Charming 2BR-2BA Carillon Beach Cottage - "Lazy Lizard'"

Welcome to “Lazy Lizard”, a charming cottage located just yards away from the sandy white beach and emerald blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. "Lazy LIzard" is nestled among the palms in Carillon Beach, an upscale private community just 2 miles from Scenic Highway 30a. Our coastal style home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lovely front porch and an outdoor gazebo with seating for 6!

The main level of the Lazy Lizard features a full kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living area and a full bathroom with standing shower and convenient back porch access. The fully stocked kitchen offers a gas range and stainless-steel appliances, and all the cookware, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare and serve a home-cooked meal. Guests can enjoy family, friends, and food while gathered around the kitchen island or relax on cozy seating in the living area. The living area is complete with a sleeper sofa and an HDTV.

The master and guest bedrooms are located upstairs and share a spacious bathroom with whirlpool tub. The master bedroom has a plush, cozy king bed and smart television. The guest room offers two twin beds and an HDTV. For your convenience, 323 Beachside Drive offers complimentary WIFI, two car parking, an outdoor shower, and a stackable washer/dryer located on the main floor.

There is also a seasonal beach set up with 2 chairs and an umbrella available for guest use. This property is located directly across from Dune Walkover #4, so there is no hassle finding parking at the beach or hauling your beach necessities long distances, just walk right over! The Carillon Beach community is known for its architecturally designed beach walkovers.

In addition to its pristine beaches, Carillon Beach offers three swimming pools, two tennis courts, basketball court, children's playground and picnic area. Guests can also enjoy nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment or take a stroll on the Village Green! No matter where you are, fun is never far away at Carillon Beach!

*The neighboring lot is currently undergoing construction. Although we are excited for community improvements, we do not have control over any scheduled work on neighboring property. Any work that occurs will be done within association regulations and approved work hours.*

CARILLON BEACH PARKING: The community of Carillon Beach requires guest vehicles to be registered for access into the community. You are allowed up to 2 vehicles at the property. The association charges $35/vehicle to access the community and will email you prior to your arrival for you access information into the community.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
