Loved the location. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook in a few nights. A quick walk to the beach and nearby coffee shop. Cutest little neighborhood with a charming clock tower that played songs on the hour. We loved our time here.

Cozy Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house for small group/1 family. House is close to beach walkover and pool. Both bedrooms upstairs and they share a bathroom (or one bedroom can use the downstairs full bathroom).

A great haven in Carillon

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, the location is great - about as good as you can get short of being directly on the beach. Close to beach over-walk, and only 2 blocks from the only pool which is actually beach-side. We would use pool shower on leaving beach, and its bathrooms while there (when the pool's gate access code was working, that is...)The house itself is comfortable. Upstairs shower is wonderfully large. Main complaint indoors is the ridiculous controls just outside and inside the lower bathroom - you'd have to live there full time to figure them out (modern ****), and then you'd have to have your readers on (who walks around in readers???) to actually see the tiny symbols. They should be replaced with standard switches. This place is actually for sale (early September) so it may be under new ownership soon, who knows.

This is the best location, steps to the beach, coffee shop, general store and the community pools. The beach chairs/chair pads/umbrella already set up on the beach were a big bonus. The heated pool was a big win during colder days of our stay. The community is clean, well-maintained and friendly. The cottage has plenty of parking space, was nicely decorated, had plenty of supplies in the kitchen; overall a comfy stay. It was a little tight with 2 bigger kids but there were no complaints since we didn't spend much time inside.

He was very helpful we had a few water issues which was no fault of the property owner he found out what was causing it and let us know when it would be resolved by the city. The location was excellent! Next best thing to being right on the beach. Only steps away.

Great house!

We loved this house. It’s right across from the beach access point and the pools/village are also a close and easy walk. The beach is not crowded and the included chairs were a bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location

Enjoyed our stay at the Lazy Lizard. Beach was less than a minute walk. We had everything we needed. The hole was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location and cozy

I sent the property owner a couple things to improve on, but the house was cute and cozy. I would stay here again!! Check in and out was a breeze! Quiet and charming neighborhood.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the Lazy Lizard. The house is steps from the ocean. It is an easy stroll to heated pools, shops, and more. The house itself was clean and as described in the listing. We would certainly stay here again.

Great stay at Lazy Lizard

We loved the house. It was as close to the beach as you can get without being on the beach. The house was very functional and met our needs very well.

Love Carillon Beach

This is our 5th time staying in Carillon Beach. We love the location with Publix across the road, the quiet beach and safe, quaint neighborhood. The Lazy Lizard was just enough for our family of four, very clean and comfortable and just across the street from the beach access. We thank you for a great stay!
