxing experience. The unit was nice and clean and had an awesome view, but the beds were uncomfortable (the one in the bedroom was like a taco that rolled you to the middle), and the two in the hallway were so bad that you could feel the support boards under them. The sofa was equally worn and the middle cushion was so smashed it was useless. It would be nice if the unit came with beach towels to use since those are bulky to pack or buy and leave behind.

Let down and felt we did not receive the quality of 30A Luxury

Reviewer Comments: We love this unit b/c of it's beachfront location, spacious balcony for two, the quiet setting, and the low population density on the beach. With that said, this particular stay was disappointing, and we felt in the years time that had passed since our last stay here, the unit was simply not cared for, and specifically, had not been properly or satisfactorily cleaned, and amenities kept up. We enjoyed our stay, but were greatly disappointed and let down by the lack of quality and care

Quick 30a Fix

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was ideal for our abbreviated stay on 30A. We loved the central location- minutes to the Hub or Alys beach/Rosemary. The unit was quite clean and had just what we needed to relax. We’d start our day with morning walks on the beach followed by coffee on the patio. During the day, we didn’t have to fight any crowds to enjoy the beach. So private and nice!
